I reached out to PayPal concerning my order from "Love for Jesus" that has not arrived. Despite being told multiple times that it was shipped, the order has yet to reach me since placing it in early April. PayPal's suggestion to contact the seller directly is not helpful, especially since "Love for Jesus" seems unresponsive, only directing customers to their website without phone support. I have already reached out several times with no resolution. I am seeking a refund or my order promptly. Will PayPal assist me with this matter? I purchased a vanity mirror with lights on April 26, [redacted], for $53.68. When I finally received my package a month later, it was not the mirror I ordered but a face mask. The seller offered to send a replacement mirror, but I declined and asked for a refund instead. After opening a dispute with PayPal, the seller offered $42.00, which I turned down as I want a full refund. PayPal instructed me to return the mask, but I was unable to speak with a representative or provide evidence of the incorrect item received. Unfortunately, the dispute closed due to a lack of tracking information. I am seeking help to secure a full refund for the incorrect item I received.

I have a PayPal account with a credit limit of £[redacted]. On 6th May [redacted], I bought a used saxophone for £[redacted].95, got a refund on 25th May. On 23rd May, I mistakenly used PayPal credit to buy another saxophone for £[redacted].02. Even though the first refund cleared the owed amount, I now have £[redacted].96 in my credit account that I want in my bank, not for another purchase. PayPal customer service has been unhelpful, and I'm stuck. If I close my account, will I lose the funds? How can I get my money back?

I have been a PayPal user for over eight years without any issues. Recently, I requested a refund for an item that was resolved smoothly. However, my latest order of epoxy for $50.51 from an unfamiliar website has caused a problem. Despite receiving a delivery notification from UPS, I never received the package. UPS confirmed the delivery was made to a different address under a different name. The tracking numbers provided were incorrect, and after contacting PayPal, I am struggling to get them to investigate further. If they contact the seller and verify the delivery address, they will see that the package did not reach me. I am frustrated that the issue is considered resolved based on false delivery information. I have not received the correct package and am unable to reach the seller for a refund. This situation has left me out of $51 and feeling very upset.

I contacted PayPal on Friday, 6/26, after finding the number on Google. I was informed that the sandals I ordered for $26.89 were unavailable, and I would receive a refund. After providing my credit card information, they mentioned a need for identity confirmation and directed me to purchase a $[redacted] Amazon gift card at a 7-11. Initially hesitant, but out of confusion, I complied. Following this, I was asked for a second card for authorization, to which I refused. Despite speaking with a manager, I was told I would lose all the money. Realizing it was a scam, I placed a dispute with my bank for the $26.89. I've attempted to contact PayPal to report the fraud, feeling helpless and wanting someone to address this and assist me, as a senior who fell victim to this ruse.

I made a purchase, but the item was never delivered. I opened a dispute, and the seller provided a fraudulent tracking number. The Post Office confirmed it was for a different address. Paypal closed my dispute, but I need it reopened and resolved. Paypal has not been helpful. I gathered proof and approached my bank with all the details. They took over the dispute and reversed the charges based on the evidence provided.

I regret to say that I made a misguided purchase through PayPal on Peakdude.com. Following a prolonged wait, the items I received were lacking in both content and quality. Upon requesting a return, the seller asked for detailed reasons, to which I promptly replied three times. However, I have yet to receive instructions on how to return the items as my 30-day window approaches its end. Regrettably, I can no longer access my work email linked to PayPal, [redacted], which ceased in December [redacted]. The confirmation email for the purchase was sent to [redacted] I am feeling trapped and seek competent assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I recently encountered a scam related to AOL that I'd like to share. After facing issues with my AOL account, I received a message directing me to a company called Advanced Repair for help. Unfortunately, after paying them nearly $80.00, my problems only worsened. Upon reading the fine print, I realized the extent of their hold over me and their unethical practices. They seem to think they are beyond the reach of the law. I am seeking assistance to cancel any further payments and request a refund. I hope to resolve this situation as soon as possible. I experienced a fraudulent transaction that was resolved by PFCU, but now Paypal has limited my account and is requesting a copy of my bank card. I refuse to provide this information as I feel it's unnecessary. I'd like to keep using Paypal without these extra steps. I'm not comfortable sharing my card details and would prefer to use my bank account for transactions. This experience has made me more cautious when shopping online, especially on unfamiliar sites. I made a purchase on BestDentCare.com on May 21, [redacted], and filed a complaint on June 15, [redacted]. I later received a refund of $32.29 on June 21, [redacted]. Today, I got an email saying the package was out for delivery. I explained about the refund and that I don't want the delivery. BestDentCare.com replied with an assertive email referring to their shipping policy, stating that I had agreed to a 4-6 week FREE shipping timeframe. They claimed the order was delivered and I had contacted them before today, asking for $38.96 (more than my $32.29 refund) plus a $20 chargeback fee and threatening involvement of their lawyer. I do not remember agreeing to such a long shipping time, did not contact them earlier, and have been tracking the package since May 29, [redacted], showing it was shipping from California. This is my eighth or ninth attempt to seek help from this frustrating company. I understand it's not your fault personally, but I can't handle receiving the same unhelpful responses again. I'm missing a total of $90 with PayPal from two separate transactions and their assistance has been inadequate. I'm beyond frustrated and just want to resolve this so I can close my account and move on from this awful experience. I have documentation showing a $40 load onto my cash card that never appeared. Despite sending this receipt multiple times, the balance on the app only shows $50, which I received but get declined when I try to use. Strangely, when I checked the balance at an ATM, it only showed $2 and some change. How can there be such a difference between the ATM balance and the app balance? I'm tired of repeating my problem to different support agents. I've contacted PayPal multiple times about the missing $40 with no resolution. Now, with only $50 left, I can't even use it because it doesn't show up. I'm in a tough financial spot and just want my money back from PayPal.

Case ID PP-D-[redacted]8 Good evening, This is Crystal Nails & Spa. I am really upset these past few days. This is the third time this lady has done this to my business. Someone purchased an e-gift card for her (paid with PayPal), and she already received services using it. Now, a week later, she claims she did not authorize the transaction. This is frustrating. The first time, she bought $[redacted] and $[redacted] gift cards, used them for services, and said her co-worker had purchased them for her. Last time, I was late in reporting the dispute, and you refunded the money to her. I am feeling helpless. This time, I hope this does not repeat. She seems to find it too easy to get the money back, which is why this time she bought a $[redacted] e-gift card and used it all for services. When she pays with an e-gift card, I recognize it's her. She mentioned this time her husband bought it for her. She is very confident he won't get the money back again. Please help protect our business from these individuals. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent dispute resolution through PayPal involving Xingyao e-commerce Co., Limited. The company sent me a bicycle pump instead of the rechargeable electric car tyre pump I ordered. Many other buyers have reported similar experiences, leading me to believe this is a deliberate scam known as Bait and Switch. Despite being eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection, I have not been appropriately reimbursed. There are numerous cases of buyers receiving incorrect or substandard products from this company, causing frustration and suspicion. I feel let down by PayPal's handling of fraudulent activities and will be considering closing my account if this issue remains unresolved within the next 14 days. I am also exploring further actions with the FSA and Citizens Advice Bureau.

I went through the online order process with Mewe Gallery and my purchase was processed via PayPal without my consent. It seems to have used the seller's PayPal agreement to charge my bank account. Over a month later, I still haven't received the goods and I'm unable to contact the seller. The PayPal phone number on my bank statement states it's not actively monitored due to Covid. Since the transaction wasn't on my personal PayPal account, the online system can't find it. I'm struggling to locate the seller's PayPal account to rectify the error. I have an emailed receipt from Mewe with order details and I'm looking to connect with a person who can identify the Mewe Gallery PayPal account to confirm my purchase.

I recently updated my phone number in my Paypal account, but I still need to change my credit card information to access my account. I'm currently unable to log in because Paypal keeps asking me to confirm the old credit card, which I no longer have. I've been trying to resolve this for months without success and haven't been able to speak with anyone from Paypal. I need to update my credit card information to reset my password. I suspect I fell victim to an online scam while purchasing a camera. The seller required payment through PayPal, and after completing the transaction, I never received the item. I have been struggling to reach out to PayPal through various methods but to no avail. Whenever I try to log in, I encounter an error message preventing me from accessing my account. Even their customer service line is unhelpful, as the automated system leads me in circles and eventually disconnects me without assisting with my issue. Attempts to reset my password online also fail due to recurring errors on their end. I am dealing with a Paypal issue regarding a disputed transaction. The person who damaged my property is claiming the payment she sent through Paypal was unauthorized. However, she had agreed to pay damages for our rental unit after a two-night stay, where she caused significant damage. Despite her initial agreement to pay via Paypal, she has now filed a false claim stating it was an unauthorized transaction. I recently updated my primary email on PayPal. However, I received a money confirmation on my old email address today. I was informed that I needed to confirm my email to receive the money, which I promptly did. Despite using the same email address that I've had for years and have been receiving money on monthly, I am not seeing the funds in either account. It seems like the system is not recognizing the email change I made. I followed all the steps correctly, and now the funds are being held up.
