I have spent six hours trying to resolve an issue with my PayPal account on your end. No matter what I do, I keep getting the same error message from PayPal stating, "sorry, something wrong on our end." I had an old account under [redacted] but cannot access it due to a forgotten password. I need to refund someone $[redacted] urgently. Despite following all instructions, I cannot create a new password. Even my husband, a computer engineer, could not resolve this issue. When he tried to link our accounts, he discovered another person named Sherry Porter with the same email from a different state. Please assist me in fixing this on your end. Hello, my name is Francine. A few years back, my PayPal account was compromised, resulting in fraudulent charges exceeding $1,[redacted]. I requested that once I was refunded, my account be permanently deleted. Despite being informed it could take time, I eventually sent an email confirming my desire to sever ties with PayPal. Fast forward to today, I received an email stating my account was limited due to suspicious activity, despite my belief that I no longer have a PayPal account. Customer service stated they identified my account through my phone number, a puzzling revelation. Despite multiple failed attempts to address this over the phone, I am left unable to access an account I thought was closed. Repeated calls were unsuccessful due to the high volume of complaints. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter. I am feeling overwhelmed, especially given my current circumstances. Please help me eliminate this account completely. Thank you.

I'm experiencing issues with my PayPal account and require urgent assistance. The account is currently limited due to unusual activity that requires identity verification. Despite verifying my identity previously, I recently had my wallet stolen with all forms of identification, making it challenging to replace them during the ongoing pandemic. On July 8, an "automatic payment" was deducted from my account and sent to eBay for Return shipping of a WWI Era Sweden Swedish Model [redacted] Bayonet Leather Frog - in Excellent Condition #2. The Invoice ID is [redacted] and the Transaction ID is 1NS378952B599394N. Although the charge is only $3.31, it is unauthorized and fraudulent as I did not make this purchase or return. There is no identifiable seller associated with this transaction. I have tried reaching out multiple times, but the system keeps disconnecting my calls. The RESOLUTION page form also logged me out, losing all my input. I am considering escalating this matter to the local Seattle television station to ensure this issue is resolved promptly.

I received the email below today and tried to forward it to [redacted], thinking it was a fraudulent email. However, my email did not send and stayed in the outbox. In the meantime, I changed my password, hoping no harm was done. I am feeling incredibly frustrated as I am unsure how to address this issue. Here is an overview of the problem: - Last week, I established a business account. - I commenced operating my Shopify store and receiving orders for physical goods from my reputable business with a valid EIN. - Ten customers chose to pay via PayPal, totaling approximately $1.5K. - I was notified that my account has been restricted pending further details for unlocking. - I provided my driver's license, home address, and merchant details. My license was validated, while the other information is under review. - I messaged to confirm the validity of the submitted data. - An initial response indicated that everything appeared correct and the issue would be resolved within 24-48 hours. - Upon further inquiry, I received an email mentioning PayPal's reply. - Curiously, all records of my prior communications have vanished from the message center. - I missed a call at 7 pm and discovered my account was fully locked the next morning. - Attempts to contact PayPal via phone were unfruitful, as they were unable to assist over the phone. - I am currently unable to send additional messages to dispute the situation. PayPal is currently holding $1.5K of my customers' funds, hindering me from paying the manufacturer to fulfill the orders. Resolving this deadlock to regain access to my money or unlock my account seems unattainable.

I recently made a purchase with PayPal after about ten years of not using it. However, I received an email today mentioning an order from Home Depot that I did not place, going to an address a thousand miles away from me under someone else's name. This has led me to cancel my Visa card and will cause issues with my other vendors. I tried to contact PayPal for assistance but found it frustrating and unsatisfactory. I received a tracking number for an item I ordered on July 15, but it turned out to be invalid. The tracking number actually belonged to an order delivered to a different address on July 6. I am disappointed because the item was intended for my daughter's birthday. Despite emailing the seller multiple times, I have not received a response. I have also tried reaching out to PayPal, but I have been unable to get through to them. This situation needs to be resolved promptly by PayPal to ensure better business practices.

Hi, I require a copy of my June statement from PayPal. I attempted to use the online service to request a statement between specific dates, but the document I received was just a transaction list. I am looking for a statement with the PayPal letterhead containing my full name and account number, not encrypted. I need an official document similar to the paper statements sent by mail monthly but in an electronic format. The website only provides transaction lists, and I need a proper bank statement.

I ordered a "Paneled Long Sleeve Dress" ($28.88) and 2 "Men's Casual Animal Shirts" ($21.97 each) from Hawalili, aka "Newfashion" on PayPal on June 23. I received the dress on July 31 and one shirt on Aug 1, both in gray plastic bags with order details. The return instructions provide to email "[redacted]" within 48 hours for authorization and return address. I emailed them to return the dress but didn't mention the missing shirt. I haven't received a response or the second shirt, nearing the 15-day return deadline, feeling frustrated. The Return/Exchange Form includes a pre-printed label for shipping returns, promising refunds or exchanges if dissatisfied. Hoping to resolve this soon, still waiting for their reply. I recently purchased a pair of orthotic insoles from Able Look Online, LTD using PayPal. During checkout, I was offered an additional pair for $4.00, which I agreed to. However, as I was directed to PayPal, I received an error message stating my order couldn't be processed through PayPal. I then placed an order for just one pair without using PayPal. To my surprise, I received an email from [redacted] confirming my order of two pairs totaling $44.89. I haven't received any insoles yet and now doubt the legitimacy of this transaction. I rented my timeshare unit at the Wyndham Long Wharf Resort to a guest recently. She expressed concerns about the resort reopening and requested a refund if it closed again, which I agreed to. After she paid a deposit on July 1st and the remaining rent on July 6th, I informed her about my payment preferences via Zelle, but she preferred Paypal for the transaction. Despite her complaint on July 16th regarding pool availability being limited due to Covid-19, our rental agreement did not include specific amenities, only access to the unit. She raised a dispute with Paypal on July 17th, but I provided evidence of her stay and pool use to Paypal promptly. Despite submitting all required documentation by July 30th, I have not received a response from Paypal. I am eager to settle this matter as I have fulfilled my part of the agreement. I requested a refund of $37.97 from CMOLO due to a product causing a medical condition. Despite multiple emails with the company regarding the refund, it was denied. I then reached out to dispute the charge with First National Credit Card ending in [redacted]. Once the credit card company intervened, my Paypal account was restricted. I'm unsure whether the dispute should be directly handled by Paypal rather than the credit card company. I'm hesitant to provide a copy of my identification for fear of potential identity theft. Hello, my PayPal account has been restricted for a while now. I don't use it anymore, so I didn't bother resolving the limitations until I noticed there is a significant amount of money in it. I need to transfer it out as soon as possible. I tried to resolve the issues but encountered two main problems. Firstly, it's asking for confirmation of a bank statement, and since I no longer bank there and they don't provide paper statements, I can't obtain one. Secondly, it's showing a few old PayPal accounts that were permanently closed by PayPal. I can't log into these accounts as they are closed, making it impossible to resolve them. I urgently need assistance in removing the money from the account. Please help me resolve this before we end this conversation. Thank you.

Dear Paypal Customer Service, I recently bought an Apple iPhone 6s Plus from the seller top_phone17 on eBay, order number 23-05[redacted]1, for $[redacted].80.
