Hey Paypal, so recently my paypal account was limited due to underage requirements. I want to close my account, but it will not let me. But even if I wanted to, someone had sent me *** dollars as I sold something online. Another issue is that I am trying to remove my credit card too, but it keeps saying there is an error. Are you able to refund the *** to the buyer, remove my credit card, and close my account for good? Account is linked to the email *****@***.com . All I want is firstly the ability to issue a refund to a buyer, then remove my credit card from the paypal account linked to *****@***.com, AND then close my account fully.
