The store's online presence appears to be closed or disconnected. Despite these issues, additional days have been added to the review period, making it unclear when the matter will be resolved. I have not been provided with a tracking number for the shipment by the post office. To avoid overpaying and incurring interest charges, I hope this can be addressed promptly. I placed an order back in February, using PayPal for purchase protection. Unfortunately, the product I received was not what I expected - it came from China labeled as clothing instead of tools. In March, I reached out to PayPal for assistance. Despite the seller sending a package (containing a cheap bracelet) that could be tracked, PayPal sided with them, denying my claim. On April 13th, I attempted to contact PayPal regarding my purchase from Gobli Nutrition made on April 3rd. Due to COVID-19 limitations on customer service representatives, I couldn't reach anyone. I was informed my order would ship on April 6th, so I expected to receive it by the 10th or 11th. After not getting my purchase, I contacted Gobli but received no response. I tried PayPal again, but due to COVID-19, they were closed, prompting me to use their online system, which I found confusing. Upon trying to dispute the issue on April 13th, I discovered that $57.00 was deducted twice. It seems I misunderstood the online process and accidentally paid twice. Hello, I am having trouble adding two new cards to my PayPal account. The system only allows me to take a picture of one of the cards when I try to verify my identity. There are scammers operating on Discord, luring people with fake giveaways and promising to send money if you invite others to their server. They even have a fake sponsorship from Paypal on their server. However, these scammers end up stealing your money by having you input your credit card information. I made a purchase using PayPal on April 14, [redacted] for $77.91. When I tried to check the order status by calling, the number was disconnected. I am also unable to contact them via email. I believe the company, KERENZA, might be a scam. Some reviews I found online support this suspicion. I am considering stopping the payment through my credit card company. I previously contacted customer service regarding an unauthorized charge on my PayPal account. Despite filing a dispute long ago, there has been no resolution or credit issued. I neither authorized the charge nor received any products from the company in question. The transaction number is 32E36326PL769860A and the invoice number is c4T[redacted]7.1. My account has been locked for some time, and I complied with the request to provide my driver's license photo via email as requested. However, my account remains locked. I have left messages for a callback without success. Prompt clarification and resolution are necessary. The $[redacted].00 charge related to transaction 32E36326PL769860A must be credited back to my account. The overall handling of this matter has been distressing.

I encountered issues resetting my password. A popup message indicated a problem on your end. I saw a red danger symbol stating, "Sorry, we were unable to confirm it is you," and now I am unable to make further attempts to reset my password. Even though I received a 6-digit security number ([redacted]) to enter, the system has locked me out. The initial security number ([redacted]) emailed to me was not recognized by the system.

I do not have a mobile phone to receive text messages. When setting up my account, I used my landline but later added my husband's cell, which has poor coverage where we are. Due to a compromised bank account, I need to update my details, but the online platform insists on sending a one-time code via text that I cannot receive. The situation is frustrating. Your payment process led to confusion about transactions, contributing to my account being compromised. Dealing with your website has been the most challenging compared to other companies. Please provide a different option for accessing account information without the need for text codes. Your service should be more user-friendly without the reliance on text messages.

I posted an ad on Gumtree to sell my car in South Africa. A buyer from the US is interested in purchasing it for his mother in South Africa. He used PayPal to send me money for the car and included freight costs to transport it from Cape Town to Johannesburg. I received an email stating that my funds are ready to be deposited into my bank account, but I need to pay R5,[redacted].00 to PayPal first for the freight company. Only after this payment will the remaining money for the sale be transferred to me. It seems suspicious, doesn't it? The buyer's communication style is questionable, and the transaction ID U-04J03293E[redacted]W claims the payment cannot be reversed, preventing me from getting a refund.

PayPal Case ID: pp-D-[redacted]4 Supplemental Information: Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with an order I placed for a lower shock absorber bushing for my [redacted] Jaguar Vanden Plas on Carid.com. The listed price was $30.00 with $5.00 for shipping. Upon receiving the item, to my surprise, the box contained ten (10) bushings instead of one. I reached out to Carid to return the extra eight (8) bushings, expecting them to cover the return shipping cost due to the error. However, after some back and forth, they requested $30 for the additional bushing. I decided to keep all ten bushings in the end. Subsequently, I received an invoice for $[redacted].00 for the nine (9) extra bushings from the manufacturer Land Rover - Made in Germany.

**URGENT** Unable to access my PayPal Professional account. I have a PayPal account that I recently started using more frequently. They are asking me to verify that it's really me. There are two verifications, the second one being by sending a text to my phone number. BUT... I don't have access to that phone number because I am abroad in India due to the coronavirus. I am unable to receive messages on the Indian SIM card, so I can't get a security code via text on that number. I am stuck and unable to access my account to change it.
