I submitted payments of $[redacted] on August 6th and $[redacted] on August 10th to my psychiatrist, but she has not received them yet. The transactions are pending in my PayPal account, although the money has been deducted from my checking account. I need assistance in ensuring the funds are sent to the correct account. Despite misspelling her name today, I had the correct information on August 6th. As a single mom, I rely on this therapy, and having $[redacted] in limbo on PayPal is stressful. Due to bad weather affecting my reception, I tried to access a site I paid for using PayPal for background checks. Despite buying a one-month subscription for $11, I couldn't log in. They then offered a one-time check for $1.99, still blocking my access. I suspect it's a scam and request immediate cancellation of both charges as I cannot access the site. Please beware and don't pay them. If necessary, I will cancel my credit card, but it will take 10 days for a new one with a different number. Thank you, Kathleen W.

Hello, I made a purchase on Aug. 10 and 11 for over $[redacted] on eBay. Recently, I received an email regarding possible unauthorized activity on my PayPal account. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to contact a customer service representative for assistance. It seems there is a mysterious charge from CVS Pharmacy on my account, a store I do not shop at. I am concerned about this situation as my phone numbers are linked to my PayPal account, and I am continuously receiving verification codes to reset my password. This has caused me a lot of stress. On July 19th, I made a purchase through PayPal for a Volkswagen Bus Cooler from Sihe Trading Co. Ltd. However, I received a toy car instead of the cooler. The company website is now down, and I am seeking a full refund for the product and delivery charge due to the incorrect item received. The toy car came from 70 Gibson Drive, Unit 7, Markham, Ontario L3R 4C2. My order was delayed, and I am displeased with the service. I encountered many challenges after making a $[redacted].00 purchase on eBay using PayPal. The customer service has been subpar, with frequent login issues despite numerous password updates. The seller even resorted to sending me untruthful and offensive emails. My attempts to address these problems by updating my login information have been in vain, as I cannot access my account due to incorrect security answers and possibly inaccurate social security number. As a [redacted]% disabled veteran suffering from PTSD and severe spinal injuries, this ordeal has significantly impacted my health and stress levels. After multiple failed attempts to reach a supervisor, I am frustrated with the lack of support. Therefore, I request the immediate closure of my account and the complete erasure of all my data. I demand confirmation via email and USPS. The unpleasant experiences with PayPal have led me to severe discontent and distrust towards the organization. I just received an email informing me that my account has been restricted (Chase ID: #[redacted]-[redacted]88). I'm surprised by this as I haven't used this account in over 15 years. When I tried to access the account on your website, my username and password were not recognized. I don't want to reactivate this account; I want it removed entirely as I have no plans to use it, and it is of no use to me. I purchased a guitar from a website I found on Facebook. Despite the expected long shipping time from China, I wasn't concerned. I ordered a Slash Green Gibson copy electric guitar at a discounted price due to clearance sales at the end of April. The item finally arrived at the end of July, but instead of the guitar, I received a cheap paper face mask. I'm extremely frustrated by this situation and feel deceived by the company. I paid $91 for the guitar. I am hoping for either the correct item (although I doubt it will happen) or a refund. The order was made through DUNSON LLC via PayPal on April 25th at 07:38:11 PDT. I use PayPal frequently, and I'm appalled by this experience. I have the order number - Receipt 4[redacted]-5[redacted]. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I am encountering a challenging situation that I need assistance with. A buyer on eBay mistakenly purchased an item marked for local pickup only, although they live far away. They requested to cancel the order, which I promptly approved. When I tried to issue a refund via PayPal, I encountered difficulties processing the full amount. After contacting eBay on August 8th, they indicated that the refund would be automatically processed within 72 hours on their end. However, the buyer has since initiated a dispute through eBay, resulting in the funds being held in PayPal and preventing me from issuing the refund. Despite having sufficient funds in my linked bank account, PayPal shows a negative balance and restricts adding funds due to the ongoing dispute. I faced challenges trying to reach a human representative at PayPal via their automated phone system, ultimately leading me to attempt finding help through their online help section. I sold an item on August 2nd and shipped it on August 5th. The buyer received it on August 7th. On August 10th, I linked my PayPal and eBay accounts as they were not connected initially. After speaking with multiple representatives on August 11th, Representative Dostine Rose assured me that the money would be released on August 12th. However, as of today, August 13th, the funds have not been deposited into my account. I also have a $[redacted] payment pending from the same buyer, which I understand is an eCheck and waiting to clear. The $[redacted] payment should have been released by now.

Good morning, I have been trying to contact you since last June without success because I am unable to log in to my PayPal account as it gives me an error every time I try to recover my password. On July 12, [redacted], you sent me an email notifying me of a refund from Forum Sport for a purchase made on June 7 for a total of [redacted].99 euros, which was canceled. This payment was made with the bank card ending in [redacted] linked to my PayPal account. It is important to note that the payment to Forum Sport was done on the eBay website directly with the card, not using PayPal as a payment method. As of today, August 13, [redacted], I am still unable to access my PayPal account to retrieve this refund due to the continued password error. It is possible that my account has been hacked. I have a claim that is over two months old with reference number PP-D-[redacted]6. PayPal keeps changing the resolution date, causing confusion. According to the tracking site provided by the seller, the item's status is marked as "Expired." The explanation states that the carrier may not have updated the tracking information due to high postage volume, which could indicate that the package was lost during transportation. The suggestion is to reach out to the sender or shipping carrier for further assistance.

I ordered a door anchor system from the yoga mat store back in July, around the $59 charge on July 26th. Unfortunately, I have not received the product and my attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. After checking my PayPal statement, I noticed the company listed for that transaction on July 26th is unfamiliar to me. I have researched them online, but I cannot find any connection to my purchase. I would like a refund or confirmation of the product being sent, as I am able to purchase it elsewhere. Given the circumstances, I prefer a refund as I am hesitant about this company. I am dissatisfied with my recent order (ICW-[redacted]) from Icrossworld. The hoodie has a message "place your name here" instead of my actual name and the sweatshirt is labeled as Triton boats instead of Ranger boats. The tee shirt is acceptable but faded. Despite my efforts to provide detailed pictures to the company, they claim they did not receive them. I only heard back from them after canceling my payment. My fishing club also used PayPal to purchase items from Icrossworld, hoping for quality products, but we are disappointed with the customer service experience. I need assistance viewing my activity history and making changes to automatic payments. While attempting to contact PayPal via phone, I spoke to a person with an Indian accent claiming to be a PayPal representative. He mentioned a suspicious $[redacted] bitcoin purchase, which I didn't make, and requested my debit card for a refund. Unfortunately, he charged $[redacted] to my card and has another $[redacted] pending. I have closed the account and initiated a fraud investigation. I am still unable to access my activity history to manage my donations. It would be reassuring to receive a call from PayPal to guarantee the safety of my account moving forward. Thank you.

I made a room reservation for 3 nights from June 16th to the 19th through vegas.com. Due to the coronavirus and my heart condition, I needed to cancel for my health. I tried contacting vegas.com a week and a half before my stay but could only reach a recording, despite calls and emails. Even the hotel, Bally's, couldn't assist me. Vegas.com did not respond, and I found out the hotel was closed during my booking yet still charged me $[redacted]. I believe I deserve a refund due to their lack of communication and the hotel's closure.

I placed an order for an ice maker on another website for my grandparents on July 18, [redacted], for $50.12. The website required me to use PayPal for checkout. After waiting for a tracking number, it showed that the product was shipping via USPS. When we contacted the Post Office with the tracking number, they claimed it had been delivered and left in the box at the post office. However, when we went to check, there was no box there. We attempted to reach out to the company we ordered from at ([redacted]) but were unsuccessful. Is there a way to request a refund for the undelivered item we purchased?

My account has been limited again for the same reason as before, even after it was reviewed and unlocked previously. This issue happened once with a deposit from the same place and seems to be related to the address verification, possibly the zip code. I recently moved to Rambo Lane and received a prepaid PayPal card at this address. I do not have other utility bills in my name yet. The recent deposit was from my unemployment, and no transactions were made after that. I'm frustrated and need my account unlocked promptly as I have already provided the necessary information.
