On **-**-**** I successfully sent money to a friend (family member) to pay a bill, but I paid their bill directly and the money I sent was never claimed. Now I need that money put back on my Mastercard registered. Also my Account name is misspelled. It reads L.A. Prodiuctions - should be - L.A. PRODUCTIONS Both issues were not solvable in Paypals self help. ... *. I sent a **.** amount to a family member using their email so they could pay their cell phone bill but they didn't have a Paypal account like I assumed. They refused to set up a PayPal account so I just paid their cell phone bill directly and according to what I read on Paypal help I believed I read that when money sent to a friend is not claimed in certain period of time the Paypal sender (me) will be credited back the non-claimed money. Well I sent the money on Aug ** **** and I have not seen any credit. I also can no longer find a help resource that matches my issue nor can I locate the help page I found that said what I mentioned above in the *th sentence. I need help.***. Also people keep telling me that my Paypal Account name that displays in the upper left hand of the screen is spelled wrong. I have looked in the DIY help for a long time in the last few months and I can not find a solution to my specific topic. The name reads L.A. Prodiuctions and Productions is misspelled with a "i" that should not be there. Should be "PRODUCTIONS". I need help.
Is by Paypal not having a much needed live customer service phine number live the rest of the free world has then surely by now the Corp Head realizes it's counter-productive to keep using the Covid ** as an acceptable excuse. Why would PayPal do that to their customers?
I want you to look into the money I sent to Carleon Roberson on Aug **, **** for $**.** and confirm that is was not claimed. Then I want you to put the $** back on my Mastercard. I only have one payment method registered and it is my Mastercard. Then I want someone to fix the spelling error in my name or by Joe send me the "specific" instructions on how to fix a spelling error that relates to the name in the upper Left corner of my Paypal Account. It incorrectly reads L.A. Prodiuctions and should be L.A. PRODUCTIONS. Do those two things for me and I will be satified.
I am a good customer because I am still a Paypal customer. I would be a better one and use more services if I felt more confident. I doubt even the best customers don't like having to read thru ***'s of help topics trying to find their issue. Especially when an issue is not listed. But the fact I have been positively promoting Paypal to people who have signed up with you makes me a valuable customer indeed. Therefore Good * Valuable * Excellent, I am an excellent customer.
