It has been a while since I accessed my PayPal account. Recently, I started an online job that pays through PayPal, and I have received multiple payments. However, when I try to log in, PayPal prompts me to reset my password for security reasons. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my account and cannot verify my identity through it. I have tried contacting PayPal through various channels without success. I still have access to my email and would like PayPal to assist me in resetting my password and accessing my account without the phone number verification. I kindly request PayPal's assistance in resolving this issue promptly so that I can access my funds, including payments from the past 30 days.

We recently sold an item on eBay for $[redacted].88. Regrettably, the buyer initially paid, but due to an error, the PayPal payment was sent to an unlinked email address. As a result, the buyer was refunded, even though we had already shipped the item under the impression that payment had been made. Despite attempting to communicate with the buyer, we have been met with silence. After seeking advice from eBay, we took the matter to PayPal. They recommended sending a new money request to the buyer, along with an explanation of the situation. This was done two weeks ago, but unfortunately, the buyer continues to disregard our messages and payment requests.

I am frustrated with PayPal as they will attempt to charge for assistance. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years, and this is the first time I require help and cannot get it. I am considering closing my account. I am having trouble accessing my account since I no longer have access to the phone number listed. Despite entering my current phone number, the system does not accept it and shows an error stating it is not listed in my name but my son's. How can I regain access to my account?

I bought a phone case from one of your vendors, Corona John. I am extremely disappointed with the item as it looks nothing like the photo. It seems like a picture was printed on it instead of using fabric. I would like a refund as this product is of poor quality. If I do not receive a refund, I will have to contact my bank regarding this fraudulent purchase. The service I received is unacceptable, and I believe you are responsible for selling or permitting such substandard items to be sold to customers. This type of service is not acceptable, and you should reconsider selling these items.

I recently sent money to my boyfriend for bills because I couldn't remember my Cash App password. Unfortunately, since we hadn't used PayPal in a while, it locked him out and required us to wait 5 days. After that, it asked for bank statements and additional verification due to "suspicious activity." Shockingly, PayPal has now denied us access to that money for a whopping [redacted] days. This situation is incredibly frustrating. Despite me now being able to access my Cash App, my boyfriend can neither access the funds nor send them back. With all our bill money tied up and inaccessible during this global pandemic, we are desperate for assistance.

Hello, I am an expat Canadian residing in Mexico for 18 years. I recently joined Red Bubble to sell my artwork online in the USA. Unfortunately, I lost access to my Paypal account in the US. Despite multiple attempts to sign in and reset my password, the codes they emailed me were unsuccessful. Paypal informed me that my email address wasn't confirmed, resulting in my account being blocked. Now, I am unable to log in, and reaching them via phone from Mexico has been challenging. I also need to link a bank account to Paypal but unsure if my Canadian or Mexican accounts are suitable or if I require a US account to receive payments in USD. Hello, I placed an order for a music book with Primarily A Cappella on August 27 and paid via PayPal. After noticing that the payment went through on September 1, I tried to check on the delivery status. Unfortunately, when I clicked on the company's link, I discovered that it no longer exists. Also, upon calling the provided phone number, I was informed that it has been disconnected. I am concerned whether this company was legitimate. I purchased a face mask designed to cover the mouth, eyes, and nose. However, the product I received was not the same as the one advertised in the video. The advertisement featured a one-piece clear molded face mask, but the actual product had molded glass frames with a snapped soft cloudy plastic sheet. The visibility through the mask was poor, and reading through it was impossible. Although the price was a bit high, I would have been fine with it if I had received the item as described. Unfortunately, returning it is not an option due to COVID concerns.

I placed an order on July 11, [redacted] with receipt No. 3[redacted]-0[redacted]. I've attempted to reach out to the seller on multiple occasions. The seller is named Lotte Cornelis and their email is listed as [redacted] However, when trying to contact them, the email appears to be invalid. PayPal processed the payment to this seller on July 13th. As I have been unsuccessful in contacting the seller and have not received the item with the item number TcFxdpHhMpzYwMDM4, I am now seeking a full refund from PayPal.

I bought a set of graphics for a [redacted] YZ450F dirt bike on eBay for $99.99 from a private seller. After selling the bike, I returned the stickers via the post office. I received confirmation that the seller got the package and a refund was issued to the card ending in xx**. However, it's been over 3 1/2 weeks, and I haven't received the refund yet. My bank has no record of the pending refund and suggested filing a fraud report. I am seeking assistance from both eBay and PayPal to resolve this issue promptly.

I recently received an email indicating my PayPal account had been suspended without any prior notice or explanation. My account was frozen on June 30, and despite my continuous efforts over the past two and a half months to resolve this matter by contacting the help center, I have been unable to reach a resolution. This situation is concerning as the frozen funds are crucial for supporting my disabled self and my family. I am earnestly requesting a swift release of my funds, as I believe I have not engaged in any wrongful activities.

I placed an order for an Enjoy Afternoon Tea Set on July 8, [redacted], and the payment was made the same day. Despite the company's claim that it was shipped and delivered, I have not received the order after two months. The transaction number is #[redacted]96R518402H, processed through PayPal for $29.98 USD to "XIANGWENWAN." I have attempted to contact them multiple times. The confirmation email was sent from Sunburst, and the tracking inquiry was answered by [redacted] They insist it was delivered on 8/24/[redacted], but I never received it at my address. I believe this company is fraudulent and would like a refund to be issued to my card.

I purchased the item on 7/15, but it was not as described in the online video. The float was supposed to be large enough for multiple people, but what I received is much smaller at 16” wide and 5’ long. It doesn't lay flat and can only accommodate one person, not several as advertised. After exchanging multiple emails and sending pictures, the seller, Friction Network Tech, insists that the item is correct. Case ID PP-D-[redacted]8: The original case was filed as not received. However, I have since received a product that does not match the advertisement. I paid $44.95 on 08/02/[redacted]. Despite five email attempts, I have not been able to return the item and get a refund. The product received is completely different from what I ordered, and I have photo evidence to support my claim. I possess hard copies of all email correspondence with the company. Recently, representative Cs Mohit mentioned that if I involve PayPal, they cannot assist with a refund. I have complied with all the company's requests, but have seen no resolution. My only wish is to receive return instructions and a refund. As a result, I have reported this situation as fraud to PayPal and anticipate your prompt reply. - IN

I disputed an early charge for an app on my iPhone since the renewal date was listed incorrectly by Apple. Despite my efforts to cancel and the app not receiving the payment, the funds were charged to my PayPal account. I was informed the funds were refunded on August 14th, but PayPal declined my appeal on August 26th, stating the refund was rejected. Apple mentioned they tried to refund on the same day but it was declined. Apple stated the only way to receive the funds back is through PayPal, who I have closed my account with. I am frustrated and seeking assistance with this issue.

I recently closed my account after my refund appeal was denied. Apple attempted to refund the account prior to closure, but PayPal rejected the requests on my end due to documentation issues. Despite Apple sending the funds on Aug 14, PayPal refused the refund between Aug 14 and Aug 26. I engaged with PayPal multiple times, but they never specified the necessary documentation. Eventually, PayPal claimed Apple declined the refund, so my appeal was closed. Apple mentioned they tried to refund on Aug 14, and on Aug 26, the day of account closure post-appeal rejection, the funds were bounced back. Now, the money is missing, with Apple unable to assist and PayPal unwilling since the account is closed, and phone contact is unavailable. The refund amount is $65.31. Can someone please provide guidance?

Yesterday, the PayPal promo offer of $10 that I was provided did not work as expected. I am seeking reimbursement for this amount for my second Walmart purchase on 09/09/[redacted]. I initially placed a Walmart order yesterday but accidentally did not utilize the full $10 discount. Upon canceling this order promptly (which amounted to $6.41), the promotional balance was restored to $10. However, when I tried to place a new order exceeding $10 in total (now $11.09 due to a tax correction), I encountered issues using the $10 promo balance. Since the first order worked successfully, I am requesting the $10 promo be reimbursed to me. This can be done by refunding it to my credit card or depositing it into my account, after which I can transfer it to my bank. Once this reimbursement is issued, the promo can be removed from my account. Thank you for your assistance.

I am seeking assistance with a PayPal promo offer issue. I tried to use the $10 promo for my 2nd Walmart purchase on 09/09/[redacted] but encountered problems.
