However, due to my account being frozen for alleged suspicious activity, I am unable to utilize this credit. Despite no actual suspicious behavior occurring, I have complied with the request to submit a photo of my ID. I kindly request prompt resolution of this matter, lifting the account restrictions promptly so that I may access the credit limit which was previously approved after the inquiry was conducted. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have initiated a refund claim with PayPal. The deadline to return the product to the seller is February 18, [redacted], but due to caregiving responsibilities in Northern Michigan, I cannot send it back until February 25, [redacted], when I will obtain the tracking information. The cost to return the product amounts to $23.50, while the refund I am expected to receive is only $25.96. I suspect the seller may be engaging in fraudulent behavior. They advertise a mini-lathe on Facebook, but when purchased, they ship a low-quality item and claim it was a misunderstanding on the buyer's part. It seems like a deliberate attempt to deceive customers. It is crucial for PayPal to vet their sellers more thoroughly to prevent such scams.

I am having trouble accessing my old account, which I used for selling on eBay through PayPal for many years. I now have a new internet connection and wish to resume selling on eBay and receive a check directly as I did not previously set up a checking account. Despite maintaining the same name, address, I have a new phone number and email address. I tried contacting PayPal directly with no luck. I want to retain my status with eBay and PayPal, but I need assistance with reactivating my old account. I am writing to report an issue with an item we purchased on 22/12/19. We have not received the item, and the seller has not been in communication with us. We recently received an email from PayPal stating that our claim (Case ID PP-D-[redacted]3) for non-delivery was denied due to tracking information showing delivery. However, every time we tried to track the item, it led to a blank page. We have attempted to contact the seller multiple times without any response. We are dissatisfied with this situation and are seeking a refund. Can you please investigate where the item was supposedly delivered as it was not to us? On December 9th, [redacted], I made a purchase from a seller named "THANKOMAN." I promptly reached out to update my address from [redacted] Shaler St, Allentown, PA to [redacted] Butler St, Easton, PA. Unfortunately, even after contacting the seller multiple times, the package was sent to the incorrect address on West Gordon St, Allentown, PA. I've been trying to resolve this with Paypal, providing documentation of the error, but haven't received a satisfactory response. I have shared my ID to confirm my actual address on Shaler St and am still seeking a refund as it seems like a scam with someone else receiving my package.

Today, I noticed two unauthorized transactions on my account for SMARTBOX GROUP UK and FUNKYPIGEON.COM. I have never visited these websites nor made any purchases there. After reporting the transactions, I was informed that I cannot receive a refund. I have already removed my card from the account and will no longer use PayPal due to this disappointing experience. I believed PayPal was a secure platform, but this incident has made me lose trust. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance from PayPal regarding these fraudulent transactions. I am requesting detailed information on the location, device, and time of these transactions as they were not made by me.

I can recall my Paypal email and password with certainty, and I possess the phone to which the security code should be sent. Despite numerous attempts to have the code resent, it never reached my phone. Now, the login page indicates that I have made too many login attempts. I am confident that both my login information and phone number are correct. I am looking for an alternative way to access my account without relying on a security code sent to my phone since I am unable to log in to disable this security feature. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

I recently reviewed my bank statement and discovered unauthorized transactions for two charges on February 14th. The first charge was labeled as Bill Payment #[redacted] from Paypal to *DealsworldU Ebay at [redacted] North First S, San Jose, CA, for $50.28 using my Mastercard account. The second charge was labeled as WITHDRAWAL BILL payment #[redacted] through Paypal to *Thomastiff Ebay T at [redacted] North First S, San Jose, CA. I have already reported these unauthorized transactions to my bank as they have caused my bank account balance to reach zero.

I contacted PayPal about access issues despite using the correct password. Unaware of having an account since a prior unpleasant experience five years ago, my recent eBay purchase inadvertently linked me to PayPal. Despite confirming the correct password, the agent insisted on outdated bank card information for verification. Frustrated by the unhelpful and dismissive response, I requested to escalate the call to a manager but was denied due to lack of past details. Consequently, I am unable to retrieve a £78 refund due to the inability to recall card information from over five years ago.

I have been locked out of my PayPal account for about 2-3 weeks now, and I have $50 just sitting in that account. I was told that I would be able to withdraw the money from an ATM on three separate occasions, and my card was declined every time. I'm livid, aggravated, and frustrated with the way this whole ordeal has happened. I have created a new PayPal account, and I expect my money to be refunded back to my account before things escalate.

I had a frustrating experience with Shaunda Williams on Facebook. I ordered 6 Valentine's baskets from her and paid upfront through a PayPal invoice. When the time came to pick them up at Walmart, she kept giving excuses about not being able to make it due to work and other obligations. She eventually didn't show up or respond to my messages, leaving me without the items I paid for. I tried contacting her numerous times to no avail. I just want a refund at this point.

I encountered an issue with accessing my PayPal account. I forgot my password and tried to use the email verification code successfully. However, when it asked for another verification code via text message, I realized the message was not coming through. After requesting a resend with no success, I discovered I incorrectly entered my phone number during registration by omitting the country code +[redacted] for Venezuela. This prevents me from receiving the text messages for verification. Before attempting to call PayPal, I am unsure how to proceed as making international calls from Venezuela is problematic. This situation is frustrating.

Dear Customer Care, My name is Imam Ahmed Fofanah, and I have submitted one of several refund requests to HP Instant Ink Ltd in the UK. When I attempted to report the additional cases, I received an email from PayPal regarding suspicious activities on my account. I have verified my information multiple times up to the point of providing my Visa card details, but I refrained from sharing my password as it would be against the law to ask for it. Currently, I am outside the UK and using all the UK telephone numbers registered to my account for verification purposes. Please utilize the numbers +44 [redacted] and +44 [redacted] to verify my account activity to ensure I can meet the 80-day limit to file all my cases and receive my refunds. I noticed a charge on my account from Zoomvideoco and I asked the agent Lee to wait before filing a dispute claim. I wanted to verify if it was from Zoom Communication Company as I have an account with them. After contacting the company, they confirmed they were not the source of the charge. The charge appeared on my account on October 3rd via PayPal credit, and I initially mistook it for my Zoom membership fee. I have received a response from Zoom Communications company regarding the dispute and I need to know where to send the documentation email for the dispute process. I have an old PayPal account from over 2 years ago that I have not been able to access since I opened it. I need to close it immediately. I cannot access the account as I cannot reset the password. I have tried the one-time password through email, but then it requires a one-time password to be sent to my old phone number which I can no longer access.
