I use PayPal all the time, but I usually do not have to sign in. But now I do because I need to send some money to a friend in the UK and I have never done that before. SO I try to sign in with a password that I have written down so I KNOW it IS CORRECT ... but it kept getting rejected. They have ALSO rejected * security codes !!! and I can't even sign in. Can we please get this done ... as I cannot reach anyone on the phone either.
