I recently ordered an air conditioning unit and received a confirmation stating it was delivered on the 11th of this month, which is impossible because I placed the order after that date. The confirmation also lists the wrong product. I contacted the US Postal Service and have all the necessary details - invoices, tracking numbers, etc. I am seeking a refund and need prompt assistance to have the amount credited back to my card. I have already reached out to the seller via email, pointing out the errors in the information provided. The situation needs to be rectified promptly as I require the air conditioner. I intend to purchase it elsewhere once the refund is processed.

I recently cancelled an order through Banggood's official platform after agreeing with the seller on chat. Despite our mutual decision to cancel, the seller shipped the item and charged me anyway. This led to a dispute with PayPal which did not consider it unauthorized. I'm puzzled why PayPal did not uphold basic contract law in this situation, where both parties clearly agreed to cancel the transaction. I feel disappointed in the lack of protection from this kind of seller behavior.

I made a purchase on April 25, [redacted], with Omni Goodies for two dog beds using PayPal and my credit card. I got an email confirmation from [redacted], but I haven't received the items. The communication with the PayPal customer service representative has been frustrating, and the situation seems unreal. After spending hours trying to resolve this, I'm feeling incredibly aggravated. I am seeking either the dog beds I ordered or a refund. Additionally, there were issues with the customer service representative, Miss MaryJoy, not reading messages accurately.

On May 10, [redacted], I placed an order with Horse.Com for 2 fly masks and hoof dressing for my horse undergoing cancer treatment on its nose. After contacting their customer service about the delay, they mentioned due to the current situation with Coronavirus, they could not cancel my order or provide a definite shipping date. My transaction number is O-0S977744SL489172N, and my order number with Horse.Com is W[redacted]. Paypal's email reassured me that the payment wouldn't be processed until Horse.Com shipped the items. However, I am concerned they have not processed the order yet. I am hoping they can cancel it, as I might need to purchase the masks elsewhere. I appreciate any help with this matter. Thank you.

I have been awaiting a delivery from New Chic since mid-April with order # [redacted]3. After contacting Paypal to cancel the order and being informed it would be shipped, I reached out to New Chic reiterating my desire not to accept the order. However, despite this, they have sent out a partial order and informed me via email that the rest will follow in another shipment. I do not wish to receive any part of the order and am requesting a refund of $[redacted].00. As of now, the delivery has not yet arrived. I made it clear in a chat with the company that I did not want the order shipped. I was under the impression that Paypal only processed payments upon receipt of the order. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for the full amount and ask for my account to be closed.

I want to address this issue once more. I am requesting a refund for the AC unit I purchased. Despite spending 7 hours on the phone with customer service, the item hasn't been delivered by the US Postal Service. The seller's contact number is disconnected, and after raising disputes, I received a duplicate email with a delivery confirmation dated before I even ordered it. Furthermore, the package was sent to the wrong address, which is proven by the confirmation details showing my correct address. I am frustrated and demand a resolution as soon as possible. I recently made a purchase of a swing set online from USFITWEAR through a sponsored link on the Target website. Despite attempting to reach out to USFITWEAR multiple times with no success, I eventually received a transaction ID and shipping information from PayPal. Upon tracking the shipment with UPS, I discovered that the package was marked as delivered a day prior to my notification. After contacting UPS, I was informed that the package was delivered to a different address, indicating a possible mix-up in shipping numbers. I proceeded to file a claim with PayPal, only to receive a message stating that the transaction was considered final after contacting the shipper. Unfortunately, USFITWEAR is now unreachable as their contact number is no longer in service. I had hoped that PayPal would safeguard my purchase. The order number is LEA3TT30716 and I paid $31.27 through PayPal, which charged my bank account ending in [redacted]. Unfortunately, the tracking information provided does not work, and my inquiries have been met with automated responses. Upon further investigation, I discovered numerous complaints about ROSELININ being a scam. I am perplexed as to how PayPal could clear their transactions. Despite the current challenges due to Covid-19, I find it unacceptable that I cannot reach a live customer service representative for assistance. I demand a refund and an explanation regarding PayPal's involvement with a potentially fraudulent company. I purchased an iBRAVEBOX V9 TV HD Digital Satellite Signal Meter Finder from eBay on December 1, [redacted]. The item (item number: [redacted]68, order number: 22-04[redacted]1) was defective upon arrival, specifically with the battery. After contacting the seller, jiehsshop888, through eBay, they agreed to send me a new battery. However, even with the replacement battery, the item only worked for one day. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach the seller as they were no longer registered on eBay due to lockdown issues. I eventually spoke with an eBay representative who advised me to contact PayPal to file a dispute for a refund since the seller was untraceable. I placed an order on May 16, [redacted], for express mail delivery to Xuchang Huashuo Hair Products known as Mega Look.com through their website. I expected to receive it within 3-5 business days, but I have not gotten it yet. I have tried calling the business multiple times and sent them 4-5 emails without a response. Recently, someone asked me for my order number, which I provided along with all necessary details, but I have not heard back with any updates. As a new customer, I am disappointed with this lack of communication and service. I bought 4 phone car chargers and holders with a buy 1 get 1 free deal for my family, paying nearly $92. Instead, I received 2 oximeter cases without the oximeter. After contacting the seller, all I get is the runaround. Today, I received another email apologizing for the mistake and asking me to keep the wrong items, offering a discount on a new purchase. I feel frustrated as they already took my money and didn't send the correct items, now wanting me to spend more. Upon checking their return address, I found multiple complaints about similar issues. I have proof of purchase, emails exchanged, pictures of what I received and what I should have gotten. I doubt this can be resolved with this fraudulent seller. Thank you, Laurie B.

My husband purchased a Dewalt package for $99.99, but it was never received. The transaction was on 4-13-20 with ID: 6MG133702L383974W. The shipment tracking number from PayPal is [redacted][redacted]75. We received an email declining to help with this issue. After speaking to a postal worker, we were given a different tracking number for a 5 oz. package sent to an address in Cottage Grove, which is obviously not the correct package. We need to know where our package actually went. We want either the item or our money back. The seller has not responded to our attempts to contact them. This situation has been very stressful, and not receiving a resolution is adding to the problem. Someone needs to address this promptly.

Hello, I am facing ongoing limitations with my Belgian PayPal account. Despite trying all suggested solutions, I am stuck in a loop. On April 27, I purchased a tricycle and was informed it would arrive on May 1 through UPS. However, I did not receive it, and the tracking number provided was for a different order. After numerous frustrating calls and dead ends, I visited the UPS store in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, where they discovered my package had not been shipped. Despite reaching out to the seller multiple times without a response, I urgently need the tricycle due to mobility issues from my mini-strokes. I am concerned that I may have fallen victim to a scam. My PayPal account was used to purchase an item, and I received an email from PayPal with a UPS tracking number showing that the package was delivered to someone named "Oscar," although no one with that name lives at my address.
