On April 30, [redacted], I made an online purchase on Fruitbit.com using PayPal for $58.21. The payment went through, but I haven't received an order confirmation or any shipping details. Despite emailing the company, there has been no response. It's been ten days, and neither the item nor any update on my order status has reached me. A check on the Fruitbit website did not show my order. I would appreciate either shipping the item as ordered or receiving a refund for the purchase.

I disputed a charge from a hotel named "The Sleeping" on my PayPal card for $[redacted]. After disputing it, I received a notification that the amount had been refunded to me, but then it stated that I transferred it to my bank, which I did not do. Hello, I am experiencing difficulties logging into my PayPal account. When attempting to log in, I am prompted to enter a 6-digit code sent to my phone number, yet I have not received any code. I have verified that my phone number is functioning properly. After engaging with customer support on Twitter, they advised calling. However, the phone line has been closed daily due to the current situation. I urgently require assistance with this issue as I need to access my account promptly.

I encountered an issue logging into PayPal as I kept receiving an error stating my email address was incorrect, despite it being the same one I have always used with PayPal. I attempted multiple times but faced the same roadblock each time. I prefer accessing my account the usual way rather than opting for a faster solution. I suspect I was mistakenly charged a $25 donation while not even using the updated application, a donation I did not intend to make. This situation has left me feeling very frustrated.

Good morning. I have a small issue. I logged into Paypal recently and noticed that there are still 17.78 euros outstanding. I have a new bank card as my Mastercard is no longer available. The other bank account listed was temporary, belonging to my brother. However, I couldn't update either payment method. I tried your live support but received no response. Initially, I had to use an automated system, then was told to wait up to 1 hour. I waited 1 1/2 hours without a response, so I tried creating a new Paypal account later that evening. I was informed that a small amount will be deposited in my account in the next few days with a hidden code. I haven't received this yet. My son, Timothy, signed up for "Codex Software" last year, but cannot access anything as he is under guardianship. I, Nancy S., am his guardian. We must halt the recurring payment from CODEX as Tim has repeatedly received statements since June [redacted] informing him the payment could not be processed. Despite this, the subscription continues. I need PAYPAL to end the subscription as Tim cannot use it without internet access. I tried the iFax free 7-day trial to send a fax. I canceled my account the next day (April 23rd). On May 2nd, iFax notified me that my account was canceled. I received a $99.00 pending transaction notice from Paypal for iFax, which I couldn't dispute successfully since I selected the wrong category. Today, the transaction completed, so I might lose $99.00 for sending just one fax! I reached out to iFax on their website, explaining my situation and asking for help. I warned them of further action if this isn't resolved. I've contacted them multiple times during this whole ordeal, but I'm not optimistic about a resolution.

I reached out via email to your team on 5/4/20 at around 7:41 PM as per the details on your website. It's now 5/11/20 at 9:24 AM, and I'm yet to get a response. I am seeking a refund of $41.98 for Receipt #: 3[redacted]-3[redacted] dated 04/13/20 and Invoice #:c[redacted][redacted].1. The company seems to use PayPal for payments. Despite sending over 9 emails, I only received the product after multiple attempts, and it was the wrong item. I plan to return it today and reiterated my request for a refund, but they haven't responded since 05/02/20. My bank suggested contacting you at PayPal for help. If unresolved, they advised escalating the matter. I intend to reach out to media outlets, the Facebook CEO, and the BBB to report these poor practices. I ordered an iPhone and paid for it around Christmas, but instead of receiving the phone, I got a costume jewelry bracelet. This has happened before, and after going through a lengthy process, I was told to return the item for a refund. However, the return was canceled because it was not sent back fast enough. I need a new RMA authorization to ship the item back. It was the last item I tried to return, from 12/26, for $[redacted].99. I have already received permission for this return. All I need now is the return label and number to send the item back. The seller has had my money for over 5 months without any intention of sending the item. It's frustrating, and I just want to return the item and get my refund.

Due to some issues, a service provider my business works with had their payment declined on my credit card. Not recognizing the charge, I had the card deactivated (a new one is on the way). Even after removing the old card and adding a new one on PayPal, the payment is still being declined. I've faced difficulty updating my credit card details on the vendor's website. I'm looking for PayPal to help by re-routing the charge to my newly linked card. It seems the current issue is not being understood by their customer service team.

I recently tried to link my debit card to my PayPal account. I successfully verified my email, but I encountered issues verifying my phone number. It seems I can only use the phone number associated with the account I opened over a year ago, but I no longer have access to that number. I attempted to update it with my current number, but it was rejected as invalid. I urgently need to correct this by updating my phone number and removing any outdated ones on file.

To whom it may concern, I have been attempting to reach out for help regarding my claim. I submitted my initial claim to your resolution center on January 2, [redacted], concerning a shed I purchased online on December 18, [redacted], through a Facebook advertisement. I contacted PayPal on January 2, [redacted], after not receiving the item and initiated a claim. I recently discovered that my claim was closed without notification, and there has been no communication from PayPal. It appears the vendor engaged in fraudulent behavior. I have been trying to get in touch with PayPal without success and now I am receiving messages regarding non-payment. Are you neglecting my claim? I made a boot purchase on April 4th with Transaction ID # 09C684411E[redacted] and Invoice ID # c[redacted][redacted].1 for $39.60. Despite reaching out multiple times to the seller about not receiving my order, they did not respond. I escalated the issue to Paypal, who then informed me that the seller was offering a refund if I returned the item by May 22nd, which is impossible since I never received the item in the first place. The real issue is the non-delivery, not the description of the item. Even after the seller requested more time, I still cannot return something I never got. The deadline given by Paypal is approaching, and it seems unlikely to return an item to China by that date. After my husband passed away on February 27, [redacted], I encountered difficulty accessing our Paypal account as he managed it. Despite trying various emails and passwords, I have been unable to log in. I recently purchased two expensive jewelry items, returned one, and will be mailing the other back today. These transactions were made using a MasterCard. I assume that the refunds for the returned items will be processed through Paypal and credited back to my MasterCard. I am having trouble logging in as it keeps prompting me to secure my account. However, when I follow the steps, it does not allow me to add my phone number, making it impossible for me to access my account. I urgently need to withdraw my funds as it is all the money I have, but even my card is not working. I have attempted to contact support via phone, but have not received any assistance. I recently established my PayPal business account for DTS Security LLC at [redacted] Prior to this, I had a personal account under [redacted] I noticed that both accounts share the same password and phone number, [redacted]. A payment from one of my clients was mistakenly credited to my personal account instead of the business account where the invoice remains unpaid. I prefer to manage only one account. Is there a way to merge or link them together?

I made a payment to a company named Sweet Beary Canada on April 4th, but I have yet to receive my order. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them for a refund, they have not responded to help me in any way. I have tried to escalate my case with PayPal before May 17th, as they have changed their trading name. However, I am having difficulty doing so as it seems to be taking me in circles with no progress. I have been trying to resolve an issue with Paypal regarding my account since April 23, [redacted]. Despite providing all the requested information, they have not fixed the problem. They updated my details according to the ID they received but continue to withhold my money, blaming it on the coronavirus situation. I even went through the approval process for Paypal Here payments, which I don't intend to use. The three managers I spoke to assured me they would investigate and call me back, but I have not received any calls. Paypal has blocked all messaging services on my account, making it impossible to reach them. It is frustrating that Paypal UK is not available to assist with my concerns.
