I bought an outdoor garden shed and a carport on February 23, [redacted], via Shopify using PayPal for $[redacted].65. In March, I filed a claim with PayPal when the items didn't arrive. After investigating until May 12, [redacted], PayPal denied my claim based on a tracking number provided by the seller. Despite attempts, I couldn't reach the seller. I contacted the US Post Office using the tracking number and received a picture of a 4" x 6" plastic envelope, not containing the items. I've been unsuccessful in escalating the dispute and reaching anyone for help. I believe this is a scam and need assistance in getting my money refunded.

I recently reviewed my MasterCard statement and spotted two charges labelled as PayPal *RUIANSHILUD EB [redacted] CA, and PayPal *FLATLANDERS EB [redacted] CA. I haven't used my PayPal account in a long time, and I'm concerned that more charges could be present, as both were recorded on May 11, [redacted]. I reached out to my credit card company, but the hold time has extended to over three hours. Trying to access my PayPal account reveals my old disconnected phone number and an email address resembling my son's Gmail. However, when I request Account confirmation Information, my son does not receive any emails from PayPal. It is crucial to reach me promptly as other unauthorized charges might have transpired following the mentioned date.

Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]6 I filed this case on May 10, and I still have not received my refund. I have attempted to contact the seller four times with no success. If this dispute is not resolved promptly by refunding my money, I will no longer use PayPal due to the disappointing customer service experience. I have been attempting to contact the seller multiple times, but there has been no response or shipment of the item. I request an immediate refund of my money. Hello, I have been dealing with my Belgian PayPal account being limited for several months. Despite following all the steps suggested, I am stuck in a loop and unable to resolve the issue without a Belgian phone number or address. I attempted to open a USA account but cannot enter my Belgian debit card details. Furthermore, I am unable to apply for an American bank card due to not having a social security number or American driver's license yet. I have been trying to resolve this for a long time without success and have not been able to reach anyone by phone. I rely on the funds in my account and have provided proof of identity. I haven't received the items I ordered from Shop Disney and already paid for. I ordered two items and got two confirmation emails from PayPal with payment receipt numbers and UPS tracking numbers for shipping. The order was placed on May 15, [redacted]. I contacted UPS today, and they informed me that the tracking numbers do not match my order. According to UPS, the tracking numbers provided by PayPal belong to items that were delivered on May 14, [redacted].

I have been trying to reach out regarding a pressing issue, but have not received any response yet. I followed the instructions to resolve a problem with fraudulent activity on my checking account, leading me to close it due to unauthorized charges. However, I am unable to update my account information as I opened a new checking account. This is causing inconvenience as I can't access my PayPal account to transfer funds to the new account promptly. It is imperative to have the money transferred to my bank account urgently to avoid missing essential payments. I am disappointed with the lack of support from PayPal, and I am considering canceling my account and opting for Venmo instead. I have left multiple messages and even attempted to call, but have not been able to speak to anyone.

I've been a Paypal user for 5 years and have used it for transactions without any issues. However, recently when someone sent me money, I encountered a problem as they are asking for documents to verify my identity, specifically my social security card, which I am uncomfortable sharing. The name on my social security card is different from the legal name on my Paypal account, which was set up using my nickname. Despite receiving instructions to change the name on my account, I have been unable to resolve the issue and now I am locked out of my account, unable to access the funds waiting for me. I need to retrieve the money and consider closing the account due to this inconvenience.

Hello, my name is James. On Tuesday, I reached out to PayPal via their Twitter account regarding an issue with my account. I am unable to log in due to Strong Customer Authentication, which I was not aware of. The old mobile number linked to my account is no longer in use, and the website is trying to send a code to that number, causing frustration. I was advised to call customer support, but the phone lines are closed. My case ID is PP-D-[redacted]7. The transaction ID is 6JP20740SC[redacted]. On May 22nd, I bid on an item, won the bid, and paid for it after multiple attempts to contact the seller. When I finally reached the seller, I was told they did not have the item (an electric scooter) as it was sold six months ago. I requested the seller to cancel the transaction for a refund of £[redacted], but they refused, stating it was my problem. Despite informing eBay and PayPal about the situation, I received no response from the seller to cancel the transaction. I urgently seek a refund as I did not consent to the payment, and eBay and PayPal have not taken action despite being alerted to potential fraud. My PayPal case (PP-D-[redacted]3) was supposed to be resolved in the seller's favor on May 15, but I didn't receive an email about the decision. I want to share some important details: The item I received was not as described, even though the seller (Coupano.com) disagrees. A screenshot clearly shows that the item should have included a net and 2 paddles (refer to the attached photos from the Coupano website), but we only got the net. The Coupano.com website has been offline for some weeks, making it impossible to reach out to them. The mailing address provided by the seller turned out to be non-existent (verified by Google Maps showing it as a vacant lot). I mentioned this to PayPal (check the chat in my account) before sending the package as advised by the seller. The item was shipped on 04/10/[redacted] via USPS (tracking #9[redacted] 3[redacted] [redacted] 78). Recently, I received a letter from the Post Office confirming that the package sent to [redacted] North Avenue, Miami, Florida [redacted] (as instructed by the seller) is undeliverable due to a non-existent address. The package was addressed to "GDPR Group," but a search online yielded no results for this name. I have lost $29.95 for the purchase and $6.20 for return postage, and the item was sent back to a fake address. I suspect fraudulent activity given that their website is down, the address is fake, and the company name doesn't appear legitimate. Can PayPal assist in this matter?

I purchased the Backyard Discovery Somerset All Cedar Wood Playset Swing Set through Paypal. After receiving a tracking number email, I discovered the package was delivered elsewhere. Despite contacting UPS and attempting to reach USFITWEAR, I faced issues. I then escalated the matter to Paypal, who claimed the shipper confirmed delivery. However, I did not receive the item. I placed an order for Face Masks on April 18th, [redacted], and the payment was deducted from my bank account ending in [redacted]. Despite contacting the seller multiple times, I have not received the masks. The seller keeps giving me excuses and mentioning a backlog of orders, prioritizing shipments to nursing homes. I paid $64.95 and was not informed about significant delays. With a critically ill husband, I urgently need these masks for our protection as we have necessary outings for medical appointments and essentials like groceries and medication. It is disheartening that every interaction with PayPal regarding sellers seems to result in troubles. This experience has left me feeling highly frustrated.

I have a PayPal cash card and account. I entered the payment information (routing and account number provided by PP) in the mobile app to pay my First Premier card, which I've successfully used for other payments. However, they closed my credit card account, stating that PayPal claimed the payment was unauthorized and linked to a business account, which is not the case. I need to fax proof that my account is personal, not a business account. I'm frustrated and seeking advice on this matter.

I signed up for a free trial on a texting app a few weeks ago but didn't like it, so I removed the app. I wasn't logged into my PayPal account or had the app installed when I signed up. Recently, I logged into PayPal and received a payment I needed for something important. Without my permission, the texting app charged me $40 through PayPal. I completely forgot about the trial. I need that money back urgently for my planned expenses. Please refund the $40. I had to empty my PayPal account to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your understanding.

I encountered an issue when trying to sign up for a plan. Before I could enter my credit card details, the transaction was denied, possibly due to my email being perceived as invalid. I mainly use [redacted], and I suspect there might have been a past sign-up attempt that I didn't follow through with.
