I filed a claim with pay pal about an item that was not what I ordered, I was scammed,I got a piece of junk instead of the doll I ordered.I have talked with the seller, in China,kept telling me that could not find my order. sent a screen shot of order,then seller was no longer reachable,seller told paypal that they would refund money if I returned item, seller gave a address that is not correct, P.O. will not accept, cost to ship is almost as much as refund. paypal will close my case Sept.* if I do not send back item.but I have no address to send , and I don't want to pay ** something to return. seller is a scammer. If paypal would read his reviews, they would cut him off.
