I need assistance from a US customer service representative via phone. I am facing difficulty resolving an issue through Paypal messaging with an overseas representative who lacks the authority to assist me. A private payment I received was not marked appropriately, leading to me being charged a substantial fee of nearly $[redacted]. It is important to note that the payment was funded from the sender's Paypal balance, not a credit card. Therefore, the fee incurred is solely a processing fee. I find it misleading that Paypal did not disclose this fee to the sender, as she would have likely chosen the correct option. Unfortunately, there seems to be no option to cancel the transaction retroactively. I hope to find a solution to this matter.

I have been receiving emails regarding an item I sold for $[redacted]. However, I never received the $[redacted]. PayPal emailed me requesting $[redacted] for a small business fee. Subsequently, they claimed the buyer overpaid and asked for an additional $[redacted]. Now, they are demanding an extra $[redacted], totaling $[redacted]. I am confused about why I am being asked to send more money to the buyer, as this has never happened to me before.

For several weeks now, I have been experiencing issues with accessing my PayPal account. I have engaged in multiple 'chats' with PayPal and responded to the emails sent by your team. However, the phone number provided leads to a dead end with continuous beeps. I suspect my account has been compromised. I am unable to receive the 6-digit code necessary to log in as it is not reaching my email address, [redacted] I urgently need assistance to regain access to my funds. I am facing repeated declined payments on PayPal, which is a frustrating ongoing problem for me. Even after verifying my information over the phone and linking both my card and bank account, I still encounter difficulties. Recently, I won an auction on eBay, but due to the payment issues, the seller is understandably becoming upset. When attempting to pay with my card, I receive constant rejections. Furthermore, when I try to use PayPal for the transaction, it repetitively prompts me to link a card despite it already being linked.

Hello, I resided in Australia for six months some time back, during which I created an Australian PayPal account. Currently, I am attempting to withdraw the remaining balance. My Lionheart Associates account was fraudulantly charged on June 4 for $[redacted].38. I only have Amazon Prime and sometimes use Kindle. I contacted Kohl’s customer service regarding an order I placed on June 8, [redacted], but, they informed me they had no record of it. Following their advice, I placed a new order. However, when attempting to dispute the original charge on PayPal for the June 8, [redacted] transaction, I encountered an issue. Although the charge is still pending, I could not proceed with cancellation. I reached out for help via PayPal chat but did not receive a response.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with one of your sellers. After not receiving my product, I eventually did get the order but encountered numerous problems. The red shoes were mismatched in size and the other two pairs were too small. Furthermore, the material seemed to be very thin. I am disappointed with their workmanship and customer service. I am unable to access my PayPal account. I rarely use it, but I believe there might be a balance in it. The password reset isn't working as PayPal doesn't recognize my email. In a live chat with a PayPal representative, I was initially told an account existed under the email submitted, but with a different name (my wife's). When she joined the chat, the rep suddenly claimed the account was closed without specifying when. Subsequently, the rep denied the existence of an account linked to the email, contradicting the earlier statement about it being closed. The chat ended abruptly when I requested to speak with someone else. I need to log in to check the balance as the account was active on May 9, [redacted].

Hello, I am employed by two companies in Beijing. One company was meant to pay me, but the other company accidentally sent the money to me instead. Assuming it was from the first company, I began transferring the funds to my bank account. Since the information was in Mandarin, I couldn't distinguish the sender. Shortly afterward, I received an email from the second company acknowledging the error and requested a refund. This was my inaugural experience with PayPal, which I find to be the most user-friendly financial platform. Upon attempting to refund the money back, I encountered deductions due to multiple transactions. I had difficulty sending a full refund, so I opted for a partial refund, resulting in account limitations. Despite various efforts to resolve the issue with PayPal and the bank, only my account limitations were lifted. The company account remains blocked, and I was asked to send the funds to one of their employees. However, my account faced permanent limitations once more. I am perplexed by the circumstances and seek assistance. The situation has left me without income for a month, affecting my ability to support my two children. I applied for a loan with Light Stream Finance, and although initially approved, they later informed me that my credit score wasn't sufficient. Before disclosing this, they had already taken $[redacted] from me, which I had borrowed from trusted friends. They instructed me to buy eBay money cards totaling $[redacted] from CVS, promising the loan. However, after I provided the cards, they reversed their decision due to my credit score.
