I recently discovered that I have two different PayPal accounts linked to my eBay account. One of them is associated with an email that I have never linked to PayPal before. I have been trying to contact PayPal for the past two days through various methods, including their automated process, Facebook, and submitting complaints, but I have not received any assistance. I am frustrated as I am unable to get anyone to contact me via email, phone, or their messenger service. I need to ensure that the correct PayPal address is linked to my eBay account to access my funds smoothly.

I signed up for EveryPlate around May 9 or 10. I contacted them on May 17 to stop any future deliveries due to the food not matching the description. To use their meals, I had to buy extra food like meats and fish, which I can't afford. Despite cancelling, I've been receiving products and charges, even after trying to stop it through Paypal. Customer service has been unhelpful and being a senior on a fixed income, the extra $45 per week is too much. I've tried to reach a live person but to no avail. If Paypal doesn't resolve this, I might stop using their service.

Two months ago, I was scammed by someone pretending to be a company. Despite providing evidence and involving UPS and my bank, the company sided with the scammer. UPS confirmed that the tracking number provided was for a different package, not the one I was supposed to receive. I want my money back as it has been two months since the incident. This was for my son's birthday, and the delay is unacceptable. If I do not receive a refund promptly, legal action will be taken against the company and anyone else involved in withholding my money.

After a recent trip to Fiji in February, I received a message regarding unusual activity on my account. Despite reaching out multiple times for assistance and receiving a link from a support agent that did not work, the issue remains unresolved. I have made numerous attempts to communicate through emails, but each time I am asked to log in, a task I am unable to do. Despite being unable to access my account, a purchase was still processed, indicating a problem on PayPal's end. Countless emails and phone calls have not led to a solution, and I am feeling frustrated by the lack of progress. I am considering discontinuing the use of PayPal if the issue persists. On June 15th, PayPal incorrectly closed a transaction for $[redacted].11 involving reference number 6L167604G[redacted]S. PayPal assumed the transaction was complete because a package was delivered, but the buyer did not return the $50 foot pedal that was part of the purchase. The buyer admitted to having the foot pedal but has not returned it, offering instead to send $50 as reimbursement. Several days have passed, and no payment has been received. The issue presents a challenge as it did not align with the options provided by PayPal's automated system for dispute resolution. A solution is needed to prevent such occurrences and requires a more thorough process before closing cases. Assistance is sought to address the matter and ensure fairness in resolving disputes.

I purchased a Grundig G8 TravellerII Digital World Time Radio around June 16, [redacted]. However, I did not receive confirmation of my order. Upon checking my VISA statement, I noticed an eBay charge of $83 on June 18. Subsequently, I received an email stating the ordered product was no longer available. Interestingly, the initial $83 debit disappeared from my VISA account, only to be replaced by two new debits from PayPal: - Heatwave 330EB-$60.27 - Global Ship EB - $25.87 I do not have a PayPal account nor have I ever had one. I am puzzled about how PayPal accessed my VISA account without authorization. I urge for a resolution by refunding the full amount to my VISA account. Looking forward to your prompt response. I subscribed to Condé Nast for a $6/3-month trial but was charged over $[redacted] without any prior notice. This unauthorized charge resulted in two $36 overdraft fees from my bank. I received an email that appeared to be from Bank of America, my bank, directing me to a link for PayPal. The email was very convincing, leading me to believe it was legitimate. Unfortunately, I fell for the phishing scam and unknowingly opened a PayPal account through the provided link, thinking it was from BofA. After realizing my mistake and attempting to access the email again, it had vanished. I proceeded to make a purchase using the PayPal account I had unknowingly created, which resulted in a complicated situation involving the seller and PayPal, without BofA's assistance available. Following the unsuccessful purchase, I tried to close the PayPal account but found myself locked out and unable to access it despite numerous attempts and hours spent trying. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to reach PayPal for assistance, and I am now exploring other options to regain access to my PayPal account and close it.

Now, I am dealing with a collection agency, Alltran Financial. I have filed a police report in Cathedral City, CA, as my ID was stolen. I had to cancel all my credit cards, personal accounts, and my LLC due to this incident. I recently sold an item on eBay for £35, expecting the payment to be deposited into my bank account since I don't use PayPal for transactions. However, the payment was sent to my PayPal account, which I couldn't access on June 3rd referring to KMM[redacted]42V5625L0KM. I tried to reset the password but couldn't receive the code due to an incorrect phone number on file. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with your staff, I was informed that the money had been refunded to the buyer. I would like to be reimbursed for the lost item since this issue arose from your end. I believe it's your responsibility to compensate me, rather than me having to pursue the customer for the funds.

I have been receiving messages requesting me to confirm and verify information for an account that I did not initiate. I opened an account with your company two years ago, and I have not used it until now when I wanted to link my gaming account to it. However, it seems that there is already another account associated with my information. After some research, I identified who may have tried to start this account. I have been unable to speak with anyone directly, and when I tried to close the account, it indicated that there was an issue that needed to be resolved through your company. I am kindly requesting assistance in closing and deleting this account so that I can link my gaming email to the account I created two years ago. This email is important to me as it is used for gaming and communication on my phone, yet it is not the one linked to my original account. I believe the account in question was created using this email and my personal information. Please address this matter promptly so that I can transfer my winnings to my PayPal account. Following up on previous case # PP-D-[redacted]4 which was denied based on the vendor's claim of product delivery and attached shipping confirmation. However, I dispute this as the product was never received by me. The shipping confirmation indicates delivery to a "front desk" and receipt by someone named "ONGARO," neither of which apply to my residential address. I have not located a delivery address on the provided confirmation. Included are copies of all relevant correspondence, vendor communication, and shipping details for your review. I suspect the vendor may be illegitimate due to their lack of response and the inaccurate shipping information provided. I sold a computer spare part, specifically a motherboard. The buyer paid €48.98 through eBay, but the payment is pending even though there is proof from UPS that the part was delivered. It's not fair; the receiver should pay for the item received. I didn't sell with a satisfaction guarantee or trial period. There is a dispute, and the buyer wants to return it, but he already has the item, and I have nothing. Now, there's another issue—I have removed eBay's access to PayPal and my bank. I want to know what will happen to the pending amount owed to me. It's pointless to suggest contacting eBay because there is no email, making any written complaint impossible.

I purchased multiple Bundles of Torrid clothing, some new with tags, some without, a few worn once. The buyer, M.P., showed interest regardless of size or style and requested payment via PayPal. She continually disputes the transactions, wrongly claiming she was scammed out of $[redacted]. She has been dishonest and harassing, threatening to involve SSI and making false accusations. I do not offer returns or refunds, yet she insists on a refund. Despite sending the items, including 11 pairs of jeans worth about $[redacted], she persists in her claims. This situation is draining, and I seek a fair resolution. If not handled correctly, I will escalate this matter through other channels. I am a single parent on SSI and cannot afford this loss. On May 28th, I received four payments for custom roles on a Discord server. Two were for the Donator Role, and the other two were for the VIP Role. Since it was my first time accepting payments, the transactions were flagged as suspicious. The payments were made using the Sellix online platform. To resolve an account issue that arose, I had to verify my ID, which was done quickly. However, despite providing information on account activity and fulfilling the requirements, my bank statement is still pending verification after almost a month. I uploaded pictures of users with the assigned roles for proof of fulfillment. When I tried to confirm my identity, I was redirected to an older version of PayPal with a message saying my account couldn't be verified. I reached out to customer service on June 13th and received a response on June 14th, but it was not very helpful as it only provided instructions on changing the account name before closing the conversation.

When I visit the PayPal website, the message I encounter states, "Your account access is temporarily limited." This issue has persisted for several months, and I have been unable to resolve it. I have attempted to confirm a card and followed by choosing the option to identity myself. However, I receive a message saying, "Sorry, we can't move forward. We couldn't verify your account. If you need help, you can send us an email or call," but I cannot find email contact information, and calling leads to a constantly busy line. I require assistance from PayPal to regain access to my account as I have not been informed of the reason for the restriction.

I recently received an email notifying me of a $[redacted].72 USD charge on my PayPal account, prompting me to call 1-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] to address the unauthorized transaction. After calling, I was transferred to another number in California. The representative informed me that my email had been hacked by individuals in New Mexico but assured me I wouldn't be charged. However, they requested I purchase a Google card from a store, refunding me the $[redacted] spent for it. Despite mentioning my distance from a store, they insisted on staying on the line during my purchase attempt. After canceling the call, they persistently called for another 30 minutes. Another call came from a Florida number, but I haven't engaged further and hope to avoid the $[redacted].73 USD charge labeled as an App Store Deposit. Any advice would be appreciated.
