I bought a city tour/NASA tour from All Star Transportation. After booking, they informed me that they wouldn't pick me up at my hotel. Instead, I would need to go to a different location and look for a black van. This left me worried, so I asked to cancel within 48 hours. They said I could cancel through the vendor. Groupon hasn't been helpful, and I'm frustrated. Here's the message I received: "Thank you for your update. You can cancel. We only use upscale vehicles and provide doorstep pickup. To cancel, contact the company you booked through (Groupon). They are not our affiliated partner."

I am facing numerous challenges with a seller and PAYPAL related to a merchandise purchase. I encountered issues with transparency and honesty throughout the process involving Keidson and other companies. The face masks I ordered had promised immediate delivery but failed to inform they were manufactured in China. Given the current health situation, I felt misled and concerned for my family's safety in NYC. I expressed my refusal to accept the masks due to possible risks associated with the virus. Despite attempts to contact relevant parties, including the shipper mentioned by Mukul Saxena, communication was difficult and ineffective. I returned the package unopened to USPS after being misled about the delivery by DHL. Throughout this ordeal, I have been met with dishonesty and lack of transparency, which is unacceptable. I will not be paying for this order and am prepared to address any legal actions in Florida if necessary. My experience with a merchant connected to PAYPAL has been filled with deception and frustration. From the manufacturer to the shipper, there has been a lack of honesty regarding my recent purchase of face masks. The advertisement promised "IMMEDIATE DELIVERY," suggesting a local shipment, but failed to disclose that the masks were from China, a detail that would have deterred me from ordering due to concerns about product origin and the ongoing health crisis. With my family's safety in mind, I canceled my order upon learning the truth. Despite my efforts to communicate my refusal to accept the masks, a series of obstacles, such as erroneous tracking numbers and conflicting delivery information, made it challenging to return the package. The lack of transparency and integrity in this transaction is unacceptable. I will not be paying for these masks and will not tolerate being deceived. Please relay this message to Keidson. Thank you. I have noticed 12 charges from Psychologist World on my account, which I did not authorize. Could you please provide me with their contact information? I wish to contact them to request a refund for these unauthorized charges. Thank you, Carla Webb. I also want to address a payment issue involving Steven Hanvy. I sent him a $25.00 money request multiple times, as I was unsure if it was going through. Steven mentioned that he only received $25.00 around March 7th to 9th, [redacted]. He also indicated that $48.00 was pending in his account on March 17th, and he had some remaining balance today. I seek assistance in tracking my funds and reclaiming them. I purchased a dress on eBay from the seller jenichep0 on 2-11-20 and have not received it. I opened a dispute but have not received any update on it. Unfortunately, the item has been removed from the website, but I do have the item number [redacted]79. I find it frustrating to have to go through so many steps to get a refund. I've tried contacting eBay and PayPal but haven't made any progress. PayPal assured me that obtaining a refund shouldn't be an issue, but I'm struggling to get it resolved. I've been a long-time PayPal user and never encountered such difficulties before. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. It's disheartening that while scammers are able to receive payments, legitimate customers face challenges getting their money back. I am looking forward to hearing from someone at PayPal soon. I purchased an item on Facebook Marketplace, but I received a PayPal receipt for transaction #2UM032648P590431J indicating the item does not exist. The seller is fraudulent, offering new products at suspiciously low prices, such as a Honda generator valued at over $[redacted] for only 10% of the price. Fortunately, I was able to cancel the PayPal payment before the seller could access the funds, highlighting their scamming behavior. I urge PayPal to remove and ban this dishonest seller. I have been handling shipments with a company directly. Yesterday, I shipped an item through UPS and attempted to contact customer support, but due to Covid-19, I was unable to reach anyone. Although my account is fairly new, after providing the tracking number from the shipping label, the company gave positive feedback and released the funds promptly during previous transactions. This time, the funds are pending again, despite the consistent quality of my service. I am preparing to place another order with them and send more items, but the pending status is concerning. I aim to maintain a good relationship with this company. If necessary, I can provide further details or the company's approval to assist. We typically utilize PayPal for transactions.

I posted my iPhone for sale on Gumtree and received an inquiry from someone named Terri Kempf. Due to texting issues, I corresponded with them via email at [redacted] Terri claimed to reside in America, where their sick mother needed undivided attention. They insisted on purchasing the phone and said they would pay through PayPal. In order to proceed, I signed up for a new PayPal account as advised. Terri was supposed to send $[redacted] for the phone. I received an email notification from PayPal about the pending payment, requiring me to provide a tracking number after sending the item. 48 hours later, the situation took a turn when I was asked to return $[redacted] of the $[redacted] payment due to an error made towards Terri Kempf's account. This request was to be fulfilled through a money transfer service. Feeling wary, I contacted PayPal, who confirmed my suspicions of being scammed. Despite my efforts, the funds were already withdrawn, prompting PayPal to advise me to inform the scammer about the incident. Although the evidence of our communication was deleted, I still possess the initial texts and emails exchanged.

Hello, I have not used PayPal for a while and recently noticed some activity on my account through a few emails. In an attempt to investigate, I have been trying to access my account. However, I am unable to do so as the system is prompting me to reset my password before allowing me to log in. While trying to reset my password, I am given three options: 1) Receive a security code via email, 2) Receive a security code via mobile phone, or 3) Answer security questions. I can complete the first option without any issues, but I am unable to proceed with the next two options since I no longer use the phone number linked to my account and cannot recall the answers to the security questions. I have tried to contact PayPal regarding these issues, but it seems I can only troubleshoot once logged in, which is exactly what I am unable to do. I am reaching out to inquire about what steps I can take now. Is there a phone number I can call for assistance? On November 5th, an unauthorized transaction of $3,[redacted].42 was made using my credit card number via Paypal at 1:45am EST on November 6th, [redacted]. Even though I contacted Paypal in January, they confirmed the transaction and assured me a refund to the blocked card ending in [redacted], which is not mine. Unfortunately, as of January 10th, no refund has been processed. The charge displayed the vendor id ENRERE21 and the name Alejandra Obando, neither of which belong to me. I am requesting an email from Paypal confirming the refund for Bank of America's fraud claim. Bank of America requires this email, and we have also filed a police report due to this incident. The first 4 digits of the charged card are [redacted], and the last 4 are [redacted]. While the card is inactive, it can still receive the refund. Thank you.

I received a suspicious check from this individual that turned out to be stolen after I deposited it. When I tried to refund the money via Paypal and Venmo, I realized the check was fraudulent. The person who received the money, Tamara Johnson, is claiming her account was hacked, and I suspect she may be involved. I have gathered names, phone numbers, and emails that could assist in tracking down the perpetrator. I have taken steps like filing a police report and informing my banks, Paypal, and Venmo about the incident. I am seeking advice on how to recover the funds that were fraudulently taken from me, as I have suffered significant financial loss due to this fraudulent activity. I believe I received a fraudulent email that looked like it was from PayPal. I was unsure if I had an account with them, so I opened it. When I replied to the email, it bounced back as undeliverable. Dear Customer, We routinely monitor account activity and have detected violations in your recent actions. As a result, your account has been restricted from certain services. Activities you can do: Verify your account information, Send or receive money. Activities you cannot do: Withdraw money, Add or remove cards or bank accounts, Dispute transactions. Next steps: You have 24 hours to resolve this restriction via the Resolution Center. Failure to comply may lead to further limitations. Please verify now to restore full account access. I recently placed an order with Office Depot for store pick-up through their online system. However, after confirming my details on their website and selecting PayPal as my payment method, I received a notification from Office Depot that my order was ready for pick up at a store in Utah - which is a significant distance from my home in Pasadena, Texas. I am puzzled as to why the store location changed to Utah once I opted for PayPal. Office Depot has informed me that they are unable to process a refund and advised me to contact PayPal for reimbursement. The item, valued at $[redacted].74, is currently in Utah since the transaction on 2/20/[redacted], but I am requesting a refund for this mix-up. Thank you.

I have reached out to PayPal and Citi regarding a dispute over an eBay purchase. I now wish to withdraw the complaint. I have spoken with the seller MRMILLER21 on eBay ([redacted]) regarding the transaction on Feb 16, [redacted], for $16.79. I have reconciled the charge on my billing statement. The seller mentioned facing bias from eBay due to my complaint. Could Citi be continuing the dispute with PayPal based on my request? If so, could this be halted? The payment for the item has been made to the seller, who claims harassment from eBay. My account ends in [redacted] at [redacted] Any assistance would be appreciated.

On Saturday, March 21st, I sold an item on eBay. Following their instructions, I clicked on "Purchase and print a label" to obtain a UPS label for shipping. Unfortunately, the purchase didn't go through, and I was unable to print the label despite trying a second time with the same outcome. Both charges of $10.33 were debited from my credit card. After contacting my credit card company, they advised me to reach out to the merchant and provided me with eBay's phone number. I called eBay's number today, but there was no phone support available. I attempted the purchase again, but it failed once more. I've been chatting with eBay online all morning, but they can't assist because my PayPal payment isn't processing, even though my credit card shows charges. I intend to contact PayPal to understand why the purchase (attempted a fourth time recently) is still not going through. I need assistance as I have a customer waiting for their item.

I have not used my PayPal account for an extended period. On 3/21/[redacted], I made a purchase totaling $84.77 from Just Natural with invoice ID #[redacted] and receipt #0[redacted]-2[redacted]. While attempting to pay with a credit card, I was redirected to the PayPal screen as I did not remember my password. Despite several attempts, I managed to complete the payment using an old password associated with my PayPal account. I assure you that I did not intend to use my account in any improper way, and my credit history can confirm my reliability. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue. On the 13th, at 6:30 a.m., my child accidentally made a purchase on the phone resulting in charges of $[redacted].00 and $80.00 from my account. I've sent four emails to the company with no response, so I contacted PayPal and spoke to Felicia. She noted the issue at 9 a.m. when the charges were pending. Felicia advised me to wait up to 7 days. Today, at noon, another charge of $89.96 was deducted from my account mysteriously. I've ordered a new card, but urgent action is needed to resolve this. Please review the notes and my account. I'm unable to reach a live person for assistance and feeling very stressed about the situation. Can someone from the company please contact me at [redacted]?
