I am experiencing an issue with my PayPal account. I created my account on August 13, [redacted], and verified my primary email. I linked it to my bank account by confirming two small deposit amounts, 1.20rs and 1.14rs, sent to my account. I also confirmed my mobile number. However, I have forgotten the password for the email where PayPal sends notifications and security codes. For the past five days, since July 3, [redacted], my account shows an unconfirmed status for my primary email. I cannot add a new email address. The system prompts, "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you." I can't access my account. How can I resolve this issue?

I have been trying to resolve an issue with PayPal for almost two months now. Initially, my case was mishandled, and even after reopening it, there was another mistake. I paid for a service that was not provided, and despite numerous attempts to explain, the problem persists. I received an email from the merchant confirming they were mailing back the part I had returned. However, PayPal denied the dispute multiple times, claiming I had received the item. I need to speak with a representative urgently as the online support has been unhelpful with over 75 confusing messages. The merchant acknowledged they couldn't fix the issue and promised a refund, which I never received. I have documentation to prove it was my part that was returned. I am frustrated with the lack of progress and need PayPal to contact me for a resolution today.

Hello, my husband and I recently discovered unauthorized charges on our PayPal account. My husband inadvertently left his account linked to his PlayStation, where our five young children, aged 2, 4, 6, 7, and 9, occasionally played games. We sold the PlayStation and games, forgetting to remove his account details before the sale due to a rushed process. We are unsure if the unauthorized charges stem from the new console owner or our children before selling it. There are two charges via PayPal related to the PlayStation: one for $99.98 with transaction ID [redacted]99 on 4/3 and another for $24.99 with transaction ID [redacted]88 on 5/29. These transactions were not authorized by us nor my husband, and contacting the merchant has been challenging during the pandemic. Dear Sir, On May 31st, I purchased an OMEGA WATCH for $99.99, which was delivered on June 17th. The watch initially looked great, but I encountered issues when trying to set the time and date. The winder wouldn't screw back in properly, rendering the watch inoperable. Additionally, the bezel fell off within a day. After contacting the supplier and receiving unsatisfactory refund offers, I escalated the issue to PayPal. Despite providing evidence that the watch was delivered, the tracking information does not address its non-functionality. I recently made a purchase and requested a refund due to not receiving the item after 30 days. When the product finally arrived, it was incorrect. The company offered me a 25% refund and suggested I keep the item. I declined and asked to return it, but they provided an address in China, charging me $27 for shipping, with a refund of only $41.19. After discussing with others on Facebook, it seems we have all received the wrong product. The company appears to be dishonest, sending the same incorrect item to multiple customers and either keeping a portion of the refund or requiring returns to China, resulting in minimal refunds.

In May [redacted], I reached out to Paypal upon realizing that the company I purchased from, claiming to be in Ohio, was actually in China. Despite my efforts to seek a refund directly from the company, they insisted I keep the item, deeming it "rare." Paypal initiated an investigation based on my claim of the item not being as described. Eventually, the complaint was changed to "item not received" since weeks had passed without any tracking information on the shipped item. Upon its unexpected arrival with a US return address, I attempted to update Paypal. Despite multiple chat messages left, Paypal recently denied my refund citing delivery confirmation. My main issue remains the company's deception, and I still do not wish to keep the item.

I have a PayPal account that I've used frequently for two years, and have transferred several thousand dollars through it. Today, I added a new card to my account. However, when I tried to transfer funds to it, the transfer failed, prompting my account to be flagged for suspicious activity. I was then directed to a login screen where I verified my account via email, but got stuck at the phone number verification as the number on my account is outdated. On May 26, [redacted], I purchased a 52-piece set of keep fresh items for $29.98. The other day, I received a flimsy manicure set in the mail instead. After contacting them multiple times, they suggested I return it at a cost of over $20 for shipping, which I find unreasonable since I didn't pay that much for the items in the first place. They also advised me to simply regift the cheaply made item. Despite their claims of quality checks, the product is not what I ordered or expected. After requesting a refund of $29.98, they offered a mere $5 refund, which is unacceptable to me. I feel scammed and misled, and I want a full refund. I sent a phone to a person named Nelson Miller, and he sent $[redacted] for the purchase. However, since my account isn't a business account, PayPal wouldn't let me receive the money. He was then notified he needed to send an additional $[redacted] to verify and exceed my account limit, which he did. Now, PayPal is asking me to get a Vanilla card, load $[redacted], and send pictures, but I can't because I don't have access to the $[redacted]. I also don't have the extra $[redacted] in my account to do so. The phone has already been shipped, and I need to get access to my money so I can send back the $[redacted] I already sent. I have verified the shipping number, my name, and a picture of my ID. PayPal said it would take up to 12 hours, but it's been more than 12 hours, and it doesn't even say that the money is pending.

On June 28, a payment of $[redacted].31 US was deducted from my bank account for an unknown vendor without authorization. The transaction ID is 8R547814WT355925X. I have already reported this as a dispute on the website with Case ID: PP-I-[redacted]6. The response I received stated that the transaction was not unauthorized. However, I strongly believe this is a fraudulent charge. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss this unauthorized payment further. Last week, my account was limited, which I promptly verified. However, I am facing limitations again due to receiving a significant direct deposit for back payment of unemployment and weekly benefits, both of which are government benefits. I depend on PayPal as my primary method to receive these benefits and make purchases since I do not use a traditional bank. Currently, there is a $[redacted] pending deposit for benefits with separate transactions for different purposes. I have provided all requested information, including photo ID, explanations of account activity, payment and deposit verifications for the government benefits, proof of address, and social security number. I am unsure if you are the right person to contact, but I purchased a swimming pool and made payment through PayPal. I got an email from you, listing the seller as V-BAIT INDUSTRY CO., LIMITED with tracking number [redacted][redacted]81. When I tracked the package, it showed as delivered on July 2, [redacted] at 11:13 am to my mailbox. This is puzzling, as I only placed the order on July 3. Additionally, how could a postman leave an 18X54 round swimming pool in a mailbox? I am concerned this might be a scam. I have reached out to the seller at [redacted] with no response. I would like to report fraudulent activity on my PayPal account. On 3/22/[redacted], someone opened a PayPal account and a PayPal Credit account in my name without my consent. LifeLock notified me immediately of this fraudulent activity. Although PayPal Credit closed the account the next day after identifying it as fraud, the regular PayPal account remains open. Despite contacting Synchrony Bank's fraud department and being told the accounts were permanently closed, I have continued to receive threatening emails from PayPal. The fraudulent person has been using the account and making purchases, putting me at risk of financial loss. I have tried contacting PayPal multiple times via email and by phone at 1-[redacted]15, but with no success or help. I urge PayPal to close the fraudulent account linked to my name, Richard C., ending in account number [redacted], and to provide confirmation of the closure via email. Hello, I was scammed by a company that sold wigs, and I made the payment through PayPal. Since requesting a refund, I have been given the runaround. They asked me to send back the item, but the address they provided was not found by the post office. I returned it to the P.O. box on the package, which matched the state and city of the address given. Despite the tracking showing delivery, the company claims they did not receive it. I bought a sewing machine for $89.00 from ANISEW.COM on July 5th. I haven't received any updates, although the price went up to $[redacted].00 a few days later.
