I accidentally deleted my purchase receipt while trying to submit it to the Dispute page for my order from Trapper Nets for $59.96 on 4-13. Due to being technologically challenged and living alone, online shopping is my only option. After receiving a response from Trapper Nets in early May promising to fulfill my order, they have not followed through despite multiple emails from me. My details are as follows: Burlon Armstrong, [redacted], Debit card ending in [redacted], PayPal Invoice ID c[redacted][redacted].1, and Transaction ID [redacted]2w59264 for four nets. I purchased 2 cat hammocks from the Renaissance Store on June 18, [redacted]. One was sent to my daughter and the other to me. I used PayPal for both transactions. Unfortunately, both packages contained only a cloth instead of the rattan hammocks I ordered as per the website. Each hammock cost around $26. I have reached out to the company and sent photos of the items received, but I doubt the legitimacy of the company as they have not responded to my complaint. I am seeking a refund unless I am assured of receiving the correct hammocks. I am open to providing any necessary information, including emails and photos. Thank you, R.N.

I submitted a claim regarding two smartwatches bought on June 9, [redacted], totaling $57.97 with expedited shipping that was never received. Despite expecting a resolution by July 18, [redacted], I have not heard back from Paypal, and the seller keeps asking me to wait. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure a timely delivery for a Father's Day gift, but the package never arrived. This situation feels unjust as I consistently pay my card bills on time, yet I am not receiving the support I expected from Paypal. I rely on Paypal to safeguard my account and assist me when needed. While I acknowledge the challenges due to the pandemic, all my other packages have been delivered promptly. This specific seller appears fraudulent, and I am counting on Paypal's protection for assistance. Can someone please address this issue promptly?

Case number PP-D-[redacted]7 has been assigned. Fasigal is requesting that I cancel my claim before issuing a refund. I am having difficulty obtaining a response from PayPal. I have reported the issue to the Internet Crime Complaint Center and provided the necessary documentation. Despite requesting confirmation of receipt, I have not received any response. Contemplating whether I should withdraw my claim and discontinue using PayPal considering the lack of communication.

I recently tried to buy a lawnmower using Paypal, and my bank account got charged $[redacted].53 instead of the $96.69 I agreed to. The seller also gave me a fake shipping tracking number, and when I reached out to them, they ignored me. I disputed the $[redacted].53 charge with my bank, which led to Paypal restricting my account and telling me they would deduct $[redacted].53. I haven't received the lawnmower, and the seller isn't communicating. I'm disputing the whole transaction, asking for the seller to be held accountable for fraud, and seeking to have my account reinstated.

Hello, I wanted to inform you that my credit card has been compromised with unauthorized charges. I've seen a trend where after making purchases through PayPal, I notice unauthorized charges on my PayPal account or on statements from other merchants. This is the third time I've had to deactivate my Chase credit card due to fraud. I've observed that whenever I use PayPal, I see fraudulent charges either on PayPal itself or on statements from other merchants. Recently, on 07/01/20, there was an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].20 to American Airlines, which I did not authorize. I contacted American Airlines and discovered the ticket was bought for a Juan Caban using my card details but a different email address. I suspect Juan Caban might have accessed customer card information to make fraudulent purchases and harm your company's reputation. I suggest checking your employee records to identify and address any potential issues with this individual. Feel free to reach out if you find any information about this person. Thank you, Steve A.

Our bank is located in Malaysia. Our PayPal account is verified as a business account. Since January [redacted], our PayPal account has been connected to a corporate ringgit account with Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) and a personal Maybank credit card. Recently, when I tried to switch from the old Maybank ringgit account to a new one, I encountered an error message saying: "Sorry, we’re unable to link that bank because it is disabled. Please try another bank." Reattempting with the old Maybank account and even trying with my personal CIMB Bank Berhad ringgit account both yielded the same error. I'd like to resolve this issue. Although I prefer speaking directly with a customer service representative, I learned that PayPal has closed its Malaysian offices since April [redacted], directing customers to seek support from offices in China, the Philippines, and India. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any available customer service numbers for these countries online.

My PayPal account is currently blocked, and I urgently need to process a refund for my customer. I cannot afford to have their money held for [redacted] days and then receive a check or delayed refund. The account block was due to a negative balance of only 11 cents, which I find unreasonable. I kindly request the account to be unblocked promptly so I can refund the customer directly. Alternatively, if possible, please assist in processing the refund back to the customer's account on my behalf.

I deposited a large check into my account via direct deposit more than a month ago. I have attempted to withdraw money using a cash card and small wire transfers, but without success. I believed I could send a large wire transfer to my fiancée's PayPal account. However, even she is unable to access the funds. Despite reaching out to online agents, I have not received clear or accurate answers. It seems like my communications are not being properly logged. I urgently need to withdraw all the funds and close both my account and my fiancée's. This issue has affected my credit and caused strain in my relationship. It is my rightfully deposited money, and I should be able to access it without restrictions. Though I have been informed about strict security measures, I feel like I am being unfairly prevented from withdrawing my own funds. I hope to reach a resolution with PayPal promptly.

We represent an animal welfare charity in Antigua. When our supporters try to make donations to us through PayPal, they encounter a message to "return to Merchant." We were prompted by PayPal to confirm our non-US tax status using the "Provide Now" button, which unfortunately did not work. Despite sending proof of our non-US status via email to PayPal on July 6, the issue persists, hindering the much-needed donations essential for caring for the animals in our donkey sanctuary and animal shelter. It is urgent that PayPal unlocks our account promptly.

My French PayPal account is currently suspended with a balance because of my residency in Spain for the past two years. Although I provided a Spanish phone number for verification during this period, similar to when I lived in Greece for two years and Thailand for seven years, my account has now been suspended due to transactions exceeding €[redacted]. I kindly request to transfer the funds to my French bank account linked to my credit card and subsequently close my PayPal account. As a long-term trouble-free customer, I find it inconvenient that my account was suspended merely for increased activity and my residence outside France. If this policy continues, I may have to reconsider using your services.

Enabling donations would facilitate these organizations in leveraging online contributions for societal betterment, aligning with global trends in philanthropy.

I noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted].29 on my Paypal account to Dr. Gundry's cosmetic company on July 7th. I reached out to Paypal to dispute the transaction, but they claimed it was authorized even though I never finalized the order. Despite closing the site without submitting the order, the payment still went through to my credit card. After contacting Dr. Gundry's company, I received conflicting emails regarding a refund but ultimately returned the unopened package with the given return number RA[redacted] on July 15th. Despite the company's statement that the refund was issued to my Paypal account, I have yet to see it reflected in my account. The company advised me to liaise with Paypal for further assistance and suggested setting up a conference call. Any guidance on arranging it would be appreciated. Thank you, Susan M.

I bought a "Garden Kneeler" from Shenzhen Aibili International Trade Co., Ltd on June 27, [redacted]. I got an email from "[redacted]" confirming a payment of $21.98 to the vendor via PayPal, funded by my Mastercard x-[redacted]. Transaction ID: OCL36895KL277344T and Invoice ID: c[redacted][redacted].1. I received a GardenBag via USPS from Favurty, but I haven't received the Garden Kneeler. I contacted Favurty via email but haven't heard back in two weeks. I need the item I purchased or a refund as the bag is useless without the Garden Kneeler.
