After 20 days, I discovered the tracking number provided led to the delivery of a bathroom fan to Menards. I've been trying to resolve this since mid-March, and the COVID-19 situation has made it more challenging. I paid $[redacted] and received nothing, affecting my son's birthday gift. I've tried contacting [redacted] without success. I'm frustrated that PayPal approved a payment for an undelivered item, especially after my dispute. I have documentation, including the tracking number and order number, but have been unable to reach customer service due to the pandemic. Regarding eBay sale with SR# 1-[redacted]26: I am disappointed that PayPal has not released my $1,[redacted]. My sale was completed two weeks ago, and the buyer paid in full and received the item on 04/10/[redacted]. Feedback was left on eBay by the buyer the same day. eBay has made numerous attempts to resolve this issue with PayPal. Holding these funds for no valid reason is unjust. My wife and I have been loyal members of eBay and PayPal for 17 years. I am 76 years old, and this situation is causing unnecessary stress on my heart and blood pressure. Do I need to seek legal assistance? My eBay username is benchmaster52.

I need assistance accessing my PayPal account to transfer funds to either my linked bank or to someone else. After a password reset, I have been locked out and unable to reach customer service by phone. Over the past three days, I have tried contacting PayPal without success, leading to frustration. Initially, I couldn't transfer funds to my bank, then I was locked out. After receiving a new password, I still can't access my account. I have been trying to reach your customer service via phone for the past five days without success. Despite being redirected to a live agent, I am always informed that you are closed. The main issue is regarding my order of two Xbox controllers from woomart.store.com with 3-7 day free shipping. However, the tracking number provided belongs to another customer, and the package was delivered to Midland Pharmacy instead of me. The payment was made through PayPal, although I do not have an account with them. UPS confirmed the mix-up and the recipient denied receiving my order. Contact with the seller via email has been unfruitful, as they only sent the original receipt and the wrong tracking number. Their phone number changed recently, and someone else informed me that many customers have faced similar issues indicating a possible scam. I urge you to assist in resolving this dispute promptly and reverse the charge. It is essential to prevent further scamming of customers and take appropriate legal action.

There have been fraudulent activities in my account associated with the email address: [redacted] I assisted someone in receiving payments from their clients using my email address, resulting in 32 disputes, which is unprecedented for me. After withdrawing the money and sending it to Felix via +[redacted]49, the buyers claim they didn't authorize the transactions and demand refunds. I suspect Felix is involved in a scam. I urge you to investigate these transactions with disputes and resolve this issue promptly. I fear that Felix may have defrauded others as well. The fraudulent transactions total over $[redacted], causing significant financial loss and a negative balance in my account. Your attention to this matter is appreciated.

I have tried to contact PayPal via email, but only received automated responses. I recently followed the instructions to "Restore Your Account," as per the email instructions, but found no options to resolve the issue as described. Instead, I was met with a message stating that my account couldn't be used anymore. As a 71-year-old retiree who has used PayPal without any issues for years, I am puzzled by this sudden restriction. My transactions are straightforward, such as helping a friend with $20 in April and a few payments in February and January for services and donations. I purchased several computers from Monad Tech in Taiwan. Since paying in January, I have not received anything. I opened a dispute and was told the computers would be shipped on 04.04.[redacted], but they never arrived. I closed the dispute and now have trouble reopening it. I suspect unauthorized activity in my account resulting in the unauthorized transfer of funds. I transferred my $1,[redacted] stimulus payment to my PayPal account under the email ([redacted]). I then withdrew $[redacted] from an ATM. Despite attempting to withdraw the entire amount, the ATM only allowed $[redacted]. The following day, the funds were no longer available, showing an insufficient funds message. Since then, I have been unable to access my account, contact live agents, use my cash card, check my balance, or conduct any transactions. My calculations indicate $[redacted] remains inaccessible in my account. If accurate, I suspect someone has breached my account and stolen my funds. My son and I had an agreement where he could use PayPal under certain conditions. Unfortunately, he disregarded the agreement by not keeping me informed about his purchases. On April 9, [redacted], I made a purchase on eBay from the seller tierraflora_lic for a Pure Mist Ultrasonic Essential Oil Diffuser for $15.00 plus $7.50 shipping and $1.58 tax, totaling $24.08. When I contacted the seller, Mary O'dell of tierraflora_lic, she claimed she never received the payment. She suggested I order another diffuser at a discount. Upon checking with my bank, they confirmed the transaction was approved and advised me that the issue might be with PayPal and the seller. Mary later claimed PayPal sent the payment to the wrong email address and suggested eBay would consider it an unclaimed item on May 9, [redacted]. I am distressed by the lack of item, refund, and the damage to my reputation due to this ordeal.
