I am having trouble accessing my PayPal account. I selected the option to receive a verification code via email, which I received and entered. However, it also requested a verification code via phone call, but I no longer have access to that phone number. I am trying to log in because I noticed a PayPal charge on my Visa card. I haven't used my PayPal account in years, if ever. I would appreciate it if someone could investigate this issue for me. I need access to my account to remove my credit card information and close my account. Thank you.

I purchased a small gas grill from a vendor that processes payments through Paypal. The transaction was made using my credit/debit card, totaling $49.50 plus tax. The company's name is Luxy Pun. However, when I attempted to track my order, I found that the seller exclusively offers clothing items. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in contacting the company to inquire about my purchase. My attempts to reach out via email and phone have been fruitless, with the phone line continuously busy. Interestingly, the name associated with the payment on my bank statement is MYRNAROLAN. I wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase I made using PayPal. I paid $52.80 for a slip and slide on July 3rd, but unfortunately, I have not received the item yet. The seller provided me with a USPS tracking number that shows the item was delivered on June 13th, which is incorrect since I only placed the order on July 3rd. I reached out to PayPal through the resolution center via email yesterday, but I have not received a response yet. Additionally, the transaction does not appear in my account, possibly due to using a different credit card for this purchase than the one on file.

Last night, I discovered that my PayPal account was hacked when I received multiple emails from them. I took immediate action by changing my password, removing the hacker's information, and filing a fraud claim. However, I'm now facing an issue transferring the remaining funds to my bank account. This is crucial for me to pay a bill that is due soon. Unfortunately, the automated phone system is not assisting me, and customer service's chat responses seem to be generic and unhelpful. I placed an order for a Honeywell air filter on July 2nd through Stephen Smith's website, Honeywway.com. The invoice number provided is invalid, I have not been charged yet, despite receiving a shipping confirmation. I have been unable to contact Stephen Smith as the provided contact information seems to be invalid. I recommend avoiding any payments to Honeywway.com or Stephen Smith. Fortunately, I used Paypal for the transaction. I have tried calling multiple times without success. Without accurate order details, I am unable to send an email to inquire about the issue.

Hello, I purchased a shipping label on June 3rd for $8.30, but I did not use it and voided it the following day following eBay's instructions. As of today, I have not received the refund for the label. I paid for the shipping out of pocket and added the new tracking number to eBay's website. My son-in-law sent me $[redacted], but I haven't received it. He sent it to my phone number. I'm requesting that you return the $[redacted] to him. We contacted several Paypal representatives yesterday who weren't very helpful. They mentioned the payment might be "floating" and will be refunded after 30 days if unclaimed. I need to close my PayPal account due to unauthorized charges, but I am unable to log in. I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times with no response. The automated chat feature was unable to help me. I requested a call back at [redacted] and have not received any assistance. I made a mistake while trying to place an order for an article of clothing. I didn't realize that clicking on the discount at the end would add it to my cart, and when I saw the price, I removed it thinking it wasn't ordered. This happened multiple times unknowingly. However, on my activity summary, it shows pending orders. I assumed that removing it from my cart would also cancel it on PayPal. I'm uncertain of what will happen with these pending orders now. I didn't intend to do anything wrong, and if I did, I apologize sincerely.

I purchased two exercise bikes, each for $65, two weeks apart, but I have not received them yet. I bought the first one in early June and was charged on 6/10/20. The reference number for that payment is [redacted]HJRS4KPQHT. Today is July 9th, and I still haven't received the first bike. I bought a second one because when I called my bank on June 29th, they said there was no charge for the first bike. But now, I see on my statement that I was indeed charged for both bikes, yet I have not received any merchandise or confirmation emails. I am concerned and may need to report this as fraud if I do not receive the items soon.

I ordered three PlayStation 4 bundles and a Nintendo Switch bundle during a flash sale on Facebook. Despite not receiving the order confirmation emails, I contacted PayPal immediately thinking it might be a scam. They refunded two payments, one was unsuccessful, and one went through. PayPal investigated after I filed a report in the resolution center. Unfortunately, the payment they confirmed was not considered unauthorized, which wasn't in line with my explanation that my correct address should have been used for billing. I attempted to contact PayPal multiple times without success. I received an email stating that the payment is not eligible for a refund. The seller, LOU MERCADO, did not provide the correct billing information, and all the charges under different names originated from the same flash seller. I am seeking reimbursement from PayPal as I had raised concerns before the payment was processed.

After deducting the PayPal fee, I am expecting $9,[redacted].90, but I am unable to access the funds due to a temporary account limitation. Despite my repeated attempts to upload the information, I only see options for "Done" and "Cancel" with a message indicating no recent orders can be found. I have provided all requested documents and identification, but PayPal has not released my funds or provided further instructions. I have not been able to reach a customer support representative over the phone, which has left me feeling frustrated. This experience has soured my opinion of PayPal, and I am reconsidering using their services in the future.

I am experiencing account limitations and restrictions due to alleged unusual activity. Although the fraud department has verified and cleared the issue, PayPal has been withholding my funds for three months, causing me to lose my job, phone, and home. I have provided all requested bank account information and complied with their requirements, but they continue to ask for additional details. Despite confirming the charges with the fraud department, PayPal refuses to release my funds. I am devastated and have no more information to provide. I am considering legal action against PayPal. Numerous attempts to contact them by phone have been unsuccessful as I am yet to speak with anyone regarding my situation.

I purchased these sandals online on May 28, [redacted], and paid the full amount of $[redacted] through PayPal in June. However, I have yet to receive my order. The package tracking information provided by the company seems unusual as it has been stuck in different locations. It was in Los Angeles, CA for 11 days before diverting to Bloomington, CA for another 7 days, even though I live in San Diego, CA, just 2 hours away from Los Angeles. The company initially blamed customs delays, but it has been out of customs for more than 11 days now. They have asked me to wait multiple times and even offered me a 10% discount on my next purchase, which is not a satisfactory resolution given the situation. Communication with the company has not been productive, and I am frustrated by the lack of progress regarding the delivery of my order.

I placed an order on June 12, [redacted] for a garden kneeler bench and got confirmation of my order. However, I only received the green accessory bag that attaches to the kneeler on July 1. Hello PayPal, I am frustrated as I have not received a satisfactory response to my issue despite reaching out multiple times. The seller claims to have delivered the item, but I have not received it. The tracking number provided does not match any known shipping companies like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The seller has not disclosed the carrier information either. I am unsure where the item is and which carrier was used for shipping. My brother found a package near our house and handed it to the postman as it was addressed to a different person, not me. I suspect the seller of overcharging me and falsely claiming delivery. This situation seems like mail fraud. I am seeking your assistance in obtaining a refund. I recently received an email statement from "Service" informing me about a payment authorization for $31.21 from DoorDash, Inc., which is a surprise to me as I did not make any purchases from DoorDash. I am not even sure if I still have an active account with PayPal, let alone a credit card linked to it. Please confirm that I have not been charged $31.21 and that my PayPal account is inactive. I tried reaching out to DoorDash, and they confirmed no account or billing under my email address. Unfortunately, I couldn't contact PayPal due to password issues and inability to receive text messages on my old phone. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I no longer have access to the phone number listed on my PayPal account. I can provide all necessary information except for the one-time code sent to that old number. Despite my repeated attempts, I am stuck in a loop with the automated system trying to reset my password. Every time I try to reach a real person, I'm directed to send a message on the website, which requires me to login – a step I can't complete due to the outdated phone number. This has caused delays in resolving a dispute, resulting in a verdict against me. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account or at least reach a knowledgeable representative.
