I purchased three spray bottles from Johnson Gadgets on December 29, [redacted], but I have not received them yet. After emailing them on March 10, [redacted], they informed me that my order was lost, and they would send the products. They even offered me discounts on my next purchase. Despite this, I still haven't received my initial order from December. Today, I made another order and sent another email, but I am concerned about the lack of communication. I do not have a phone number or address for Johnson Gadgets, aside from email. They typically use Paypal for transactions, but I use my personal Visa debit card. I hope to resolve this situation soon.

I have a Pay Pal account that I haven't used in years. I recently tried to update my contact information to do business, but I couldn't access the account after updating. I spent hours over two days trying to solve it using the help page and Q&A but had no luck. I would like to access my account through your user-friendly tools without having to call customer service. On March 18, [redacted], at 4:33:58, I made a purchase with J H Mall at [redacted] with transaction number [redacted]3ER464260F for $47.80. I ordered 4 light-up cup holders for my cars, 2 Honda logos, and 2 Dodge logos. Upon receiving the order on 3-28-[redacted], I got 2 Honda cup holder lights and 2 incorrect items instead of the Dodge logos. I contacted them immediately, and on 4-1-[redacted], they acknowledged the mistake and offered a 30% ($7.17 USD) credit on my next order, allowing me to keep the wrong items. I declined this offer, requesting a return shipping label to send back the incorrect products and receive the correct item. Their response on 4-2-[redacted] offered a 50% discount ($11.95) or the option to return the items at my expense, estimated around $20 USD, before they would send the correct item. I believe they should provide a return shipping label for their error rather than making me cover the cost.

I recently received notification from PayPal that my account was being closed with a remaining balance of $[redacted].00. I was instructed to wait [redacted] days before withdrawing my funds. I have now completed the waiting period, but my balance remains the same. I am eager to have this amount transferred out promptly. The whole situation is frustrating as there was no valid reason for the account closure in the first place. Despite being assured of fraud prevention measures, it seems unnecessary to hold my funds for so long without any actual risk involved. I have no transaction history as a seller or buyer, making this even more bewildering. Communicating with PayPal's customer service has been unhelpful, as their responses do not address my concerns appropriately.

I recently reached out to PayPal regarding an issue I encountered. Despite my efforts, I only received an automated response that did not address my specific concerns. Last July, my account was inexplicably limited when I attempted to transfer funds to a colleague. I was told the funds would be held for [redacted] days for review, yet no clarification was provided regarding the extended restrictions on my account. I am dismayed by the lack of communication from PayPal; I have not received any updates on the matter. I considered legal action against PayPal due to this unjust situation, but the small amount of [redacted]€ being withheld does not warrant further complications. I am experiencing difficulty accessing an older account due to additional security measures requiring a text code or card verification, which I am unable to do as I no longer have the same phone number or card. Despite being able to verify my identity, I am unable to log in to the account. Moreover, the discrepancy in the spelling of my name between the old and new accounts adds to the challenge. A friend has sent money to the old account, and I urgently need access to retrieve it before it is returned to him in 30 days. Waiting for the funds is not ideal for either party involved.

I recently submitted a dispute for an item I bought from SWAQ that never arrived. It was a Delorean Time Machine from Back to the Future. I filed the claim at the end of March, even though I placed the order on February 8, [redacted]. The Dispute Case ID was PP-D-[redacted]2. The claim got denied and closed because the package showed up three days after I filed the claim. However, the item I received is completely wrong. Instead of the Delorean, I got a poorly packaged 1:24 scale Pagani Huayra model car by Welly corporation in a damaged box. This mix-up is clearly fraudulent, and I'm seeking a full refund. I have photos available if necessary.

I have been attempting to contact your customer service regarding a refund for some time. Unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance as of yet. It has been challenging to reach a representative, as the calls keep getting disconnected. The customer is aware of the situation, and I only need to refund the remaining amount in my account. I hope to resolve this matter soon, but it seems impossible to get through or to resolve any account limitations.

My credit card expired, and I received a new one with the same account number but a different expiration date and security code. After updating this information on PayPal, I verified it was successfully added as my main payment method. Despite this, when attempting to purchase an item on eBay, I encountered issues due to the old card details. Even after updating and confirming the changes, the expired card message persists. I need to resolve this promptly as I have additional eBay transactions pending and wish to avoid using different payment methods. What steps should I take to address this issue? - Lawrence

Rob Cole has been assisting me as I did not have a PayPal account. However, my $[redacted] is currently stuck in his PayPal account due to issues transferring the funds to his card. He has verified his identity through a prepaid card on PayPal. We spoke with a representative yesterday around 3:30, who mentioned it could take up to seven hours to resolve. Despite waiting all night, we still have not received the funds. We are in a tough situation without food, with children to care for. Rob is under a lot of stress trying to help me, and I am trying to support him since he did me a favor. We urgently need assistance. His account's ID can be verified at paypal.com/upload docs, but we keep encountering the same security sign-in issue. My name is Robert Howard, and I am using my phone to assist Rob. As a tennis club, our treasurer switches every year. I have some queries before we open a business account. How can we create an account for the club that changes leadership annually? When funds are transferred to our bank, will we receive a breakdown of each transaction showing the payee and purpose of each charge? If receipts only show up as one line item, can we access a detailed list through our PayPal account? We aim to be a [redacted](c)3 organization with an EIN, how can we confirm our status prior to setting up the account? I attempted to call for assistance but the automated system couldn't connect me. If we accept Canadian credit/debit cards in the U.S., will all transactions be processed in U.S. dollars?

On October 28, [redacted], I purchased tech support from a company that seemed to be a Computer Tech for $[redacted]. I made the payment through PayPal, and the transaction has been cleared from my account. Unfortunately, I have since discovered that it was a fraudulent service, and now I cannot reach the individuals responsible. The money seems to have been transferred through multiple countries, making it untraceable. As a result of their actions, my computer is currently unusable. I am wondering if there is any assistance PayPal can provide in this situation. I understand that this is not your fault. I previously called to block any future charges and was advised to follow up on March 17, but I was unable to do so until now. While I do not expect a refund, I am concerned about the possibility of future unauthorized charges on my account. Could you please advise on how to prevent this? Thank you for your help. On March 15, [redacted], I placed an order for 2 pairs of Orthopedic Toe Sandals from Tatinn. I paid $59.96 with my credit card but did not receive a Confirmation Email or Order Number. After contacting Tatinn's customer service via [redacted], they were unable to locate my order without the Order Number. Checking my credit card statement, the charge appeared as PAYPAL *STARSHOPHUB, which raised concerns after finding negative reviews online about fraudulent activities. Attempting to resolve the issue, I faced long hold times with both the company and my credit card provider. Seeking assistance to dispute the charge and clarify the legitimacy of the transaction, I am worried about the credibility of the company. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Dear PayPal Customer Service, On August 3, [redacted], I departed the US via EgyptAir Flight MS986 from JFK-NY to Amman-Jordan with a layover in Cairo, where I landed on August 4, [redacted]. Since then, I have not returned to the USA and instead traveled to Baghdad on October 8, [redacted]. In April [redacted], I visited Dubai from the 10th to the 17th via FlyDubai and stayed at GoldState Hotel, where I was billed $[redacted].91, which I paid late due to payment issues. While I understand this charge, I noticed unauthorized transactions in my PayPal account starting in January [redacted]. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I continue to see charges from companies like INTERJET.COM FL and violet GREY INC HOLLYWOOD CA, which I have never used or heard of, indicating fraudulent activities on my account. I made a purchase with Lightinthebox, Order No. [redacted][redacted], on 4/3/[redacted] for $[redacted].78. Despite several attempts to contact the company regarding a product change, I have not received a response. I have sent at least seven messages without any replies. They postponed the order and when I requested a refund, they asked me to wait until after the Chinese New Year. After inquiring about the refund status, I was promised a callback within a day, but I believe there is no need for further contact or delays. I have initiated the cancellation process and expect a prompt refund. The payment was quick, and I anticipate the refund to be expedited as well. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. I recently noticed an unauthorized debit totaling $[redacted] on my M&T Bank checking account on 3/23/20 and 3/25/20. I am unsure of the next steps to take. This situation is particularly distressing as I do not have the funds available, and I am currently unable to work. Being a member for nearly 20 years, the lack of information provided regarding this deduction has left me feeling uneasy. Due to this issue and the significant amount of money involved, I am considering discontinuing my membership with your service. I am Richard J. I placed two orders but only received a receipt for one (#[redacted][redacted]). I did not receive any email confirmation for the second order. There seems to be a mix-up with PayPal linking my account to my deceased wife's account from [redacted], as they made it the primary account. I have no access to her account as she took the login information with her. The order from the Dewalt store was processed under her account, charging my bank without providing me any order details. I need assistance in resolving this issue, closing Linda J.'s account linked to mine, and locating the confirmation, receipt, and package sent to either my current address in Henderson or a previous address in Ely. I am requesting a full refund for the two unauthorized charges of $29.95 each, totaling $59.90, to be processed promptly. On January 24, [redacted], I bought a background report for $1.00 and got a welcome email, email receipt, and a charge for $1.00 (please see the attached emails: "Welcome to People Finders" and "PeopleFinders: Order Confirmation"). I never received any further emails or information indicating a monthly fee of $29.95, but my PayPal account was charged twice - on February 5 and March 7. I discovered the unauthorized charges on March 6 and contacted PayPal to open a case (Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]1) and canceled a membership on Peoplefinder that I never signed up for (see attached email "Your Membership Cancellation is Confirmed"). Unfortunately, the customer service agent did not understand the issue well, and the case was closed incorrectly, with no resolution in sight. Based on the charges and the attached emails (the only ones I received), it is clear that these charges were unauthorized, and I did not agree to any subscription. Please issue a refund immediately. Also, a suggestion for PayPal - improve the training for your employees. Thank you, S.

On March 30th, I bought a deep freezer online using my PayPal balance. I didn't receive a confirmation email from the seller, so I checked my PayPal account and found a tracking number indicating that the product was delivered a week ago. Despite being at home, I never received the package. After contacting the shipping company, I discovered the package was delivered to a different address in my city and was only one pound instead of the expected 70 pounds. The shipper provided a different tracking number to PayPal, but the issue remains unresolved. I urgently need the freezer I ordered, especially due to my disability and current food storage limitations. Unfortunately, PayPal has restricted my account, hindering my ability to address this matter. I am disappointed by the lack of support from PayPal and plan to escalate this situation further to ensure resolution.
