On April 14th, I ordered 3 Paint Roller Brush Painting Handle Tools from Vonluxes (order [redacted]) online. I paid $58.52 USD via PayPal to Celebrino Co. Ltd, but on my credit card statement, it shows as $84.90 CAD to SamsunsCo. Ltd. Today, I noticed the payment on my credit card went to Zarake Co. Ltd, which appears to be fraudulent. I have emailed [redacted] multiple times for order tracking and delivery date with no response, and to request a refund since I never received my order. I also emailed [redacted] to inform them of this issue. I am seeking assistance in either receiving the delivery if it's not a scam or getting a refund of $84.90 CAD on my credit card. Hello, I made a purchase from a seller on Depop, but unfortunately, they were hacked by a scammer named Dee Sav. The scammer provided me with a tracking number, but upon checking, I discovered that the item was shipped before I even made the purchase and was delivered to a different location. I have tried contacting the scammer for a refund with no success. I reported the issue to PayPal, but I mistakenly selected "unauthorized transaction" instead of "item not received." I have contacted PayPal support on Twitter, but have yet to hear back from a specialist. I have attached proof of purchase, the unauthorized transaction case, and tracking details. I am hoping to resolve this and get a refund. Thank you.

My VISA card experienced an online decline during a purchase attempt. I have verified with CAPITAL 1 VISA that my card is active. Please rectify this issue promptly. My Discover Card was also declined, likely via PayPal. Please investigate. I rely on these cards while staying home due to COVID, unable to use cash. My credit is good, not overdue. This seems to be a merchant error. To resolve: As the merchant, kindly remove the declined status from my cards. I have received an erroneous PayPal payment that was sent to me mistakenly. The money does not belong to me, and I have not accepted it. I have tried to communicate this to PayPal, but there is no option for me to refuse or return the payment. PayPal has deducted a transaction fee of almost $45 despite no actual transaction taking place. The sender and I both agree that the money should be returned, but PayPal is not cooperating with reversing or canceling the payment. The sender and I are facing undue hardship due to this error, and it is an unfair business practice by PayPal. We both have unsuccessfully tried to resolve the issue as PayPal's customer service department is closed. On April 28th, I accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet. I got a new phone on May 1st. However, when I checked my phone on Monday, I noticed two charges - one for $[redacted].79 and another for $[redacted].40. I had no idea where these charges came from, so I contacted PayPal to report a claim. An individual claiming to be PayPal support named Allen#[redacted] told me he needed to access my computer and anything connected to it. Despite my initial hesitation, I agreed. Later, my daughter-in-law intervened, realizing the situation was suspicious and advised me to disconnect. After they were off the computer, my family ensured everything was secure, including my phone. The following day, PayPal emailed me to inform me that they found no fraud and denied my claim. As a 73-year-old widow on a fixed income, I am certain I did not make such expensive purchases, especially two transactions of that value. I have attempted to update my account payment information to a previous address. However, Paypal is not allowing me to change it to my current address. Even after updating my credit card to match the address on file, I am still encountering the error message stating that my address is not recognized. This is a valid address that I have used before. I need assistance in resolving this issue so that I can proceed with changing my merchants to my Paypal account. I am unable to make any purchases due to Paypal's restriction on changing the address on file. I have exhausted all troubleshooting options and believe this may be a server issue on Paypal's end. I am facing an issue with Paypal. They closed my account citing a violation of their terms and conditions, which I disagree with. I've had minimal contact with Paypal, mainly for paying bills. The first interaction was regarding a charge inquiry, which they never followed up on, and the second was to send money to my daughter through Mission Upreach in Honduras. Both actions comply with Paypal's policies. After sending my photo as requested, I received a message stating my account was under review, only to find out later that it was permanently closed. I made a purchase of three clothing items from the online store Adorelook on April 16, [redacted], at 10:45 PM, totaling $88.07. I paid through PayPal and received an order confirmation with number #[redacted]. An email on April 22, [redacted], informed me that my order was shipped with tracking number [redacted][redacted][redacted]. However, the tracking indicates the items are at an unknown location, raising suspicions. I am interested to know if there are any discounts available for customers who have their tax refunds deposited into PayPal. Additionally, I am curious if there are any special deals for credit approval amid the current situation with the coronavirus. I am having trouble resetting the password for my [redacted] and another account I have with your company. I ordered dust masks on April 14, [redacted], with a charge of €48.37. However, the masks have not arrived in 14 days, and there was no notification of delivery issues. Consequently, I instructed my bank to refund the money. On April 20, [redacted], €48.37 was credited back to my account. Now, my PayPal account shows a balance of -€51.37, with a message to deposit money to cover the outstanding amount. When I try to enter my card number, it fails. I used PayPal to make a purchase, but my order hasn't arrived. The seller gave me a fake tracking number and is not responding to my emails. I have evidence of my payment, the false tracking information, and proof that the tracking number they provided was for a different delivery to another person's address. I need clarification on an order I made. I never signed up for a PayPal account, but I recently made a purchase by mail using my credit card.
