I purchased a battery-operated animated little dog that was supposed to respond to hand commands. However, what I received was a simple stuffed animal that seemed like a prize from a carnival game. I paid $39.39 for this disappointing item and am eager to return it since I didn't want it and cannot find anyone to give it to. I am seeking a refund as the product did not match the advertised description. Hello, I recently purchased a [redacted] Baltimore Colts program on eBay from seller oilerstitans1. Unfortunately, the package arrived damaged due to improper shipping. I returned the item with a note as I have done for fifteen years on eBay, but the seller claims he doesn't know how to issue a refund since I didn't contact him first. After eBay directed me to work things out with the seller, I contacted him, and he mentioned needing my PayPal ID. I have not heard back from him since, so I'm now filing a complaint with PayPal to receive my refund. Both the seller and eBay have confirmed that the item was returned, and all I need now is my refund. Thank you, Jim F.

Thank you for the work you and your staff do for us! I am reaching out to PayPal regarding two issues. Firstly, my account is not showing any transaction or statement history before July [redacted], and the resolution and messaging options are not working properly. Secondly, PayPal's system does not display any information about an open Refund Resolution case (ID#PP-D-[redacted]) for a transaction with wish.com on May 17, [redacted]. PayPal acknowledged this resolution effort on September 9, [redacted].

I received a notification today about my PayPal dispute that must be escalated to a claim by the end of today to prevent the case from being closed. I've attempted to do this on the Resolution Page, but the case status remains unchanged. I tried contacting Customer Service by phone, but it seems calls are not being answered. It's crucial for me to have a record of submitting a claim before the deadline tonight to avoid case closure. I am currently dealing with an open dispute. The seller from China sent me a small trinket instead of the item I ordered. They are requesting me to return the item they sent in order to receive a refund, but I am hesitant to cover the shipping costs. The address they provided for the return is in China, but I noticed the original shipping envelope shows it was sent from New York, not China. I believe the seller should take responsibility for the return shipping, especially considering this discrepancy. I refuse to pay for shipping to China for their mistake. To resolve this issue, the seller should provide a prepaid and self-addressed envelope for the return of their item. All I want is my money back. Thank you.

Hello, I am having trouble removing an unused bank account from my PayPal profile. Despite changing my preferred payment method to a new card, PayPal continues to charge the inactive account and causing unnecessary NSF fees. This has led to payment issues with my subscriptions. I have attempted to contact PayPal through phone calls and emails, but the automated system disconnects me, and the responses come at odd hours. I used to trust PayPal, but the current situation has left me frustrated with their lack of competence. I find it disappointing that even Bank of America, which I usually have issues with, is providing better service than PayPal.

I am experiencing an issue with an unauthorized payment that I need to discuss with an agent. I have been calling the main number repeatedly for the past three days without success. The unauthorized payment was for $[redacted].00 and was made by Bob Calvo without my permission. This individual or their agent compromised my computer, preventing me from informing you about the unauthorized transaction. Despite Chase declining the payment twice, the money was still taken. It is clear that Bob Calvo took the money without my consent. I have been attempting to contact an agent to file a dispute or claim regarding this matter to resolve the unauthorized transfer of funds. Gentlemen, I recently received an email on 9/12/20 from PayPal (Invoice #[redacted]) regarding an automatic monthly billing of $15.00 to eBay Inc. on my USAA Visa ending in - [redacted]. This charge seems to be for a membership subscription with Rite Deals Marketing, LLC, which was opened on 8/19/20. My brother (Edwin Getz) and I do not wish to participate in any internet marketing programs or selling merchandise, therefore we have no use for an eBay account. I have been waiting for my account to be unlimited for about 2 weeks now. I recently received an email from PayPal stating that my account limitation has been removed. Despite this, my account is still restricted and I am being asked for the same verification information again. I was then informed that there was a mistake on their part and I have to wait an additional 72 hours for my account to be verified. My account is linked to my bank, and I have already provided all the necessary documentation - my license, proof of address, bank statement, and the details of the transaction for selling a truck and two jet skis. The buyer could only pay through PayPal as that was the only card available to her. I urgently need PayPal to release my funds so I can transfer them to my bank account.

I would like to address an ongoing case, PP-D-[redacted]8. While a full refund has been offered, my main concern is regarding the return freight. The seller's mistake is at the core of this situation, and their published return policy clearly states that they will cover return freight in case of an error on their part. I have been trying to reply to PayPal's email on this matter, but have not found a way to do so. I am requesting for the seller to take care of the return freight as per their policy, as this aspect has not been resolved yet. Thank you, Larry S.

In June, I sold a truck trailer and two jet skis to a buyer in Georgia. She paid via PayPal but mistakenly used an old account of mine. It took me 2 months to access the account. Although PayPal initially removed the limitations, they were reinstated. I provided all required information again, including details linked to my bank account and driver's license. Despite this, I still cannot access my funds. PayPal's automated system is causing frustration as I am unable to speak with a representative. I am eager to resolve this and receive my money promptly.

I recently experienced a situation with my PayPal account. After providing the necessary information for a review, I received an email the next day informing me that my account was reverted to regular status. However, when attempting to transfer funds to my bank over the past two days, I continue to encounter an error message stating, "We couldn't complete this at this time." Despite my attempts to seek assistance through various customer support channels offered by PayPal, I am unable to connect with a live representative. I have messaged them on Twitter, utilized the internal messaging system, explored the community help feature, sent emails, and called multiple provided numbers without success. I seek clarity on whether additional steps are needed or if I simply need to wait longer. I fear that if there was an oversight on their part after stating my account was restored to regular standing, I may remain restricted indefinitely.

After receiving a notification about funds on Thursday, September 24th, I attempted to transfer $[redacted] to my bank account. I used the $10 debit card option since I couldn't use the standard transfer. The next day, September 25th, I received another notification for $[redacted]. Believing it was a duplicate payment, I returned the second transfer to my friend and informed her. She clarified that the initial payment was an error from a closed account with no funds. Following that, she sent the $[redacted] payment again. I tried to transfer it using the debit card for $10 since the standard transfer was still not available to me. However, I encountered an error message stating that I exceeded my transfer limit. It's crucial to have the $[redacted] transferred to my bank account promptly since I've already sent those funds to another account, set to be withdrawn on Monday. I ask for the transfer limitation to be lifted so I can utilize the standard transfer method. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

After addressing unauthorized activity on my PayPal account, I now face a locked account situation. To unlock it, I must follow certain additional steps. Initially, I input my password to log into PayPal. Subsequently, a confirmation code is sent to my email, which I use for verification. Next, they require sending a confirmation to my registered phone number or answering my security questions. Unfortunately, neither option is successful as my phone number is unrecognized, and my security question answers are deemed incorrect. Consequently, I remain unable to proceed with logging into my account due to the current lockout.

Hello, I placed an order with Dongguan Shunfa Logistics Co., Ltd. via skia.shop on April 20, [redacted]. My purchase was a 2.2LB Stainless Steel Bread Machine with specific features, totaling $[redacted].99, paid through PayPal. Despite receiving a shipment after four months, it was not the product I ordered. The item I received was an AIRFRYER with a plug incompatible in the USA. My PayPal account has been blocked. I've been using PayPal as a non-professional seller on Grailed and StockX, and all my payments have been processed through PayPal. Everything was fine until recently when I had a cancelled transaction on Grailed due to a delay in parcel delivery. My Paypal account has been blocked after using it for non-professional selling on Grailed and StockX. Although I had one canceled transaction on Grailed, everything else had been fine until last week when Paypal partially blocked my account for identity verification. After submitting the required information, Paypal informed me the next day that my account was permanently closed. The issue now is that I received a payment from StockX during this process, and I am unable to access the funds. I am puzzled by the sudden closure as I have not engaged in any suspicious activities.
