I recently purchased a Kissly bra from WorldLead International and the total charge was $45.98. I ensured I could return it within 30 days as stated on their website. The bra arrived on Friday, August 21, and despite ordering an XXL according to their size chart, it did not fit my daughter who normally wears that size. When I contacted their customer service for a refund, they refused, claiming they shipped the correct size. They even requested a video as proof, which I find unreasonable. When I tried to access their FAQ page, it was unavailable. I am frustrated by this experience and would appreciate any assistance in obtaining a refund. Thank you for your help.

My account has been locked by PayPal for 8 months now, and I am struggling to unlock it. Their phone line is unresponsive, and I am considering seeking legal advice. The issue revolves around my identity. My account, set up with a pseudonym familiar to everyone, needs to match my legal name, which is also linked to my bank account. Despite providing the necessary documents, PayPal's customer service reps have not been helpful. They keep repeating the same instructions to upload proof, which I have already done. After expressing my frustration, I have not received any assistance.

I encountered an issue with the link between PayPal and BMO-Harris Bank on August 1, [redacted]. Despite BMO-Harris Bank confirming their end is fixed, PayPal still hasn't reconnected the link. I spoke with Mac Russell from PayPal Credit support, who mentioned the problem lies with PayPal.com. I have a detailed four-page conversation with Mr. Russell that I'm ready to fax for resolution. The product I received does not match the description provided. I need to cancel this urgently before it is shipped. The item was meant to be the Nintendo Switch Animal Crossing: New Horizons Edition console, but it only contained the dock, 2 controllers, and 2 controller straps. I am currently experiencing an issue with a transaction through the Resolution Center. The product I received was defective, and despite my request for a prepaid return label from the seller, I have not received a response. PayPal intervened, but now the Resolution Center is asking me to pay for return postage to a foreign address. I paid $5.95 for postage to NY as instructed. The seller is insisting on the return to a foreign address due to the cost exceeding the product price. I regret not checking online reviews beforehand to discover the seller's fraudulent behavior. It appears even Amazon has taken action against them. I believe PayPal should do the same, considering their questionable history. I am seeking a resolution that involves receiving a prepaid return label for a full refund. I appreciate any help with this matter. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account because I am unable to verify my phone number via text due to a broken phone. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I am only directed back to the website for assistance. This loop has prevented me from accessing necessary funds on PayPal, and I have been attempting to resolve this matter since yesterday evening. I am having difficulties logging in or resetting my password. If there is an account associated with my information, I would appreciate assistance but I cannot spend all day waiting for support. I believe my account should be closed as I have not used your services in a long time. Despite this, I continue to receive emails requesting corrections to my account details. I received an email notifying me of a $[redacted] charge to my PayPal account for a purchase on Wish that I did not authorize. The email includes transaction details and the shipping address for the order. The payment was sent from an email address I do not recognize, which is concerning. I created a Bandcamp account to share my music for digital purchase on bandcamp.com. To enable transactions, Bandcamp requires a linked Paypal account. I signed up using my Gmail address [redacted] for what I thought was a necessary business account. I now suspect I only need a personal Paypal account. Although Paypal's website says my account is ready, I am stuck at the business description prompt and unable to proceed or switch to a personal account. It keeps redirecting me back. I am seeking help from Paypal to assist me in completing my personal account setup rather than pushing me to a business account. I would like to continue using my intended Gmail for this process.

I purchased tickets via StubHub using PayPal last night. After not receiving a confirmation or email, I discovered the tickets were still available. Upon calling, I was informed of a system glitch that led to no tickets being allocated despite the payment being deducted. They offered me discounted tickets, but in the meantime, we found alternative tickets. When declining the offer, they proposed giving us discounted tickets for a different event but instructed us to load money onto a StubHub card first. My husband felt uneasy about this and preferred we cancel everything. The representative, insisting we proceed, stated we might lose our money if we didn't comply. I am Lois Grinage and I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund of $[redacted].10 for six African outfits I bought on 5/6/20. The items I received did not match the ones advertised; some were too small or too large. I ended up with black and white dresses that could fit my 2-year-old niece, and the other outfits were unattractive. I do not have the funds to keep these items. I ordered a playpen from Three Kingdoms Technology, but it was supposedly delivered to a front porch door that I don't have. Despite my emails being unanswered, I escalated the issue to PayPal. The company eventually stated that they would send a replacement due to the possible loss of the item. Even though they provided a tracking number and assured delivery by 9/15, it ended up in Hicksville, Ohio, when I reside in Hicksville, New York. I provided all this information to PayPal, but my case was denied. I've tried contacting the company through the message center with no success, and the phone numbers are inactive, instructing to use the message center instead. This situation is completely unacceptable, and I urgently need a resolution.

On May 28th, I ordered a playpen from Three Kingdoms Technology. Despite them stating it was delivered to my front door porch, I do not have one and never received my playpen. Despite my attempts to contact Three Kingdoms, they did not respond to my emails. I escalated the issue by opening a dispute with PayPal. Three Kingdoms eventually provided a new tracking number for another playpen, scheduled to arrive by September 15th. Shockingly, the tracking information indicated it was delivered to Hicksville, Ohio, instead of Hicksville, New York, where I reside. PayPal recently informed me that my case was denied based on the carrier's delivery confirmation, even though it was clearly to the wrong address. I am frustrated and seeking a refund.

I submitted a claim regarding an order from China. After weeks of waiting, I received a package with minimal information, containing two cheap canvas bags instead of the beach chairs I purchased. Despite my claim, it was denied by PayPal, as the company claimed the package was sent and received. This so-called "evidence" is misleading, as what I got was clearly not what I ordered. It seems like the company sends random items just to meet the delivery requirement. I am appalled by PayPal's lack of action against this deceitful practice. I seek clarification on how they permit such scams to continue without consequences.

I ordered two coolers for $39.95 each, totaling $79.90, on June 2, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received them. After contacting PayPal, they informed me that the seller claimed to have shipped the items and provided a tracking number that the post office does not recognize. Despite my efforts to communicate with PayPal through calls and emails, I have not received a satisfactory response. Additionally, I was charged a late payment fee by PayPal, which I believe is unjustified as I was expecting a refund for the undelivered coolers. I am reaching out regarding case [redacted] with PayPal from August 20. Despite receiving an email on August 25 indicating the delivery, I have not received the 2 canvas folding chairs with canopy ordered from Zxin Trading Co. via irrperb.com (order # IR245702 for $39.98). I have visited the post office twice with the tracking numbers but they don't show any record of delivery. After contacting the company with the order and tracking numbers, I am still without the items I purchased on July 6. PayPal processed the order on the same day. The tracking numbers given are [redacted][redacted][redacted] for 2 items received on August 20 (but not the correct ones) and [redacted], which was deemed inaccurate by the post office manager on August 26. Seeking a refund for the undelivered order, I contacted PayPal on August 27 but received an automated response stating they cannot process it at the moment. How can I proceed to cancel this order given the situation?

I recently had a dispute that got resolved. I was waiting for PayPal's reply before taking any further action. It's puzzling that the seller's PayPal account is in China when their website states they're in Arizona. The item I received came from West Chester, OH, but their return address is supposedly in AZ. Shipping a yoga mat back to China would be quite expensive, around $[redacted]. PayPal's resolution didn't meet my expectations. The $30 they offered covers only a fraction of the shipping cost, leaving the seller seemingly off the hook for selling possible counterfeit products. It appears they may not intend to process refunds, considering the high return shipping costs. Their attempt to offer a partial refund was likely just a way to appease me. There are suspicions of counterfeit goods being sold, with fake reviews on their site. They even removed the item in question, which suggests their involvement in fraudulent activities. Communication through PayPal's messaging system proved to be challenging, with limited time to respond once a decision was made. I initially contacted the shop multiple times by email upon receiving the fraudulent mats, but only got a response after opening a case with PayPal. Their website's return policy conflicts with the return address China mentioned in the claim.

I ordered clothing from an Asian manufacturer and none of the items fit correctly. I reached out to HOLAPICK about the sizing issues but did not receive a response. Despite past success with another manufacturer, HOLAPICK was the worst regarding sizing and even sent me the wrong color earrings. The bill reflects the errors in my $[redacted] order. I planned to donate the clothes but am willing to return them within the 14-day policy if needed. Due to technical limitations, I can't provide photos as requested.
