On 8/24/20, my wife paid $24.01 for our meal at Fox's Pizza in Brunswick, GA, using either cash or an Amazon credit card. However, on the same date, our PayPal account was charged $36.00 ten times, totaling $[redacted]. These unauthorized charges are concerning, and we believe they are fraudulent. As an 87-year-old lawyer and former supervisory federal special agent, I am determined to get to the bottom of this. I received a fraud alert last night regarding an unauthorized transaction of 53.76 euros on my account. Despite not authorizing this, I must confirm I did not make this transaction. I am now aware that £[redacted] from my account has been converted into $[redacted], and I am experiencing issues with accessing my email and changing my password. Unfortunately, I was unable to reset it using the code provided by the chat support as my email seems compromised. To facilitate the reset process, kindly send the code to my mobile number [redacted]0, which is listed on my account. Due to my urgent need for the funds, please expedite this matter. Hello, I started chatting with a man on July 23 who claims to be a Korean architect working in Russia. He recently informed me about a project in Turkey he was selected for and said he would deliver some items to me. Subsequently, a delivery company, btccourierservice.com, contacted me requesting a payment of [redacted] euros for clearance. After paying, they then demanded an additional [redacted] euros for a certificate. It has become evident that they are scammers, and I am now seeking a refund. I have initiated a dispute but need assistance as the seller is claiming they cannot process the refund due to being blocked. I am concerned that closing the dispute might affect my chances of recovering the funds. I am a victim of this scam and hope to retrieve my money. Thank you.

I have been unsuccessful in requesting a refund from the seller, Kimberly Reed. The payment of $30.00 was deducted from my account on August 26, [redacted]. Despite showing as successful from my end, the seller claims it did not process on their end. I bought a pair of white vans in size 4y but never received them. I have been trying to reach PayPal for assistance to no avail. This frustrating experience has made me question continuing to use PayPal as a new member. I simply seek a refund from either the seller or PayPal. The lack of honesty from the seller has tested my patience. I hope to be contacted by a live agent promptly to resolve this issue. Regarding Dispute Case PP-D-[redacted]7 I recently made a purchase from a seller in China for a color-changing bathing suit in size XL. Unfortunately, the item was much too small, and I had to request a return and refund. Despite the language barrier with the seller, I managed to send back the item to China, but the US postal service does not offer tracking numbers for shipments to China, only customs numbers. PayPal is now requesting a tracking number, which I was unable to provide. I firmly believe I am entitled to a refund of $25.57 as the seller misrepresented the product, and I have returned it at my own expense. On June 2nd, a payment was made to purchase two tools. Subsequently, both tools were returned through WORX, and they have issued the credit. However, the refund amount has not been credited back to my bank account yet. I have provided the receipts from WORX as well but have not seen any progress. I received a note suggesting to create an account, which seemed unnecessary. I would like to know the current status of the returned funds. Should I send copies of the WORX receipts to a different department? I am requesting for the refund to be processed back to my bank account where the initial payment was made.

I purchased a new Pro Action shredder from Best Office Supplies Ltd on April 10, [redacted]. In August, the machine malfunctioned, prompting me to request a prepaid return label from Best Office Supplies for repair or replacement under warranty. Despite not receiving the prepaid label, I mailed the machine back to them. I asked to be reimbursed for the return postage cost. Best Office Supplies sent me what appears to be a refurbished machine but did not refund my postage. After multiple email requests for the postage reimbursement, they have not responded. It seems they do not intend to refund the cost of returning the faulty machine. I believe they are obligated to provide a working machine at no additional cost since the one I received was not fit for purpose. I seek assistance in urging Best Office Supplies Ltd to refund the £16.62 postage cost.

Dear Customer Service, I recently received an email regarding a payment I supposedly made to Bitcoin Exchange through PayPal. I have concerns about this transaction as I did not authorize it. The email mentioned that the payment may take up to 72 working hours to reflect in my account and that it will appear as "Bitcoin Exchange" on my credit card statement. I have not placed any order with Bitcoin Exchange for $[redacted].99. If there is a possibility of disputing this transaction, kindly assist me in the process. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. The email stated that I have 10 days to open a dispute, and I would like to proceed with that. Lastly, if this email was mistakenly flagged as spam or junk, please verify my machine ID to ensure there are no unauthorized transactions affecting my inbox. I recently bought a portable mini air cooler, and the payment was processed through PayPal. The transaction will show up as PAYPAL SHOPLQQ on my credit card statement. The Transaction ID is 01F47317CC044824G, and the Merchant Transaction ID is 2MU18946GE030121C. I have contacted the company twice via email because the mini air cooler is not functional, but I have not received any response regarding a refund. I have been trying to reach out to PayPal support for almost a week now without any success. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance I have received from PayPal. I thought I was purchasing the iPhone I won, but after finishing the payment, I realized it was for a 3-day trial subscription for streaming movies. The transaction on my PayPal account appears as groceries, making it difficult to find the company's contact information to cancel. I need to stop any further charges and cancel the trial to avoid monthly payments. I want to notify PayPal that I did not authorize payments for LEXELLA COMPANY. I tried to buy from Norton/Symantec, and the representative pushed for PayPal, tried or created multiple accounts using two of my credit cards without success. I purchased 10 items from Orderplus International Ltd, but only received 7. I paid for all 10 items and would like either the 3 missing items sent to me or a refund for them. The total amount charged for the missing items was $64.66 USD. My preference is to receive the remaining items first, but if that is not possible, I would like a refund. I have a refund of $[redacted].76 pending, and I kindly request that it is processed back to my credit card on file that I use for all purchases on eBay. Due to being hospitalized for over 3 weeks, I incurred medical bills and had delays with returning a damaged and defective item from my original order. The items were out of stock, leading me to purchase similar ones on eBay, resulting in the refund from KM Motors being credited to my PayPal account. I would appreciate it if the refund could be transferred back to my credit card on file. Thank you for your assistance and understanding in this situation.

I was instructed by eBay to reach out to you for a refund regarding a purchase I made on 6/9 from Sport 2 Go. I placed an order and they processed the payment, but now they claim there is no record of it. eBay provided me with order number 5U886303E[redacted]7. I need confirmation that PayPal will only release the funds to the seller after I have received the purchased items. Time is crucial, and I cannot afford to wait for a lengthy resolution process in case of any issues. It is imperative that the funds are secured in escrow until I confirm the items' functionality. I am having difficulty accessing my PayPal account because I have forgotten my password. The verification process requires me to verify my identity through email and phone number. Despite verifying through email, it insists on phone number verification. Unfortunately, the phone number linked to my PayPal account is lost. I have followed the link provided by customer service to reset my password after verifying through email, but I still cannot access my account. The first one came complete with yarn, pillow, and pattern. However, the second one was missing the pattern. Despite sending multiple emails to both Etsy and the seller requesting the pattern, I was only sent a digital copy that I can't print as I lack a printer. The provided pattern size (8x10) is too small for me to see the numbers clearly. I have reiterated my need for a proper pattern to both, but have not received a response yet.
