I recently noticed a charge of $47.28 on my bank statement from YULINR in San Jose, California, which I do not recognize. I have never made a purchase in San Jose, CA as I reside in White Hall, AR. I am concerned about the origin of this charge and who authorized it. My PayPal account is typically used for paying utility bills and shopping locally in White Hall, AR and Pine Bluff, AR. I have attempted to contact customer service by phone with no success, which is frustrating. I messaged the seller on August 8, [redacted], immediately after purchasing their online program via Paypal, expressing my difficulty with it being too advanced for me. Despite no response from them, I requested a refund due to my inability to use the computer drawing program as their help desk was closed on weekends. With no resolution, I escalated the matter to Paypal on August 24, [redacted]. Originally, the issue was to be solved by September 5, but the date changed to September 12, and now it's postponed to September 16, which is frustrating. I find this delay unacceptable and urge for a prompt refund without any further delay or complications from the seller.

I recently received an email stating that I have been permanently restricted from PayPal. The message mentioned that I can no longer conduct business with them. I am confused about the reasons for this restriction. I had opened a business account with the intention of earning money through surveys, watching videos, and exploring other legitimate opportunities. I never processed any transactions and only familiarized myself with the features of the PayPal Business app. It's possible I accidentally requested money while trying to understand the app's functionalities. I am unsure why this would lead to such drastic action. The email accused me of deceiving PayPal, which initially made me question its authenticity. I used my social security number to create the Business PayPal account instead of a DBA, assuming it was legal. I planned to obtain a DBA from the county or city clerk soon. I would appreciate intervention to address this issue, as I believe everyone deserves the chance to clear their name. I feel unfairly treated and seek clarification on this matter. Thank you. I purchased a solar fountain online that was supposed to be U.S. made. Instead, I received an email from Kissing-Fish stating that the item was shipped from China with incorrect shipping information. Suspecting fraud, I canceled the order. Subsequent shipping information came from companies like Classic Co., Wonderland, and Lorado, all with unverified shipping details. After trying to cancel with each, payment was made to ShenZhenShi Ru Des. Eventually, I received the item from an address in Chino, CA, but immediately returned it unopened and forwarded the shipping receipt to PayPal. A dispute was opened on 6/29/[redacted] and the resolution has been repeatedly delayed by sellers including Skylight Trading Co., Oronix Co Ltd, and now Wacurrent Co Ltd. The resolution date has been pushed back to September 17, which is completely unacceptable. I am considering canceling my PayPal account and informing all my social media followers about these ongoing delays.

I experienced an issue with a declined payment on PayPal when trying to purchase an embroidery design from Embroidery Library. When I logged in, I noticed multiple usernames linked to my profile, along with outdated card information. I have two Visa cards that need to be updated due to expiration. Moreover, I have disputed some charges and would appreciate assistance in resolving these matters. I forgot my password and got locked out of my account. I received a message instructing me to wait 24 hours to reset my password. However, even though the 24 hours have passed, the system still won't allow me to reset my password. When I called the service number provided, I was directed to speak with a customer service representative, only to be told that it couldn't be resolved over the phone, abruptly ending the call. Visiting the website hasn't provided any solutions either, as I've already tried all the suggested steps. I'm stuck locked out of my account with no way to reset my password. When I did manage to reach out through a text message form on the website, I was redirected to a payment link charging $[redacted] to speak with a technician briefly. While I need the issue resolved, I'm not prepared to pay $[redacted] for a quick fix.

I sent money to someone who cannot access their PayPal account, and she is currently abroad, making the situation complicated. Initially, she requested me to cancel the transaction, so I filed a claim to do so. However, she later informed me that she could access her account, and I promptly contacted PayPal to cancel the claim I had submitted. This morning, she informed me that she is again facing difficulties accessing her account. I am looking to cancel this transaction entirely and pay her in cash. To do this, she may need to provide some information and confirm her desire to cancel the transaction. She has two email addresses associated with PayPal: [redacted] and [redacted] I am seeking assistance from a customer service representative to explore our options, facilitate the cancellation of the transaction, and ideally help Rita regain access to her account, as it has been an ongoing issue for her, leading to dissatisfaction with PayPal.

Hello, my name is Karen Lowery. On September 4, [redacted], I placed an order with a website named "toomorefunny.com" for various products including handmade jewelry, clothing, shoes, purses, realistic puppies, and baby dolls. Specifically, I ordered a 21" realistic Labrador Retriever that had a wagging tail and a moving mouth. The item cost $19.00 with a shipping fee of $9.98, totaling $29.98. I have attempted to contact the company via email but only received automated responses that did not address my concerns. Additionally, the link provided to check on my order led to a non-existent website. I am disappointed in myself for falling for this scam, especially as a retiree. I am seeking a refund of my $29.98 through PayPal as my financial situation is tight due to current circumstances. A few years back, I realized that my Paypal credit debt had accumulated without my full knowledge. I distinctly recalled using the Pay Later feature only twice during financial hardship. After contacting Paypal, I was directed to Comenity bank, but despite my attempts, I couldn't reach a live representative. Upon checking, I found that my payment preference was set to Paypal credit, though I believed I had changed it. Recently, I learned about a successful class action lawsuit regarding a similar issue. When I contacted Synchrony, they redirected me to Comenity. After reaching out to Paypal, I received an email from Synchrony. My financial situation has changed, and I can't afford this unexpected debt with my current low tolerance for frustration. I'm unsure if I need to seek legal assistance in this matter.

I have encountered a frustrating issue when trying to make online purchases with my Citibank Mastercard on Ebay and other websites using Paypal's shopping cart system. Despite confirming with my credit card company that there are no issues on their end, I keep receiving an error message during checkout. After reaching out to Ebay's customer support without a resolution, I suspect the problem lies with Paypal. I have diligently checked that all payment details are correct each time. Strangely, this problem only occurs with Paypal; I have no trouble making purchases elsewhere. This issue is impacting my credit card usage and causing significant inconvenience. Our PayPal account was accessed by someone committing fraud. We have informed both PayPal and our bank, but resolving the issue with PayPal has been unsuccessful since May [redacted]. Despite changing my password and enhancing security measures in May [redacted], I have been unable to reach a resolution with PayPal. I have provided all the requested information through secured messages on their site, but when they asked me to contact them by phone, I've struggled to speak to a representative after multiple attempts on their website. Today I received an email claiming that funds were transferred from my USD PayPal account to address the fraud issue with CDN PayPal. Suspicious of the email, I tried to login to my account through the official PayPal site, only to discover that my account has been locked. PayPal has confirmed my email, yet I am unable to access my account or reset the password. It's crucial to resolve this, but without being able to speak to a representative or login to my account, I'm unsure how to proceed. Need assistance urgently. The email provided is the same one associated with my PayPal account.

Upon trying to access our account through the PayPal site, we discovered that we had been locked out. Despite confirming our email's validity with PayPal, we are unable to reset the password or access the account. We are seeking assistance in regaining access to our account and speaking with a customer service representative for further resolution.

I recently received an email regarding a PayPal transaction that I did not make. The email appears to be a confirmation of a purchase from Elite Armory for $[redacted].98, which I have no knowledge of. The sender's address seems suspicious, and the email lacks a recipient in the "To" field. Additionally, the email asks to contact +1-[redacted] for assistance, which I found questionable as it seems to be a Mexican phone number. I suspect this may be a phishing scam and would appreciate any insight on how to handle this situation.

I have been dealing with this issue since August. PayPal flagged some activity as suspicious, resulting in holds on my payments and limitations on my account. Despite providing all necessary documentation, three customers requested refunds because they did not read the item description. I have tried to refund them, but PayPal claims I have insufficient funds, which is puzzling as I have money in my linked bank account. I am at my wit's end. I have been reaching out to customer service since September and have not received a resolution. I am in urgent need of help. I called multiple times, messaged the help center, and posted on a forum, yet nothing has been resolved. I am frustrated that despite the automated system stating there are no account limitations, I still can't access my funds. Additionally, I have not received any confirmation email from PayPal indicating that they have reviewed my documents. I urgently need to speak with a representative.

I placed an online order for a bracelet and have not yet received it despite trying to contact the company multiple times with no response. I have sent three emails already. The total charge for the bracelet was $30.90. The confirmation email I received mentioned that the estimated delivery time was 5-11 business days, but the tracking information provided has shown the product in pre-shipment status since 9/4. I just received an update saying that the product has been shipped and provided a tracking ID starting with [redacted]. The order details mention that the product is a black stainless steel bracelet with an engraving "To My Son, I will love, protect & encourage you." The shipping address is [redacted] Main Street, Greenup, KY [redacted], United States. The email includes a link to track the order at Family Makes Me Happy website.

I came across an item online that I wanted to purchase. The seller asked for $[redacted] through Paypal. After I sent the money, I never received the item. It seems like I have fallen victim to a scam. I attempted to initiate a chargeback through my bank, but they directed me to handle it through Paypal since the transaction was made with Paypal. I mistakenly filed a dispute under UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION instead of ITEM NOT RECEIVED. Since the payment was technically authorized, Paypal closed the case without granting me a refund. I now realize my error and have been trying to correct it by filing it correctly, but I am unable to reopen the case. Contacting the call centers has been unhelpful as they advised visiting the Help Center instead of resolving it over the phone. I am unsure of the next steps to take.

Despite my efforts, I am unable to reopen the case with the correct reason. Contacting customer service has been challenging as they advise visiting the Help Center instead of offering phone support. Assistance from a customer service representative is necessary to resolve this matter.

In September, I experienced hacking on my account with two unauthorized transactions on Sep 4th - one for $[redacted].98 and another for $[redacted].99. Despite informing PayPal about the hack, they inaccurately claimed there was only one transaction. After the $[redacted].98 was refunded due to fraud, PayPal mistakenly sent it to a closed bank account. Upon regaining access to my account, the $[redacted].99 transaction went through. Despite disputing it, PayPal insists on marking it as authorized. I am eager to retrieve the $[redacted].99 to settle the overdraft in my bank and reinstate the $[redacted].38 balance I had initially. Additionally, I feel PayPal should cover the $40 overdraft fee caused by the unauthorized transaction that was wrongly denied initially.

I am facing difficulties disputing a charge through the resolution center as it was previously disputed and closed. Despite receiving a refund via PayPal, the same charge appeared on my checking account without authorization, leading me to believe someone obtained my information. I am eager to speak with a customer representative but have been struggling to reach one. My bank has blocked the payment, but PayPal is still attempting to withdraw the funds. To rectify the situation, my bank recommended closing my current checking account. I am upset about these unauthorized charges, which have also resulted in overdraft fees. I require immediate resolution and a refund for the charge. I possess evidence of the transaction withdrawal.

I purchased a night vision scope attachment using my Visa card through Hot Deals. The transaction went through your system, but I did not receive a confirmation email. The website I ordered from does not recognize my order, yet $[redacted].00 was deducted from my account. I want a refund since I have not received the item. When I attempt to reach out to them, they require me to log into an account that I do not have. My bank has verified the charge.
