I recently bought a Bestway 14' x 42" Power Steel Deluxe Above Ground Round Swimming Pool Set for $99.99 through what I thought was Amazon, but was redirected to PayPal to complete the purchase. However, the receipt I received only mentioned a payment to someone named Tonya Ranson for $99.99, with no pool purchase details. I am confused and concerned about this transaction. I would appreciate it if the situation could be rectified promptly by refunding the amount back to my credit card to resolve this issue.

Hello, I am a Twitch streamer who recently received donations from someone using the email [redacted] On Twitch, it clearly states that all donations are [redacted]% non-refundable. However, this person initiated chargebacks for each donation, resulting in a loss of $[redacted] due to chargeback fees. The PayPal account linked to these chargebacks is under the email [redacted] I want to address this unfair situation as I believe I should not be penalized for receiving donations in good faith. I hope to recover the lost funds from both the chargeback fees and the refunded donations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am experiencing an issue with my credit account with Paypal. The credit limit was lowered to $[redacted] due to a missed payment of $26. I primarily use these accounts to build credit and did not receive a paper statement or have a credit card linked to this account. Upon receiving a statement, it mentioned helping to improve my business, followed by significantly reducing my credit limit. I have incoming funds and do not understand the reason for this action. I am requesting to have my credit limit reinstated, as well as considering closing my accounts to receive a refund, as I believe I do not owe any outstanding balance. Thank you.

I have encountered multiple issues with accessing my PayPal account where a significant amount of money is currently held up. I've experienced temporary access denials without any explanation. It all started when I attempted to pay a handyman $1,[redacted], which caused a lock on that transaction along with another $13,[redacted] that my wife tried to transfer. Despite previous positive opinions about PayPal, I am now struggling with their service. I simply wish to withdraw my funds and transfer them back to my bank account, but I'm unable to do so. PayPal has also restricted me from moving money to my card linked to the account. I am requesting PayPal to issue me a check for the $13,[redacted] so I can manage my finances promptly. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to file a complaint and escalate the issue to the Better Business Bureau.

On March 2nd, [redacted], Xiaoping Xiao informed me that the product review I provided did not meet his expectations, which is the second time he has brought up a dispute. Despite previously refunding him for an issue he raised, he is claiming I didn't fulfill his requirements for the funding he provided. I did complete the review as requested. I am considering filing a complaint and blocking him on Paypal due to feeling misled and possibly scammed for funds.

Dear community, Recently, I have encountered numerous issues with PayPal over the last five days. Despite my efforts to comply with their requests, my money remains inaccessible due to various holds. During a brief conversation with a representative, I was misinformed about the nature of the transaction. Even after funds were released from the customer's end, I still cannot access them in my PayPal account. An attempted transfer of $[redacted].00 to my bank card is also on hold, along with $[redacted].20 in my PayPal balance. Surprisingly, PayPal attempted to transfer the remaining $[redacted].20 to my card without my consent. Despite submitting various forms of identification, including my driver's license, address, social security card, and a personal photo, the issue persists. This ongoing ordeal has not only impacted my ability to conduct business but has also left me disappointed in PayPal's inability to resolve the matter promptly. On June 25th, [redacted], I attempted to transfer money from one PayPal account to another using my phone number. Unfortunately, the funds ended up with an individual named Red Brown whom I do not recognize. It seems my phone number got linked to a different account. After realizing the error and not finding an option to cancel the transaction, I disputed it. Despite providing evidence, PayPal claimed the transaction was authorized and cleared it. This was not the case, as I did not intend for the money to go to an unknown person. I have proof that my phone number was associated with that account before the incident. I have been struggling to get a refund, and as someone who is homeless, that money is crucial. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and the fact that I have lost $[redacted] due to this issue. I am eager to resolve this matter promptly and see my funds returned.

My American Express card linked to PayPal was compromised, prompting a quick response from American Express to issue a new card. Despite the situation, my husband, unaware of the compromise, attempted to use the card online via my Pay Pal account from my iMac. This has now hindered my ability to access my PayPal account from the desktop. Strangely, I am able to access the account from my iPad. I am puzzled by the block on my desktop IP address when the fraudulent activity did not occur there. I am growing increasingly frustrated with the difficulty in resolving this issue and explaining the situation to PayPal.

On June 18th, a payment of $[redacted].84 was debited from my bank account to Charles Andreas via PayPal. I had inquired about merchandise by emailing [redacted] around July 8th, but the email bounced back as the address was not found. I then contacted a phone number provided, where a person claimed to be from PayPal, confirmed my issue, and mentioned the company I tried to purchase from was not a PayPal member. They instructed me to buy a PayPal card, load $[redacted] on it, and share the number for reimbursement. When I expressed hesitation, the person insisted this was the protocol. They also requested a photo ID for resolution, but I declined due to communication difficulties. I suspect fraudulent activity involving PayPal. I have a receipt number [redacted][redacted] for the transaction and can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] I hope to speak with a genuine PayPal representative to resolve this promptly and prevent others from falling victim to scams. My sister sent money to my PayPal account on June 28, [redacted]. Though she doesn't have a PayPal account, she managed to transfer the money from her email directly. PayPal has currently placed the funds on hold, mistakenly assuming a buyer-seller relationship between me and my sister. I do not engage in selling anything, and the money was sent for an emergency. I received my PUA unemployment funds in my PayPal account. However, when I needed to withdraw some money for bills and later purchase a truck for a job opportunity, I discovered my account was restricted. Despite following all instructions to resolve the issue, I was unable to close my account and access my funds, as it has been frozen for [redacted] days. Last year, PayPal restricted my account because they requested a photo ID that I don't have. Despite providing my birth certificate, proof of address, bank statement, and a government letter, I still can't withdraw over £[redacted] from my balance. When calling PayPal, I haven't been able to reach customer service; the automated voice response system blamed a lack of staff due to Covid and disconnected the call. Hello, I recently made a purchase through PayPal on July 11th. After completing the purchase, I realized the product was being shipped from China. However, I have not received any tracking information or estimated arrival date. I've been trying to contact PayPal since July 11th, but have not been able to reach anyone through the [redacted] number after calling for three consecutive days. I work in law enforcement and have my department looking into the website I used to make the payment. I have also sent an email to the merchant, but have not received a response regarding this issue. I have updated my phone number to [redacted] from [redacted]. Unfortunately, I can't sign in to my PayPal account because it requires a text code which is being sent to my old number that I no longer have access to. I have changed my number with eBay, but I am having trouble updating it on PayPal. Is there a way to get the code sent to my email instead? If not, should I create a new account and delete the old one? I have tried contacting customer service, but the automated system is not assisting me with this specific issue. Hello, I recently made a purchase of an electric KickScooter from smith.com. After completing the payment, I received an order confirmation. I have been attempting to reach out to the online store to inquire about the dispatch status of my order but have not received any responses. Though I found a support team email in the terms and conditions, after contacting them, they stated they are not associated with the website. I have evidence including screenshots of my order. Even after trying to email the provided addresses, the page seems to have been removed. I am now seeking a refund due to the lack of communication and stress this situation has caused. Every time I need assistance, there seems to be none available. I have trouble recalling the "secret questions" set up 13 years ago. Although I can log in, my account is locked, hindering my Amazon shopping. I struggle with numbers due to severe dyslexia, which makes tasks challenging. On June 22, [redacted], I purchased a Coleman 8-person tent from an online company called Jinne Ann, also known as HUACHUCA ENTERPRISES, INC., through PayPal. Despite receiving a confirmation of purchase, I did not get a shipping date. Concerned, I contacted the company for shipment details, but received no response. After researching online, I found claims that this might be a scam company. Subsequently, I reached out to PayPal, opened a dispute, and provided all relevant information, including the receipt. PayPal initiated a case (# PP-D-[redacted]8) that is being reviewed. On July 4th, PayPal informed me of a tracking number ([redacted][redacted]63) from USPS, showing delivery on July 3rd, [redacted] at 4:10 pm. However, I did not receive the package. After contacting USPS and hearing that the package was only 4 oz and delivered to a different address, I decided to reorder the tent from Amazon. The issue remains unresolved with PayPal refusing my claim citing the provided tracking number. I will continue pursuing a refund and justice for this fraudulent situation.

I purchased a dog pool with specified dimensions of 48 inches x 12 inches and a drainage hole, but received a product that is 4 inches x 12 inches, far too small. The plastic item does not resemble a pool, is a different color, and lacks the promised drainage feature. I am being asked to return it to China at my expense for a partial refund.
