Despite not having a PayPal or eBay account, I am being notified of these unauthorized transactions. This seems like an attempt to misuse my information for fraudulent purposes. I have initiated a dispute, but the seller is now threatening me. I have requested a refund multiple times as I have not received my merchandise within the agreed timeframe. The seller has been dishonest, claiming the item is in New York three weeks ago when I ordered it back in June. I have not received the goods as of June 17, and I consider this seller to be fraudulent. I am no longer interested in the item and wish to be refunded. Despite my attempts to contact Paypal for assistance, I have not been able to speak with a representative. The seller, Royaltydesire, is demanding additional payment for delivery, which I refuse. I want a refund promptly and have kept all the email exchanges for evidence. I intend to involve the authorities in this matter. I made the purchase on May 23, and the payment was processed on May 26. The seller was supposed to deliver a wig. Your help in resolving this is much appreciated.

I am the treasurer of the Highland Creek Community Association. Our PayPal account is [redacted] Several years ago, our former president, Jai Sahak (email: [redacted]), set up this PayPal account. He has since left our organization and has forgotten the password which he did not share with me. There is a typo in the phone number listed for him which is [redacted] instead of [redacted], making it difficult for us to change the password. We have never withdrawn any funds from the account, and occasionally, a $10 payment is received from individuals wanting to join the community association. We need access to withdraw funds and view the names of our members. We do not recommend using PayPal at the moment due to retrieval issues. How can we resolve this? I made a purchase using Paypal for a package, but have not received the item. The merchant's website is down, and they are not responding to emails. After raising a dispute with Paypal, I received a tracking number. Even though the tracking shows the item as delivered, I never got it. I have video evidence from my home camera. Paypal denied my dispute due to the provided tracking number, showing the delivery only by city and zipcode but not the address. I confirmed with the local post office that the package was not delivered to my address at [redacted] Turnberry Ct. The seller is unresponsive, and I cannot reach them. It seems like a fraudulent situation. I regret not using a credit card instead of Paypal, especially since Paypal lacks a contact phone number.

On April 22nd, I received a payment confirmation from PayPal with receipt number [redacted][redacted] for my order from TwoM.killerUS S.com. My order number is DLZ200422 Dash [redacted], and the tracking number is LF[redacted]32SG. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company through various channels, I keep receiving vague responses claiming my order has shipped, but the tracking number shows no information. Their phone line is disconnected, and their email replies seem automated, providing no resolution. I suspect this website may be a scam and am seeking a full refund of $[redacted].68 through PayPal's buyer protection. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance. I recently shopped on Hollister clothing, but my account was charged incorrectly, which seems fraudulent. I need to contact my credit card company immediately to report this issue. The payment of $97.98 USD was authorized for Shane Clark ([redacted]) with receipt number 5[redacted]-2[redacted]. The charge will appear on my credit card statement as payment to PAYPAL *PIPERMARILY. Please note the shipping information is under the name LISA SALAZAR, with the address [redacted] N. Kingston Street, Gilbert, AZ [redacted], United States. I will keep the receipt number 5[redacted]-2[redacted] handy for any future communication with either Shane Clark or PayPal customer service regarding this transaction.

Dear Customer Service, I wanted to bring to your attention an email I received supposedly from PayPal regarding an invoice for an Apple MacBook Air. The email invoice number is #PP0789AL dated July 16, [redacted]. It indicated a charge of $[redacted] for the product and $27.45 for shipping and taxes. There was a link provided to cancel the transaction if it was unauthorized, but when I clicked it, Google flagged it as a dangerous site. I checked my PayPal and debit card accounts, but there is no record of this transaction. Could this be a phishing attempt or a scam? Your assistance in clarifying this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Since April, I have been awaiting a credit of $73.94 for an air cleaner I never received. The seller provided me with a tracking number, but UPS confirmed it doesn't match my address. I am growing weary of the back-and-forth and have been assured by the seller that I would receive the credit. If not, I plan to close my account after deducting the $73.94 and will contact my bank accordingly. The situation is frustrating, as I am unable to reach a human representative for assistance. I attempted to resolve the issue through the resolution center, provided all necessary information, and was informed that the problem lies on their end. Despite filing a dispute, it was closed under the pretense that I had received the tracking number, which did not pertain to my address or the item.

At the end of May, I made a purchase with a credit card. In early June, the seller based in Japan charged my card once the sale was completed. Although the item was sent to a container, it never actually left Japan. By the end of June, I received a new credit card and closed the previous account used for the transaction. As there was no shipment of the item, the seller and I mutually agreed to refund and cancel the order. The seller processed the refund through their PayPal account, but it was sent back to the original credit card, which is no longer active. I'm now looking to redirect the PayPal refund to my new credit card. I have the PayPal transaction number available.

I recently received an email informing me that a limitation was imposed on my PayPal account and I needed to provide proof of identity and address. I promptly submitted the requested documents (Texas ID Card & Residential Lease). My address is correct and linked to my PayPal account. Subsequently, I received an email stating I am denied access to my account. I am concerned that the documents I submitted were accurate, followed all steps, and met the requirements. I did not receive any notice of lacking documents. Today, I am seeking assistance to lift the limitations on my account, regain full access to my PayPal mobile application, and move forward. I forgot my password and no longer have access to my old phone, which is the only option available for receiving a password reset text. My browser settings do not offer the option to change the phone number. The website suggests different ways to set a new password, such as receiving a code via email, but only the text method is available. Contacting the support team by phone was not successful due to time constraints. This whole process has been time-consuming and frustrating. I even attempted to sign up as a new customer. Please send the verification code to my email so I can proceed with resetting my password.

I recently updated my Mastercard on PayPal, and as a result, I have been locked out of my long-standing account. I previously had to close another Mastercard due to unauthorized transactions. I did not anticipate the complications involved with changing my card information. Suffering from depression that affects my memory, I struggle to recall passwords like "Leutbecher1905," which incorporates my mother's maiden name and birth year. I typically use family names and birth years for complex passwords. For instance, "Tonnies1870" is one of my original challenging passwords. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my password when asked. I desperately need access to my PayPal account to purchase essential items. Currently, I am unable to make any payments, which is causing inconvenience. I am encountering issues with PayPal placing a hold on my card. Even though I am not a seller, I connect the card to play games on my phone and transfer the credits to my PayPal account. I have not sold any items, and the funds are from gaming. This issue has arisen twice, and I need the hold removed. I am anticipating more funds to be transferred to the card, and I want to avoid future holds. When the hold was previously lifted, I was informed it would not reoccur. Please release the hold permanently as I do not engage in selling activities.

I am facing issues trying to pay for an item on ebay using my VISA debit card. Despite having enough funds and a sufficient daily transaction limit, the payment keeps getting rejected. After reaching out to ebay, speaking with my bank, and attempting to use my VISA to add money to my paypal business mastercard, the problem persists. The purchase amount is $1,[redacted].15, and both the seller and I are becoming frustrated with the situation. Despite successfully making purchases on other platforms like Amazon earlier today, I am unable to complete this transaction. I have invested significant time and effort into trying to resolve this problem to no avail.

I am experiencing an issue with a hold on my money. I have not sold anything; the funds were from playing a phone game. Despite conveying this, I keep receiving messages about tracking numbers and contacting the sender, which doesn't apply as no sales were made. Previously, a similar hold was resolved, but it has reoccurred. The card is solely used for in-game purchases, not sales. I earned credits through the game, which were cashed out via PayPal for quicker access to funds. I am frustrated by the confusion in communications and requests that do not align with my situation. I am unable to contact a sender as the money was a result of gameplay, not a sale. I simply want the hold lifted from my card and intend to avoid using PayPal in the future due to these ongoing issues.

I would like the hold removed from my card. I have received messages instructing me to contact the sender, which I cannot do as I won the money playing a game. I am not familiar with any tracking number as I have not sold anything. My card is solely used for playing games on my phone to receive winnings via PayPal faster. I have encountered this issue previously, and the hold was removed. I'm unsure why it has been placed back on my card. I do not engage in selling items; therefore, there should not be a hold on my funds. I have decided not to use PayPal going forward. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been patiently waiting for my refund from an eBay purchase that did not meet the described product. Upon returning the item to FedEx on June 15th after receiving it on June 11th, they confirmed its delivery to eBay on June 19th. Despite being assured by an agent that the refund would be processed within five days, it has been longer than that now. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly. Please contact me at [redacted].

I purchased an item on June 2nd but realized within a week that it was not what I expected. I promptly returned it via FedEx in Lancaster, California on June 11th, paying almost $15 for the return. The seller acknowledged receiving it on the 19th. eBay confirmed the processing on June 24th after I spoke with a representative last week who assured me the refund would be credited back to my debit card. However, four days have passed since they mentioned this, and it has been more than 10 business days since the return. I find this delay frustrating, especially since the seller hasn't reached out to me. I just want my money back for the returned item.

I am experiencing a complete obstruction by PayPal. On 6/28, I received 2 payments from family members while traveling from Colorado through Texas and Louisiana. However, when I tried to transfer funds from PayPal to my debit card, the transaction was declined. Since that date, I have been unable to access my account or funds. When I try to log in, I am told there is "unusual activity" and PayPal needs more information to secure my account. I am given the option to receive a 6 digit code by email or text. Despite choosing email over 20 times, I only receive codes for a phone number that is inactive, leading to a frustrating cycle. I am unable to make any progress due to the inadequacies of the automated system and excuses related to COVID delays. I want to access my funds, close my account, and be done dealing with this situation.

I have had two instances where a tracking number indicated delivery, but the package was not received. Even after contacting UPS, it was claimed the package was delivered to a different address. I escalated the issue through PayPal, but it showed resolved without receiving the package. To address this concerning situation, I had to physically go to a UPS distribution center as I was unable to reach anyone over the phone. I feel scammed and seek a refund for the ordeal. The lack of human customer service assistance has allowed misuse of the system for fraudulent purposes. I urge for better communication and assistance to prevent such incidents in the future.
