I received an email on August 18, [redacted] regarding a transaction to Micro Computer Security LLC ([redacted]) for $[redacted].98 with Transaction ID: [redacted]D. I did not make this purchase and am unsure what it is for. The email mentioned I had 24 hours to dispute the transaction. I tried calling the provided number [redacted], but was unable to reach a customer service representative after multiple attempts. I left my phone number but have not received a call back. I am experiencing an urgent issue with my PayPal account and require immediate assistance. I can no longer log in, as my email and phone number are not recognized for verification. Upon reviewing my emails, I discovered unauthorized activities, such as changing my password, enabling two-step verification, adding and removing phone numbers, and adding a new email address all on dates I did not initiate these changes. I received warnings about unrecognized access to my account, but I dismissed them as spam due to frequent fake PayPal emails. Today, when I tried to access my account to use the funds my brother sent me, I realized something was wrong. Customer service was of no help, as my debit card balance shows $[redacted] but is unusable due to unauthorized alterations. I urgently need to resolve this as my account has been compromised, and I fear that the funds could be misused. My debit account was used on August 7, and my account was frozen due to fraudulent activity on my debit card. I have resolved the issue, but I need help securing my account for future use, particularly on PayPal. You can reach me at [redacted]. The previous card linked to my account has been voided, and the bank has issued me a new one. Please ensure no transactions are made on the old card, and either close or void it. I haven't made any purchases on it since August 7, [redacted]. Kindly discard and destroy the old card as I now have a new one and won't be using it for a while due to what happened.

I would like to inform PayPal that I do not have an account with them and have only used my debit card for transactions. The old card linked to my PayPal account has been voided. I am having trouble logging into my PayPal account. Every time I try, I receive a message saying my account is restricted. I am unable to email, text, or contact anyone at PayPal. When I called customer support, I was informed they cannot assist me over the phone and that I must use the online help options, which I cannot access due to being unable to log in. I filed a dispute against Joyce by Design and attempted to contact customer support. The conversation was challenging as the representatives were not easily understandable. After a failed resolution attempt, I escalated the issue to Discover Card. PayPal has since suspended my account due to alleged fraud, which is incorrect. They requested three actions to lift the suspension; I completed two but struggle with the third, as I don't receive paper statements. Last week, I made a $[redacted] payment to PS Techies to cover any computer issues for a year. However, after encountering more problems and being asked for an additional $25, my partner felt pressured into paying through PayPal. This situation doesn't sit well with us ethically. I am writing regarding a dispute involving Beverly Smith and Sherryl Childers. I am extremely frustrated with this situation. On July 22, [redacted], Sherryl Childers transferred $[redacted].00 to Beverly Smith's account. Later, Beverly Smith transferred this amount to her personal bank account, leaving $0.00 in her account. Then, unexpectedly, Beverly Smith's account showed a refund of $24.96 to Sherryl Childers' account, without permission. Following this, Sherryl Childers had $85.04 deducted from her bank account by PayPal, which she did not authorize. This unauthorized transaction resulted in a $35.00 NSF fee. It is clear that Beverly Smith should not have a negative balance of $[redacted].00 in her PayPal account. To resolve this issue promptly, PayPal owes Sherryl Childers $85.05 plus the $35.00 NSF fee, totaling $[redacted].04. Beverly Smith will not be repaying the $[redacted].00 showing as negative in her account. I request a customer service manager to contact me as soon as possible to address this matter. I am facing a significant issue with an order I made back in May from Order Plus International Ltd. for $54.23. After a delay in receiving the product, I disputed the charge, but I eventually received the item. However, upon gifting it to my niece in July, we found it was too small, and I have been attempting to return it without success. My PayPal account was compromised in June with unauthorized purchases made using my Chase business checking account. Upon noticing the fraudulent activity at Home Depot, I contacted Chase Southwest Airlines Visa to halt the transactions and suspended all my accounts. It took two weeks to get an appointment at Chase Bank due to Covid-19 restrictions, where it was discovered the unauthorized payments came directly from my business checking account linked to PayPal. I suspect the breach occurred after setting up the payment option in PayPal. Despite filing fraud paperwork with Chase and seeking resolution, PayPal deducted $90 from my account, causing it to be locked. While I appreciate PayPal reimbursing the $[redacted], the remaining $90 should still be in my account. Unfortunately, I cannot verify this as my account remains inaccessible. I won a computer on eBay and tried to pay for it using PayPal Credit, but I encountered issues. I've been on the phone with customer service for the past 24 hours trying to speak with a live agent, but it seems impossible. Sometimes I can log into my account, but it's either limited or locked, making it impossible to pay for the item. Other times, after entering my password, it asks for a mobile number and I can't proceed further. When I did manage to speak to an agent, I was informed that my access was limited or locked, and there was nothing they could do about it. I also attempted to use a different credit card instead of PayPal Credit, but it was not accepted. Citibank confirmed that the card was in good standing, and they could see it being accessed, indicating that the issue may lie with PayPal. When I visited the store later, the credit card that initially didn't work was accepted. I'm feeling lost and hopeless as no one at PayPal seems able to help or show concern.

I have new details about case # PP-D-[redacted]4 still pending. The issue is the items I bought and paid for were never received. Despite USPS tracking showing delivery to my cluster box on August 10, when I went, it was missing. I contacted the carrier, who mentioned another person delivered it by mistake. Despite efforts to locate it, the package remains missing. A complaint was lodged with USPS online, leading to a call from supervisor, Howard Toala at [redacted]. He mentioned speaking to the delivery person but no progress was made. I posted notices online with no luck. Unfortunately, the postal supervisor dismissed the issue suggesting I could only claim if it was insured. I suspect it wasn't. I received a 5Ah battery instead of the advertised 6Ah battery. After contacting them, they offered a $5 refund to resolve the issue. However, the 5Ah battery failed after first use. They agreed to send a new battery without returning the faulty one, but as they were out of stock, they sent a 4Ah battery instead. The 4Ah battery also failed after about three charge cycles. Despite reaching out multiple times about the issues and inquiring about the promised 5Ah battery, they have not responded. Since the battery had a 3-year guarantee, I am now seeking a refund due to the lack of quality and poor communication from the company. Ebay suggested handling the matter through PayPal, as the [redacted]-day window has passed. If you have access to my correspondence with eBay, please look into it. Thank you for your assistance.

I purchased clothes from Berrylook on 8th March [redacted], totaling £[redacted].94 with order number E[redacted]. The payment was made through PayPal with transaction ID [redacted]18G[redacted]. Berrylook sent the items in several parcels over a month, but the last parcel never arrived due to it being out of stock (11 items were ordered). After receiving all the clothes, I requested a refund. After numerous email exchanges, they provided a return address, requesting the items to be sent back via recorded delivery to China. The clothes were delivered to Berrylook on 15th June [redacted], with an additional £40 cost for recorded delivery. Despite emailing them, I have not received any response regarding my refund.
