Hello, I am inquiring about Case ID PP-D-[redacted]7 regarding a refund for $38.98. I recently received an email stating that the seller will issue a full refund upon return of the item. Unfortunately, due to mailing issues to Malaysia, it may take an extended period to send the package back, with a return cost close to $20 for an item of low value. Could I possibly accept the previous offer of $21 from the seller instead? I would appreciate a prompt response before Sept. 3 to keep this case active. Thank you. - J. Wattley

I have reached out to PayPal regarding a claim that was denied. I have provided screenshots as evidence. Despite trying to resolve the issue with the seller, I have been unsuccessful. I purchased a 10-speed bicycle for $99 from the seller, who supplied me with a fake USPS tracking number - [redacted][redacted]41. The package, weighing 0.2 ounces, was delivered to an incorrect address in Laurel, Maryland, according to my local post office. This experience with PayPal, after being a loyal customer for years, has left me disappointed. It is unsettling to not receive the promised protection for purchases that do not meet expectations. I did not receive the bicycle I ordered, and it clearly weighs more than 0.2 ounces. This deception is unacceptable, and I insist on a full refund. I made a payment to Zhixin Trading Company for 2 camp chairs with awnings on July 6, [redacted], through PayPal. Despite receiving a receipt, I only got two small blue bags from them on August 20, [redacted], instead of the merchandise I paid for. The order number for the camp chairs is #1R244821. It seems that this company is a scam. I'm requesting a refund for the undelivered items. Please avoid doing business with this fraudulent company. Thank you, Patricia Faulkner.

I have identified a $[redacted].00 charge dated 3/06/[redacted] on my bank statement from a company called Redisc PC, which I cannot locate online. We have not had any computer services done recently. I attempted to contact the company but only found an outdated phone number listed. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in because I do not remember my password and the system only recognizes my old phone number from 18 months ago. Despite trying to verify my identity using the "try another way" option, it redirects me to the phone number input page. Your records show an old email address that I rarely check; please send responses to [redacted] if possible. I am disputing this charge as I have not used my PayPal account in over three years and had forgotten about it. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue and processing a refund. On July 15, [redacted], PayPal charged our credit card $35.99 (PayPal Smartdeal[redacted]33CA), followed by another charge of $44.98 on July 31, [redacted] (PayPalOurinspirel[redacted]CA). These charges were for dolls my wife ordered online, but when they arrived, they were not what she expected. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the seller, they only offered a small refund or discount. Our credit card company has been helpful and issued a full credit for these charges. We are asking PayPal to assist in this dispute and improve their monitoring of the companies they work with. It feels like a scam, and we hope for your cooperation in resolving this matter. The amount of $26.89 may seem small, but when multiplied by [redacted] individuals facing similar problems, the impact becomes significant. As a loyal PayPal user, I have always trusted your service. In the past, any issues were promptly resolved, and I appreciated your efficiency. However, in this case, despite the reassurance that the matter would be addressed, there has been no update provided as promised on August 23rd. I hope to receive the necessary assistance soon.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am 82 years old and not very proficient with technology. I received an email from PayPal.com today regarding an unauthorized charge on an account that belonged to my late husband (9 years ago). The charge is for a PayPal Order #[redacted]-[redacted] for a "game BCA" totaling $51.99, placed on August 27th, [redacted], at 1:36 p.m. I did not make this purchase and I would like to request the cancellation of this order and my PayPal account as well. In my PayPal account, there seems to be a discrepancy between the total deposits and transactions from January [redacted] to present. I reached out to PayPal support on May 14th after receiving an email response. I verified the email with PayPal support first before taking any action. The email instructed me on how to discuss the transfer of funds, but I only received it weeks later. As a new user, I am curious to see if the advertised services live up to expectations. I am eager to receive a response soon.

I believe these individuals are engaging in fraudulent activities and urge PayPal to take action. I need assistance with requesting a refund from Paypal due to an issue with a fraudulent company in China named Crotchdart. I bought a sewing machine from them, but it was never delivered. My bank has deducted $56.19 from my account for the undelivered item. The post office provided documentation confirming that the sewing machine was returned to Crotchdart as I never received it. I am seeking help to have Paypal refund the money back to me.

I purchased what was advertised as an RC remote control airplane through my PayPal account. However, upon receiving the package and opening it, I discovered it is not a remote control airplane as advertised. I have contacted PayPal regarding this issue, and they are stating that I need to pay for the return shipping to the seller before I can receive a refund. Even though I paid for the initial shipping to have it sent to me, I believe that if the merchandise is not as advertised, I should not be responsible for the return shipping costs. PayPal mentioned they will refund $30, but the return shipping will cost me approximately $50. I am still uncertain about this situation, as I understood that the seller should cover the return shipping expenses. I am struggling to get PayPal to refund my money, and I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I am having trouble accessing my PayPal account. I suspect it has been compromised by someone I used to sell merchandise with. After parting ways, the individual continued to use the account to keep the money from sales. Now, when I try to log in on my smartphone to create my own account, it kicks me out and doesn't recognize my membership. Even though I received an email about $35 in the account, I can't access it. I've shipped items without receiving payment to avoid negative feedback. The person involved was Joey Arcos from El Paso, Texas. How can I resolve this issue?

I have been waiting for my unemployment funds for a month. When I saw a link on PayPal to have my benefits direct deposited, I thought it would be convenient like how I did the same with my boyfriend's stimulus money. However, after my unemployment deposit hit, I was locked out of my account within 3 minutes. I provided all the requested information, but now my money is inaccessible for [redacted] days. I cannot reach a real person for help, and this money is crucial for paying rent and feeding my kids. I have tried various solutions, like opening a business account, without success. The deposit was for unemployment benefits, not a business transaction. I am reaching out in hopes that by contacting you directly, a resolution can be found.

I recently ordered four national park posters puzzles, each different. However, when the puzzles arrived, they were all the same - a line of whiskey bottles on a back bar. There was no packing slip, so I had to contact the company using the tracking information. I returned the puzzles to the address on the shipping label before hearing back from the company. They eventually responded after six days, asking me not to ship the puzzles back to that address since there was no invoice or information enclosed. I'm disappointed and unsure how to proceed. I'm hoping the company will either send me the correct puzzles or provide me with a refund.

Today, I received a PayPal bill with three unauthorized items that seem to be related to a previous scam incident from August 8, [redacted]. Despite having already taken precautions after that scam, my PayPal account now seems to have been compromised. The items in question are from SEA Gamer Mall and Walmart, dated August 8, and I have contacted both companies to address the issue. SEA Gamer Mall confirmed it was a hacking incident and advised me to dispute the charges with PayPal. Walmart also confirmed an unauthorized account was used for the purchase and recommended contacting PayPal. The transaction numbers are as follows: 8WA686091F866701F, 7UC76171WS[redacted], and 2R868937GF474373R. I kindly request the removal of these items from my bill and will proceed to change my PayPal credentials promptly. Thank you for your assistance.
