I am frustrated with PayPal. I have been using their services for years thinking they would protect me from fraud. My issue arose when I couldn't reach a human contact and didn't receive any help. I bought two pairs of sandals from what I believed was a Keen website. Upon realizing my mistake, I tried to cancel the order through PayPal with no success. Despite informing PayPal of a potential scam, I couldn't cancel the pending order. The shipping confirmations I received are clearly fake, showing the items as received on the same day they were sent. I never got anything from the seller, and no one responds to the provided email. I have received a bill via email for $[redacted].45. Despite not having a PayPal account, I am being charged. We previously resolved a fraud issue with PayPal's bank and ours, showing my identity was compromised. Now, I am facing the same problem again. I will contact the bank to address this fraudulent activity. Previously, my wife used an account related to eBay, which has been closed. The banks were instructed to close the account to prevent further fraud. I kindly request prompt assistance with this matter. I am almost 80 years old and would appreciate the swift resolution. I have received confirmation that the items were received by the seller. The USPS tracking number is CH[redacted]91US. I provided PayPal with the tracking number on 06/12/[redacted], the same day the merchandise was returned to the seller. I do not have the merchandise and am seeking a refund, as well as reimbursement for the return shipping, which cost $58.65 for a total of $[redacted].63 ($48.98 for the merchandise and $58.65 for the return). I should not have to cover the cost of returning an item that was not what I ordered and has been acknowledged by the seller. I have been in communication with both the seller and PayPal regarding this matter. PayPal indicated that my case was closed due to not receiving information about the return, despite my providing them with the USPS tracking number (CH[redacted]91US). I am anticipating a response regarding my case and request a full refund to my account. Thank you in advance.

My name is Noreen N., and I reside at [redacted] Alcott #[redacted], Westminster, CO [redacted]. I placed an order with Norton LLC for a sewing machine on May 5th, but I haven't received it yet. After contacting Norton LLC, they informed me that they do not use PayPal, and their machines are priced higher than the $99 I paid. They mentioned I may have been scammed, as the company changes its name frequently. I have informed my bank, Direct Express, and they temporarily refunded the money, but Norton LLC claimed it was a legitimate transaction, leading the bank to withdraw the funds again. Unfortunately, my bank can no longer assist as they only handle such matters once. I am 75 years old, on a fixed income, and losing $99 is significant for me. I request either a refund or delivery of the Singer sewing machine promptly. I am hopeful for a resolution soon.

I purchased an 8'x10' building which I did not receive. Following this, I filed a claim/dispute through PP. Despite the seller claiming it was delivered and left in my mailbox with a provided tracking number, my end, through USPS Informed Delivery, did not show any packages delivered on that date or around it. The tracking number provided by the seller indicates a first-class package weighing less than 3 oz, clearly not an 8'x10' building. Even the tracking information states it was placed in a 6" x 14" mailbox, which seems improbable. I have submitted all relevant documentation to the resolution center, including the original receipt and USPS records, but my claim was denied without proper consideration. I suspect a scam or, at the very least, a mistake. Despite assurances from PP, I am getting no further assistance, and communication is frustratingly closed off. I have taken further steps by reporting theft to USPS, BBB, and local authorities due to this concerning situation.

I made purchases through PayPal in May, June, and July. Recently, when I tried to make two purchases, I encountered multiple layers of security measures. PayPal sent an access code to my alternative email for a password change, leading to several reCAPTCHA verifications. However, I was then asked to verify my identity via text code on a cell phone number incorrectly labeled as a mobile phone (it's a landline). I am currently unable to use my cell phone as I am sheltering in place. I prefer using PayPal for online shopping to avoid sharing card details, but the recent security steps have made it challenging. I request assistance in resolving this promptly. - B.

I placed an order with Noracora on May 1, [redacted]. Despite receiving three out of the items, there have been issues. The clothing sizes do not match the labels, and the quality is poor. Additionally, the items were billed to my PayPal account far in advance of shipping. Tracking the remaining four items has been difficult, and communication with the company has been unhelpful. After reading reviews on their website, I realize I am not alone in facing these problems. I spent a total of $[redacted].31, which included $27 for shipping. It has been almost three months since I made the order, and I am on a fixed income with limited funds. I am frustrated after spending an hour attempting to contact the Customer Service Center in the Philippines, only to be repeatedly disconnected. This has hindered me from completing an important task. If I do not receive a call from a U.S.-based representative today, July 21st, I will abandon seeking a resolution for the purchase made through PayPal. I am willing to absorb the financial loss if necessary, but I will cease to use PayPal services in the future. Despite receiving daily email promotions from PayPal, the lack of assistance when needed is disappointing. I feel neglected and dissatisfied with the service. Enough is enough; I will share my negative experience with others.

On July 10, [redacted], I ordered Lysol and paid with my credit card. When I checked my email for the order status, PayPal provided tracking information. Surprisingly, the tracking information indicated my order was delivered the same day I placed it. I reached out to the seller but did not receive a response. I then tried to request a refund through PayPal because I never received my order. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get a satisfactory answer from them. It's frustrating not being able to speak to a live person for help regarding my refund.

I purchased 2 air rocker chairs from AIKPRO LIMITED for $31.97 on 6/13/[redacted]. After reaching out to inquire about their whereabouts on 7/13/[redacted], the company claimed they were delivered on 7/3/[redacted]. Despite their assurance, I never received the chairs. Following a subsequent exchange, they advised me to check with my postal service. The postal service mentioned delivering a package that day to my mailbox, but I have a rural roadside mailbox, making it impossible for 2 sports chairs to fit. Instead, I received 2 watches in Chinese, which I didn't order or understand. My postal worker mentioned an increase in this type of fraudulent activity and suggested I report it, which I am doing now. I am seeking a refund of $31.97.

However, I want to note that I never received any package from the seller and never received any shipping information or confirmation. It seems like the seller might have provided false information. I have not received my order from Tumblerry. Despite multiple emails to their customer service, I have not received a refund. The PayPal tracking number I was provided for an order from YUJIANJINSH shows it was delivered before I even placed my order. I have been in a back-and-forth loop with PayPal's customer service, attaching all necessary documents, but have not made any progress. Sheina from PayPal requested a callback to confirm information but never followed up, and now Jessa Cristina is saying callbacks aren't available due to the pandemic. I feel like I am being given the runaround and just want to speak to a human who can help me resolve these issues promptly.

I have been charged $99.99 on my account, and a payment was made to Bradleyi Forbes. While ordering products on www.lyestore.com, I filled in my details and selected the Paypal payment option. Upon payment, instead of Lyestore.com, Bradleyi Forbes's name appeared, revealing it to be a fraudulent site. The email associated with Bradleyi Forbes, [redacted], is also fraudulent. The website is owned by an individual in China and advertises Lysol products it does not possess, resulting in the theft of funds. I request a full refund of $99, as this individual is engaged in fraudulent activity. Revealing the WHOIS search results for www.lyestore.com, it is clear that this site is unauthorized and deceitful.

Hello, I need help with my PayPal account. It was compromised, and the hacker made two game purchases and then removed my account. I spoke with the seller, who agreed to refund the purchases, but they sent it to my old account that was deleted. I can't access my old account properly as it requests a new password each time leading me back to the new account. I worry this mix-up might affect my refund process as I couldn't report the fraudulent transactions. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My PayPal account is blocked, and I cannot access it. When asked to confirm the credit card, an old card number appears that I should have deleted. The last card on file should be 4[redacted] 1[redacted], which is now canceled due to unauthorized use. This issue is causing all my problems. I'm unable to create a new password, and the security questions about my first school and my father's middle name (Garage School in Oklahoma and Hostetter) are not being accepted by your system. I bought items on eBay with my bank details on July 19th. Even though I don't use Paypal, the transactions went through Paypal, which I didn't authorize. They were reported to eBay and my bank as fraudulent. Three purchases for £39.99 each were made with the following reference numbers: 1. 3VA[redacted]064H 2. 36L272635A483945M 3. 0X182567M[redacted]C eBay canceled the transactions, but the money was taken from my bank account. When I contacted eBay, they just told me to talk to Paypal, but I don't have a Paypal account and can't access their website without one. I want to resolve this fraudulent activity on eBay, processed through Paypal, but I need to speak to a real person to help me. I couldn't contact the seller because the hacker deleted emails while making the transactions. Both eBay and my bank haven't been helpful in solving this issue, so I hope someone from Paypal can assist me.

I am unsure about the validity of this email from PayPal. It is encouraging me to log in urgently due to possible unauthorized activity. The email seems suspicious, requesting immediate action. They mention unfamiliar IP addresses and urge to click a link to update the account. The email is signed as PayPal -Service-Team®.

I made a purchase of a Keurig coffee pot on July 12, [redacted]. However, to date, I have not received any shipment confirmation or the product itself. Despite reaching out to the seller via email three times, I have received no response. I have also raised disputes through PayPal over the past week but have encountered difficulties with their customer service due to extended wait times and unavailability of support staff, citing Covid-related issues. All I am seeking is a refund of $47.99 to my PayPal account for the undelivered product. I could not reply to a scammer who opened a case against me when I was recovering from surgery. He disputed a payment for missing or damaged items well after receiving them, even though the invoice clearly labeled the items accurately. Despite my inability to respond due to my surgery, PayPal sided with him and issued him $80, which they mistakenly paid twice. This individual is deceitful, waiting months to dispute the transaction without ever reaching out to me regarding any concerns. I am requesting a review of this unfair situation, as I believe he is a dishonest individual. It is crucial that the double payment is rectified, and I would like to challenge the original $80 refund that was inaccurately doubled to $[redacted]. Thank you.

I recently ordered a SunFire 16 Deluxe Tanning Bed that was supposed to arrive on June 4th. However, I received a text stating a 5-7 week delay the next day. After waiting 9 weeks, they confirmed it was ready, and I requested a shipping number, which they did not provide until I involved eBay. Upon arrival, the tanning bed seemed cheaply made and was missing parts. Customer service claimed they shipped the correct one, which I know is not true because it looks homemade and not like the SunFire model. Despite their apologies, I want to return it for a refund as it was not what I ordered. They mentioned it needs to be picked up within 7 days of delivery. The company wants me to keep it, but I am not satisfied and need them to arrange a pickup soon. I am ready for them to take it back as soon as possible. Thank you, Karen S.
