I am trying to access my Paypal account to retrieve the transaction ID required for a refund on an automatic payment. However, I am unable to log in as the site is prompting me for a login code sent via text message to reset my password. Due to running out of airtime while getting a new phone, I am unable to receive the code. I fear I may not have the same number once I get the new phone, which would hinder my access even further. Despite speaking with a Paypal representative, I was told I need an active phone number to proceed. I am urgently seeking assistance to unlock my account, retrieve the transaction ID, and request a refund within the 7-day window.

I recently received an email about suspicious activity on my account, which led to a restriction being placed. Despite confirming the validity of the transactions online, PayPal's phone system disconnects when I try to lift the restriction. The internet link only has the option to 'secure my account', which is confusing. I have always valued PayPal's service, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I suspect I have fallen victim to an online scam. On July 27, I ordered boots from a site I believed belonged to LL Bean due to a sale promotion. Upon investigating post-transaction, I realized I had been deceived by a sophisticated scam appearing on Facebook. Despite spotting the pending payment in my PayPal account, I couldn't stop it. The recipient was not LL Bean but an entity named ALL CIRCUIT ELECTRONIC LIMITED, confirming my suspicion of fraud. Additionally, I never received a prompt email receipt. Following this, a PayPal email titled "Details About Your Shipment" with Transaction ID: 7MX89326PY[redacted] arrived. I contacted the supposed seller but received no response from "Seller ALLY CIRCUIT ELECTRONIC LIMITED at [redacted]" I am unsure of the company's location and now understand the phrase "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" holds true.

I sent a money transfer to France on July 27 through Xoom. The recipient has not received the money and Xoom claims that Trustly deposited it. Despite contacting Xoom and PayPal for over 2 hours, I am struggling to get concrete information. I even reached out to Trustly for assistance. It is frustrating that neither PayPal nor Xoom can provide the name associated with the deposited amount. The recipient, a small business, receives multiple deposits daily, so my name should be clearly linked to the transfer. My experience with Xoom has been disappointing, especially considering PayPal's reputation for quality service. The transaction ID for Xoom is XZGHHC3S, completed on July 28, [redacted].

I and my wife each bought a Nintendo Switch with our debit card on July 15, [redacted]. However, we haven't received either of them. I can provide evidence from my bank statement that the money was debited, as well as email confirmations stating that the switches would be shipped within five days. The blue Nintendo Switch was $99, and the red one was $97. The blue one's number on my bank statement is S[redacted][redacted], and the red one's number is S[redacted][redacted]. If I don't receive the switches or any confirmation soon, I will have to report this as fraud. Please either deliver the Nintendo switches I purchased or refund the money to my bank account. Hello, I have been asked by PayPal to provide transaction details and documents. In the past, I have always provided them with the requested information. However, this time, despite providing everything correctly, they closed my account without giving a reason. I have been trying to contact PayPal for clarification, but I keep receiving the same automated responses. I am a top-rated seller on eBay both in the US and globally, but PayPal seems unresponsive to this. My business funds are currently frozen, affecting my ability to purchase items and ship them to customers. My buyers are satisfied with my products, and eBay has confirmed that I have not violated any policies. I am unsure why PayPal has taken this action and I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue.

I have been experiencing recurring charges from a service I cancelled in May with JUSTANSWER WEB ID: PAYPALS177, for $60. They refunded the $60 on June 4th but did not cover the $34 overdraft fee. A charge of $60 occurred on June 25th, leading to another $34 overdraft. A similar charge was attempted on July 27th, resulting in a $34 overdraft. I request a refund of $[redacted] and action against this company. I believe someone is using my name and credit card, which I have since changed. Recently, PAYPAL charged my new card $[redacted].06 and $[redacted].35, showing on my statement as PAYPAL *RLMAXWELL4 [redacted]. An automated phone call on [redacted] claims I owe PAYPAL $[redacted] for setting up a bank account I never authorized. When I tried to log in, it said no account existed with my email. The person involved mentioned a Georgia location, but I did not instruct them to use my credit card or set up any accounts. Please investigate and address this $[redacted] charge. I do not have a PAL PAY account and do not wish to link my bank details to any PAYPAL accounts. I am in Georgia and did not hire anyone to work for me or create accounts on my behalf. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter with a real person.

I attempted to purchase 4 items from DH Closet using my debit card. My credit union declined the transaction, so I tried again using my PayPal account. Unfortunately, my Visa debit purchase was declined for fraud. I then tried to cancel the $64.96 transaction on PayPal but they deemed it legitimate and processed it. DH Closet emailed me about the purchase, and while relieved, I was later informed that item #[redacted] was unavailable. I requested a refund of $14.99 for this item multiple times with no response. When I tried to open a PayPal dispute, I found out I couldn't because I had already opened one. I've been unsuccessful in reaching a PayPal representative to resolve this frustrating issue regarding a transaction on 07/07/[redacted], #2BP573799T[redacted], Invoice ID: [redacted][redacted] for a total of $64.96, which included the Daisy Print Button Detail O-neck T-shirt, Item #[redacted]. I recently received a suspicious email labeled "BILL for RECENT TRANSACTION" claiming to be from PayPal dated July 17, [redacted], regarding a $[redacted].98 Bitcoin exchange. The email instructed me to contact PayPal at 1-[redacted] if I did not make this transaction. I want to clarify that I did not make this transaction as I am unaware of having a PayPal account. I used to have an account under the name Donald Seykowski, which was closed around a decade ago. If any account is still active under my name, please close it. I refrained from calling the provided number in the email as it seemed like a potential scam. On the other hand, my wife, Sarah Seykowski, has a PayPal account related to her jewelry business, but it has been inactive since March [redacted] due to the Covid-19 shutdowns.

I bought a swinging camp chair for $64.99 and received a four-legged chair that is unstable and cannot be sat in as advertised. The company offered a 15% refund, but I declined and now they want me to return it at my own cost. I recently came across an unexpected invoice from Rental Generated for a Bitcoin exchange on PayPal. I am not familiar with Bitcoin and suspect my account may have been compromised. When I contacted a number provided in the email, I spoke with someone claiming to be from PayPal customer service, but the situation felt off. I recently obtained a new card and attempted to link it to my PayPal account to back up my checking account. I have been trying to contact PayPal customer service to remove the restriction on my account so I can transfer the money to my bank. I need to be by my son's side - he is in the hospital fighting for his life. Despite explaining my situation for the past four days, they keep asking for the same documents repeatedly. I have already submitted them four times. They acknowledged receiving the documents, but there seems to be a limitation preventing me from transferring the funds to my debit card. Time is crucial as my son may not make it through the night, and I want to be with him during his last moments. I fear that if something happens to my son before I can reach him, it will weigh heavily on me.

I ordered an item for Mother's Day, but it arrived five weeks late and was broken. I filed a dispute and was instructed to return it to the seller, but USPS wouldn't accept the package due to safety concerns with all the broken glass. The product came from China. In another incident the same month, I received the wrong item altogether. Despite providing pictures and order details, I lost both disputes.
