I am unable to access my funds. I deposited $*** onto my PayPal prepaid card at a store in Tampa, FL. However, the card numbers on my receipt do not match the numbers on the actual card. My account is now locked, and I find this level of service unacceptable. I have been trying to reach out for assistance since last night. I urgently need this matter resolved.

I contacted eBay and they advised me to reach out to PayPal regarding an issue I had with a 3-in-1 pram that I purchased on November 29, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the pram broke shortly after my baby was born on March 4, [redacted]. Despite contacting the seller multiple times, I have only received a couple of responses. The seller suggested sending plastic parts for repair, but that is not feasible for us. I provided proof of my baby's date of birth with hospital bracelet photos and pictures of the broken pram. I requested a replacement or a full refund, but have not received a response. I am unable to use the broken pram and do not feel comfortable putting my 6-week old baby in it. I recently had a business account with Paypal that is only 15 days old. After crossing $[redacted] in payments for services rendered, my account was suddenly and temporarily limited. Paypal requested my ID, so I promptly provided my Emirates ID from the UAE along with an email containing additional identification like my driving license. Unfortunately, I received a notification from Paypal the next day saying I am permanently denied access to my account, and my funds will be held for [redacted] days. Despite numerous attempts via social media and email, I haven't been able to reach Paypal. I am more than willing to provide any necessary verification of my identity, transaction details, and client information to resolve this issue. My livelihood and that of my team are at stake, especially in these challenging times. I urge Paypal to thoroughly review my case, ask for any needed information, and lift the restrictions promptly. On May 12, [redacted], I reported a fraudulent charge of $[redacted] on my PayPal account linked to Agustin Aybar and directed to my bank account ending in [redacted]. The report was closed without action, so I contacted my bank. They placed a "Stop Payment" on the charge. Today, I noticed another charge on my backup VISA card ending in [redacted], which I did not authorize. I am filing a Fraudulent Charge Claim with both PayPal and my credit card company. I have no connection with Agustin Aybar and have never made a payment of this amount. PayPal must address this issue promptly.

I used my PayPal Prepaid Mastercard to receive my stimulus check of $1,[redacted]. The issue is that I have never received funds from an outside source using PayPal before. I typically only load cash and make purchases. I provided the IRS with my account and routing number, and when I checked the "Get My Payment" tool, it said the deposit was scheduled for March 13 into my PayPal account. However, I have not received the money yet. I realized I needed to register for direct deposit and when I did so, it gave me a different account and routing number. I'm concerned that not registering initially may have caused me to provide the wrong details. I hope to resolve this soon to ease my worries. Thank you for your assistance.

I need help adding my new Visa Debit card to my PayPal account. The system keeps saying I share the account with someone else and that they will send a text to check if they approve me using the card on PayPal. I do not share my account with anyone. When I tried to add the card by phone, it said it's been added to another account. I'm unsure why this is happening and need assistance resolving this issue. I believe I have encountered a fraudulent situation with transaction number 40K82498MT[redacted]. The payment has been put on hold, and I am urgently requesting that the funds not be released to the other party involved. This person, who claimed to be selling concert tickets via email, asked for additional payment to be sent to a new Yahoo address because the initial transaction was held by PayPal. Despite her claims of contacting customer service, they were not available at the time she mentioned. To add more suspicion, she promptly removed the Facebook page associated with the supposed transaction. It is worth mentioning that my attempt to transfer money via Cash App was also blocked due to her fraudulent history. The email address she provided for the additional payment is [redacted]

The email asks me to either accept or refuse a partial offer of US$[redacted] by 23/05/[redacted]. Despite my multiple attempts to accept the offer through the Resolution Centre, I have been unable to do so. I've contacted customer support over 10 times but have only interacted with virtual agents and faced disconnections. This is my final attempt to resolve the issue and confirm my acceptance of the seller's offer. I included the details of the message from Paypal received on 13/05/[redacted]. I was sent the wrong item from Ebay, and there are billing inaccuracies. I want Ebay to either provide the correct item or refund my payment. Despite a Paypal dispute for security reasons, I did not request a refund through Paypal. I have contacted Ebay and the seller multiple times without success. The seller is unresponsive. The order number for the erroneous item is 11-04[redacted]5.

I reached out to PayPal last Saturday concerning my account. I received a message indicating that someone would contact me, but I am still waiting for a response. My account was suspended because I used my sister's credit card, with her permission, to send money to a family friend. I provided my work photo ID as I do not have a passport or driver's license. Despite this, my account remains restricted. I am unsure how long this process will continue as I have not received any assistance or updates. I sent money to a friend in Accra but they never received it. I was informed that the person who was supposed to pass on the money had passed away. I have been trying to get a refund, but I was told to contact the deceased individual for the refund. Since that's not possible, I kindly request help from the company to process the refund for me.

I recently purchased a Sony PlayStation 4 Pro 1TB 4K Console - Jet Black from eBay on Monday around 9:00 PM. The buyer and I negotiated, and I promised to make the payment promptly. During the process, the buyer requested me to hold the payment, but it was already processed. Even after confirming that I made the payment, the buyer claimed not to have received it and struggled with their payment method.
