Upon funds received notification on Thurs, Sept **, I initiated a $**** transfer, (unable to use the standard transfer, I had to use the $** debit card) to my bank account. Sept ** I received another $**** funds received notification. Thinking a double payment, I refunded the *nd transfer to my friend, notifying her of the payment refund. She informed me that the first payment was in error, from a closed account with no funds. She then re-issued the $**** payment. When I initiated the transfer, again unable to use the standard transfer, only able to use the debit card for $**. Thinking all was ok, no other alternative, I initiated the debit card transfer for $**. I then received an error message informing that I exceeded my transfer limitation. It is essential that the $**** be transferred into my bank account as I have already transferred those funds to another account, which will likely be withdrawn on Monday. Please release the transfer limitation and enable me to transfer the funds using the standard transfer. Thank you.
