I recently removed a Bank of America checking account from my PayPal after it being linked for over 10 years. Despite trying to add it back, I encounter an error when selecting the account to confirm. PayPal support was unhelpful and suggested adding a different account. I then tried adding a Citizens Bank checking account, but to my dismay, faced the same issue. Even after attempting in a different browser, the problem persists. While the Citizens account has never been linked before, my debit card associated with it is already on PayPal. Now, I'm struggling to add funds to my account to pay off PayPal Credit. Strangely, the BoA account is still set up for autopay, but doesn't appear in my wallet. I would appreciate any guidance on adding these checking accounts to my account. Thank you.

I have encountered an ongoing issue where I was promised a 50" 4K refurbished UHD 2160p LED Smart TV, but received a cheap bracelet instead. Despite the seller claiming the case is closed, I have been left frustrated as I cannot reach them. I attempted to contact Paypal to clarify that the package was delivered but did not contain the correct product. The only communication I received was an email regarding my order, number #[redacted], which I have included below. It seems this situation has not been resolved yet.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my PayPal account because my phone number on file is outdated, and I can't remember my password. I've tried the security questions but keep getting them wrong. When attempting to contact PayPal via email, the South African site requires me to login, creating a roadblock. Please help me urgently by updating my phone number on the profile. I sold an item on eBay for $[redacted] and instructed the buyer to let me know if they didn't receive it. A month later, I got a claim from Paypal saying the buyer hadn't received it. I messaged the buyer, who didn't inform me earlier, although I had insurance on the package. I checked with the post office, and they confirmed delivery through GPS, but the insurance wouldn't cover it. Despite this, PayPal refunded the buyer $[redacted]. I'm frustrated that the buyer's word is valued over mine, especially when I had USPS support. Despite being a reputable seller on eBay for 12 years, I now face collection calls. Even though I was hospitalized, I was able to resolve other issues with creditors over the phone, but not with PayPal or eBay. The buyer even inquired about more items for sale, adding insult to injury. I won't make any more payments until I get my refund from this deceitful buyer.

I recently disputed a charge on LAsaver.com due to non-receipt of the item after waiting for months. PayPal initiated an investigation where the seller presented a tracking number, which seemed suspicious as I had unsuccessfully tried to contact them multiple times. After contacting FedEx, I discovered that the tracking number provided was not for me or my address, indicating fraudulent activity. Despite PayPal finding in favor of the seller, further research revealed an ongoing investigation by the BBB and the website being down. I am seeking assistance from someone at PayPal to recover my funds as this is a clear case of fraud.

I initially reached out to the seller via email concerning the undelivered item. After the seller reassured me, I contacted PayPal customer support when the item did not arrive. Upon receipt, it was not as described, emitting a strong smell and being a different color than advertised. It was also not authentic. I have returned the item and filed a dispute, inadvertently submitting it without attaching further evidence. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance, nobody was available until I managed to connect with a chat representative, who unfortunately did not address my concerns. I acknowledge the challenges posed by Covid-19 in reaching customer service. Despite sending tracking information through PayPal email, I only received a link to my regular PayPal account. Thank you.

I have encountered multiple issues with charges from Quality Inn that I need assistance with. One particular night, I was charged for a room that I did not use due to its filthy condition, resulting in multiple bites. The manager and staff were extremely impolite. To make matters worse, there was a mix-up where the staff gave someone else access to my room and disturbed me by calling at 3 in the morning. When the front desk person, Shandra, came to my room and attempted to enter despite me not being properly dressed, it was very uncomfortable. Despite my requests, she insisted on leaving the door open, prompting me to retreat to the bathroom for privacy. Following a demand to visit the front desk, I was abruptly asked to leave, with no offer of a refund despite disputes about the undisclosed charges. Unsuccessful in communicating with the manager, I sought the corporate office's contact information, only to be rudely told to look it up myself. Such disrespectful treatment and lack of customer service are unacceptable, and I refuse to pay for such poor service.

It had a strong chemical odor, the wrong color (brown instead of rose beige), and was not authentic. I promptly returned the item. While trying to provide additional information to support my dispute, I accidentally submitted without attaching the necessary files. Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance from customer service, including utilizing chat support, my issue remains unresolved. Unfortunately, nobody has been able to address my concerns effectively. I have also tried to share tracking details through the PayPal email service without success. Given the challenges posed by the ongoing pandemic, I understand the difficulties in accessing timely support.

On 4/29/20, I bought 4 items from a company that appeared as "Servicios & Taxi SAC," but I later realized it was not the actual company I intended to purchase from, as their contact information seemed fake. I tried to contact them with no success and ended up seeking a refund through PayPal's resolution center. Unfortunately, I mistakenly clicked on the unauthorized purchase option instead of the item not as described. PayPal declined my request for 4 refunds worth $[redacted].11. I acknowledge my error, but I urge PayPal to reconsider my case and grant me a refund from this fraudulent company. I placed an order with Pillow Potato on Mar 21, [redacted], and noticed that they billed PayPal as "Resilient Media Pte. Ltd." causing a dispute that has been resolved. Despite contacting the company multiple times, they insist the item is in transit. Tracking number LS[redacted]52CN shows the item has not left China. I have requested a refund via email with no response. I am seeking PayPal's assistance in recovering my funds from the company. Editing my response is not functioning as mentioned in the email. I purchased an Extension from Plumrocket's website and paid through Paypal. My account was charged, but I have not received any confirmation, and the vendor has no record of my payment. Therefore, I haven't received the item. I have attached a picture showing the amount deducted from my account. This is the first time I've experienced this issue. After selecting the item, entering my email and password, choosing a card, and paying through Paypal, the page redirected to the merchant without any payment confirmations received. I recently received a fake invoice through PayPal for a purchase made on a website that appeared to be affiliated with Shopify but turned out to be a fraudulent site wigsbuysupply.com. I have contacted Shopify and confirmed this is not an authorized seller. The seller has not responded, and the website shows signs of being illegitimate. I have been trying to reach out to PayPal for assistance since yesterday without any resolution. I urgently request that the charge be reversed or stopped to prevent further fraudulent activities. Hello, I purchased 2 white bras from DAYPROUD on March 20, [redacted]. Despite reaching out to them 11 or 12 times via email, I received responses stating delays due to the Coronavirus. My order number is [redacted]5-DP with tracking number LY[redacted]52CN. The tracking status has been showing "Origin Post is preparing shipment" since March 28 at 7:39. I was told the package is on its way, but when checking the tracking history, it continuously shows the same status. Regardless of them asking me to wait a few more days, I want a reimbursement of $68.35 to my account.

On May 5, [redacted], I received an email from PayPal regarding a transaction with Dodges Wood and Iron Works that I did not authorize. I promptly filed a dispute. Within two hours, PayPal sent me an email claiming they investigated the charge and deemed it authorized, which I doubt considering the merchant's locked Facebook account. The dispute number is PP-1-[redacted]. To prevent PayPal from deducting the money, I withdrew it and stopped payment on the transaction, as it is clearly fraudulent. I demand that the charge be removed as I never engaged in any business with them. I will not permit my funds to be taken unlawfully. Please cancel the transaction and thoroughly investigate the individuals behind this incident. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss this matter with a representative.
