I placed an order at Joann Fabric on 04/18/[redacted], which was charged to PayPal on 04/20/[redacted]. However, upon reviewing my Joann Fabric statement, I noticed an item that I did not select or add to my shopping cart. The item was 2 yards of Disney Mickey & Minnie fleece fabric, priced at $31.98 with item number [redacted]0. I never viewed or added this to my cart online. I promptly reached out to Joann, but calls were unanswered, so I sent multiple emails requesting a refund for the item I did not order. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response. When I spoke with the store a month ago, they advised holding on to the receipt for future returns. After scheduling an appointment to return the item, it was canceled last minute by the store due to unforeseen circumstances. Despite visiting the store later and explaining the situation, they offered store credit instead of refunding my card. I insist on a refund for the unordered item and have faced challenges reaching the store or Joann via email or phone, as the provided number directs me elsewhere.

I have been a PayPal user for approximately six years, primarily using it for various transactions such as deposit rebates, promotional credits, and online shopping on Amazon. Due to the impact of COVID-19 with banks limiting new accounts and quarantine restrictions, I relied on PayPal's Direct Deposit feature for my income. However, this sudden increase in my account balance and frequent large deposits triggered a red flag, leading to restrictions on my account. Despite my attempts to resolve this through customer service, I have faced challenges accessing my funds, with previous transfers being reversed and my linked debit cards being unusable. Even when verifying my identity with my mobile number, there have been discrepancies in the system. This situation has caused me financial hardship, with overdue rent and impending utility bills. The account restriction has left me in a difficult position, and I urgently need to close my account and withdraw my funds. This issue has been ongoing since May 12th, and after a month of unsuccessful attempts to resolve it, I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I need help with unauthorized charges on my new PayPal account opened by S.T. at [redacted] Three transactions went through to Adidas and were shipped to a Florida address. We disputed one charge, but it was denied. The other two charges are pending, and we can't dispute them online. We changed the password immediately. The website's dispute process is inadequate, and the Customer Service line is closed, which is frustrating. We demand all three charges be removed, and we want a refund promptly. I've been waiting for 3 hours on Twitter after they said my issue was escalated, but I have not received a response. Additionally, I have not received a response in 2 days on the app or website. As a disabled veteran, the lack of assistance feels like borderline disability discrimination. There should be some prioritization for emergencies. Recently, I had an issue with a transaction involving $1,[redacted] from Evie Taylor, which was put on hold for 21 days. After returning the money, I encountered problems with a Bitcoin transfer from Coinbase to PayPal. I managed to withdraw funds at Walmart, but my app froze, asking for further verification. Despite sending necessary documents, the process has been dragging on, leaving me without resources. I believe that as a disabled veteran, proving my status should warrant some urgency in resolving my case. I urge the support team to review the submitted documents promptly and unlock my account.

I ordered two swimsuits on May 25, [redacted], from Curvywaves. I received an email on May 26, [redacted], stating that the swimsuits were on their way, asking to allow 14-21 days for delivery and provided a link to track the order. However, the link did not have a tracking number, and the contact information for the company was invalid. After checking the PayPal invoice, I found out the seller's name was Secretslimwear. Trying to contact them led to the same issue of invalid contact information. I suspect this is a scam involving both companies. I request a full refund of $68.93 as I seem to have paid for a product that may not even exist. Thank you, Leslie M.

I spoke with someone earlier regarding this issue. On June 5, [redacted], I placed an order online with Lesspress for 2 pairs of sandals. I received an order confirmation that same evening and paid $44.57 using my debit card, which was processed through Paypal, according to my bank statement. Despite placing the order, I have not received any communication from Lesspress. After reading negative reviews post-purchase, detailing delayed or missing orders and poor customer service, I attempted to contact them using the provided email but found it invalid. I sent a cancellation request to another email address I located in a different advertisement for their products on June 15, [redacted], and requested a refund of $44.57. Upon realizing Paypal processed the payment, I reached out to them through their automated phone system, followed by an online inquiry through their Help section. Paypal assured me an agent would investigate my case but I have yet to receive an update. I am hoping for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I am not familiar with the email address associated with my account. My family is facing hardship as I struggle to provide basic necessities like food, clothing, and housing while my father is working out of town. We often have limited food, and I must cover the electricity and water bills to ensure my younger siblings can grow up in a stable environment. While my father contributes money to Cash App when possible, it is not enough to sustain us. My mother makes and sells baskets online, but due to her arm disability, she can only produce a few each week. Despite selling them for $10 each, she often donates them to shelters or churches as some believe they are outdated. We are also in a difficult position with our elderly dog, needing to pay $75 plus tax for euthanasia due to our inability to provide proper care. We are in need of assistance.

However, my inquiries at multiple Columbus, Ohio watch repair shops revealed significant challenges and costs associated with repairing the watch, potentially exceeding its value. I urgently require assistance with case "PP-D-[redacted]8." It was granted to me twice before being closed; however, I now notice it has been granted to the buyer. I am in desperate need to speak with a representative. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to get through on the phone lines to file an appeal. I believe the claims made by the buyer are false. The other case "PP-D-[redacted]2" involved an item that he claimed was significantly different before even receiving it. I refunded him based on his promise to return the item and the refund once he received it. Unfortunately, he never did, and the case was closed without giving me a chance to dispute it. As for PP-D-[redacted]8, the item was supposed to be picked up by the buyer, making the "item or service not received" claim inaccurate. I have been a loyal PayPal customer since [redacted] and have substantial documentation and proof of our interactions. Due to my health issues, including daily chemotherapy, I could not physically move the item. This misunderstanding has caused undue stress, and I urgently seek your help to resolve this matter. I purchased a Dyson V11 Torque Drive vacuum cleaner on 5-22-[redacted] for $[redacted].99. According to PayPal, it was delivered via UPS on 6-3-[redacted]. However, the package never arrived. I opened a claim, PP-D-[redacted]2. Seller provided a UPS Tracking Number which linked to Cengage Learning, not the seller, Home Electronics Brain Trust. I spoke with Lisa at [redacted], who confirmed they have been receiving inquiries since November regarding missing packages. The Tracking Number used for my order was 1Z5RR[redacted][redacted]. This seems to be a scam using legitimate tracking numbers. I want a refund as this appears to be fraudulent activity.

I encountered an issue setting up my Paypal account. Initially, everything was running smoothly, and payments from customers were coming in. However, when I tried to link my UK bank account for withdrawals, I discovered that the account was mistakenly set up as a UAE account. This is problematic as we are a UK-based company and require the funds in the UK. Unfortunately, it seems that once a country is selected during account setup, it cannot be changed. I'm now unable to transfer the funds to my UK bank. I've had difficulty connecting with Paypal for assistance, as both the chat and messaging features on the website are unresponsive. I urgently need guidance on how to convert the account to a UK one or help with closing this account and creating a new UK account to transfer the funds.

I have been trying to get help for two weeks now. Initially, a customer paid me for a child's saddle with money, although she did not have cash and I had already given her the saddle. This caused confusion and frustration. When I contacted customer service, I was instructed to go online and message about my issue due to the high volume of calls. Now, I am facing another problem as my phone, which is crucial for my two-part security login, was stolen, and my number is no longer valid. Despite my numerous attempts through messaging, tweeting, and calling, I have not been able to resolve this issue. I am finding it challenging to access my account without my working phone number.
