I am having an issue with Transaction ID #80K91925XA489681U. I sold school books on Facebook Marketplace, and the buyer paid through PayPal. I used PayPal's printing label feature and shipped the package on Aug 24. On Sept 15, USPS returned the package labeled "Return to Sender Unable to Forward". I contacted the buyer who claimed she provided the correct address via Facebook Messenger and believed it was not her responsibility to update her PayPal address. She refused to cover the cost of reshipping or split the fee. The transaction is Seller Protection Eligible. I plan to resend the package today before leaving town for three weeks. Can I recover the additional shipping cost? I usually rely on PayPal's automated shipping process. It appears that I might have to cover the $8.14 to resend (Transaction ID #5VL64457J[redacted]2).

I purchased items from a Facebook ad that appeared legitimate. Upon ordering, I discovered the items were being shipped from China and would take a month to arrive. Unfortunately, when I received the items, they were of terrible quality. I tried to contact the company through the provided email address but received no response after 30 days. I contacted PayPal, and eventually, the company provided an address in Portugal for returns. The postal service quoted me $41.13 to ship the items back, with no guarantee of delivery. I decided to donate the items to charity rather than risk additional costs. PayPal offered to cover $30.00 of the return shipping, but I preferred donating. I've learned my lesson and will only buy from US-based companies in the future. Thank you, PayPal, for your assistance throughout this ordeal.

I am having trouble logging into my account linked to [redacted] I created it in [redacted], and the card information on file is outdated. Despite trying the "forgot my email" option with different email addresses, it keeps recognizing the same one as correct. Additionally, every time I attempt to log in, there seems to be an issue on PayPal's end preventing me from entering my password. I have only accessed this account to receive payments for my music on Bandcamp. I simply want to update my email and card details for banking purposes. Thank you.

I sold an item to a customer who paid me via PayPal. They are currently holding a $2,[redacted] payment for standard procedure even though the purchaser called customer service to request the release of the hold. I need my money urgently and I am frustrated with PayPal charging me $58 for their service just to hold my funds. I have heard that updating the tracking info and confirming the delivery could help release the payment within one business day. Another source mentioned that a good review from the purchaser could trigger an immediate release of funds, but the purchaser cannot find where to leave a review or confirm receipt on the PayPal website. I am struggling to reach customer service as I haven't been able to talk to a human and I cannot post on the forum due to an error message. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On September 11th, I made a purchase from a Shopify seller for 3 dog collars, including an additional $10 for expedited shipping. The total came to $64 and change, which I paid through PayPal as a Guest. Despite reaching out to the seller for order and tracking information, I have only been told that my items are in transit without any specifics provided. The seller has been unresponsive to my follow-up inquiries. Can PayPal assist me in obtaining details about my order and potential tracking information? The receipt number for my purchase is 2[redacted]-9[redacted], and the invoice ID is [redacted]. The seller originally indicated a 14 to 18 business day delivery timeframe, contrary to the expedited shipping I paid for, which promised 10 to 13 days for delivery. If PayPal cannot provide the necessary information, I will proceed to dispute the charge with my bank. I have retained a copy of the receipt for reference.

On June 19, [redacted], I bought a Nintendo Switch from Nintgame.com for $[redacted].99 through PayPal. After receiving an order confirmation, I inquired about the shipping date on July 15, [redacted]. They assured me it was on the way. When I reached out again on August 5, [redacted], asking for a tracking number, there was no response. I later discovered the website was no longer active and suspected it was a scam due to no taxes or shipping fees. I contacted Chase for a refund, which was promptly issued. Unexpectedly, on September 16, [redacted], I noticed a charge of $[redacted].99 on my account. Checking my PayPal, I found an open case related to the seller. Despite a recent shipping transaction, I never got the item and believe it to be a scam. I am seeking assistance from PayPal to resolve this issue swiftly and get my refund as I refuse to engage with fraudulent companies any further.

I listed my product on a non-PayPal website and found a buyer. After delivering the product and agreeing on payment via PayPal, I encountered an unexpected payment hold and a $58 service charge. These standard procedures were unfamiliar to me, and I was surprised by the lack of disclosure from PayPal regarding fund holds. I believe PayPal should make customers more aware of this practice. I am very disappointed with this experience. I am hoping PayPal can release my funds without delay to resolve this issue.

I was surprised to receive the email below after only using my account 5 or 6 times. I have not received any explanation as to why the decision to permanently limit the use of my account was made. I believe it must be a mistake on PayPal's side. There have been no strange payments made, aside from Zuku, a software development company in Australia, and other payments to family or loan repayments. I would like to understand why this happened and inquire about being reinstated. Additionally, I sent the last payment of US$1,[redacted] to my niece as a wedding present, but she has not received it. I am certain that speaking to someone could resolve these misunderstandings. I had a PayPal account linked to the email address [redacted] that I used exclusively for eBay under the username Electric Man. The account was closed due to suspected suspicious activity because the account name matches my eBay name. I, Jeff Miller, created the account to sell items on eBay to help with financial struggles during COVID. The closure has left me without access to around $[redacted] that I desperately need to pay bills and my mortgage. I am genuinely asking for assistance in resolving this issue promptly as I am a family man in dire financial straits due to the current circumstances. Your help in reopening the account or releasing the funds would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a Volkswagen Hippy Bus Rolling Cooler on July 28, [redacted], after seeing an advertisement on Facebook featuring the cooler with wheels and a handle for easy transportation. I placed an order for a watch from Kore Trak on 9-04-20. After receiving an email on 9-5-20 that my initial purchase did not go through, I reordered the same watch on 9-5-[redacted]. On 9-7-[redacted], I noticed a charge for the first watch that they asked me to reorder. Subsequently, on 9-10-20, I observed a charge for the second watch I would have ordered. Despite multiple emails, I never received the watches nor any responses. Another email on 9-10-20 warned me of an expiring cart. On 9-14-20, I received a final notice to complete my Kore Trak purchase. I am requesting to receive one watch as ordered and to be refunded for the duplicate. I hope for a resolution without further issues with Kore Trak and PayPal.

I recently ordered a part on eBay, specifically part number 09-05[redacted]9, and I've been in touch with the seller regarding my refund of $[redacted].95, which was supposed to be issued on the 7th. However, I have not yet seen the refund reflected on my debit card, with the last four digits being [redacted]. The seller advised me to contact PayPal in order to resolve this issue promptly. I have two transactions in my PayPal account that have been stagnant and need attention. One transaction is dated September 15 with the Transaction ID: O-0HC[redacted]954B. The other transaction is dated September 13 with the Transaction ID: O-5DN31079NW[redacted]. I reached out to Collections and received the following response: "Thank you for getting in touch with Collections Etc. There was an error with PayPal during the processing of your order, resulting in no order being sent to Collections Etc. As this issue occurred before the order was received by Collections Etc, we are unable to cancel or process the payment. The PayPal transaction will remain in a 'pending' status indefinitely. To have this removed from your PayPal account, please contact PayPal directly to request a change in status. We value the opportunity to cater to your purchasing needs. Thank you for selecting Collections Etc." I am unsure how to resolve this as I am unable to use PayPal's resolution process due to restrictions on my account. Hello, I am currently working on a project that involves PayPal integration. We have two PayPal accounts to facilitate payments, chosen based on user type. Previously, we had two separate IPN listeners for each PayPal account with unique URLs. However, we have consolidated our websites into one and implemented a single IPN listener with a new shared URL for both accounts. Even though we updated the IPN URLs on both PayPal accounts, we are experiencing issues with PayPal continuing to send notifications to the old URLs for recurring payments. Unfortunately, the old IPN handlers are no longer operational, impeding our ability to process payments correctly. While some users are unaffected, others are still being directed to the outdated URLs. Could having one IPN listener for two PayPal accounts be causing this problem?

I placed an order on WISH and paid via PayPal in May. Unfortunately, the company never delivered or reached out to me. I contacted PayPal, and I received a refund of £94 two weeks ago. Recently, I received an email from PayPal requesting me to update my account or face closure. Upon logging in, I mistakenly clicked "No" when asked if the email was a scam, assuming it would lead me to the update page. However, the page abruptly ended. Last night, 17/9/20, I was notified of a £26.95 payment for a product I didn't order. Shortly after, I received emails stating my Billing Agreement was cancelled, followed by the closure of my PayPal account. I attempted to log in but was informed there was no account linked to my email. Today, I tried contacting PayPal's phone line at [redacted]0 without success. I urgently need assistance to recover the money, address the fraudulent charge, and reinstate my longstanding PayPal account.

I recently experienced an unfortunate incident involving another PayPal user who spammed me. The individual claimed to be a professional trader and convinced me to send $[redacted] from a friend's account to theirs for trading purposes. They requested the transfer to be labeled as "friends and family" for a quick trading process. However, after sending the money, the user blocked all contact with me. I am reaching out to PayPal for assistance in recovering the funds and preventing this user from scamming others. I have documented the entire conversation and can provide it for review. About a month ago, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my account. My bank or PayPal placed restrictions on my account without my consent. Despite multiple calls, only one conversation with a representative was unhelpful due to complex instructions to remove the restrictions. After changing my passwords, I am still unable to access my account due to an "invalid password" error. Today, when I called for assistance, I was directed to tech support, which required a monthly fee on my credit card for help. I refuse to pay for a service that should be provided for free. Removing the restrictions from my account should not be this difficult. I am frustrated by the lack of support and the hoops I must jump through for assistance. I am desperate to resolve this issue swiftly.

Hello, I was trying to purchase drapes from 'Collections etc.' but upon realizing the high shipping, taxes, and handling fees, I decided against it. I removed my information from the form before potentially completing the order process. I'm a bit confused as to how PayPal would have obtained my information if I did not finalize the transaction by clicking the Order button.
