I recently received a refund on PayPal from someone, and now I'm trying to send the money back. However, I realized that my debit card linked to PayPal shows a zero balance, and my PayPal account has no funds either. Despite seeing the refund from the recipient, I'm unable to complete the transaction. I reached out to Bank of America, my card issuer, but they were unable to assist me. The amount in question is $[redacted], and I'm unsure how to proceed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased flowers from FTD using PayPal last night. My sister just informed me that our mother will be out of town on Valentine's Day, the day I ordered the flowers for, so I needed to change the delivery date. FTD mentioned they couldn't adjust the date but assured me of a full refund. This is the first time I've encountered this situation with PayPal. I hope to have the funds returned promptly to order flowers from a different company for my mom. According to PayPal, if a refund is processed shortly after the purchase, as in my case (the charge is still pending in my bank account), it might be possible to receive the refund within 3-5 days instead of the standard 30 days. I wonder about my chances of an expedited refund.

Hello, I am having trouble logging in to Paypal. I have my email address, but I forgot my password. When I try to recover it, they send me a code by email. I enter the code on the password recovery page, but then it shows me a phone number that is not mine on the subsequent pages. The phone number no longer matches! I also can't remember the answers to my secret questions! Therefore, I am unable to reset my password.

I have been dealing with PayPal customer service for five weeks due to not receiving payment confirmation emails for PayPal Credit transactions and multiple eBay purchases through the Shopping Cart. I still get single eBay or PayPal purchase confirmations but not for these other types. The last PayPal Credit confirmation I got was for a laptop from Walmart on January 3, [redacted]. Since then, I haven't received any for PayPal Credit or multiple eBay Shopping Cart purchases. Representatives initially say emails were sent, then keep promising a quick resolution, which hasn't happened yet. I have resorted to printing transactions from PayPal's website, but there's no timestamp, just the date. With multiple daily purchases, especially from the same seller, the lack of timestamps is confusing. I used to receive confirmations for all PayPal Credit and Shopping Cart purchases on eBay, so I believe there might be technical issues.

My account got limited by PayPal and they asked for a copy of my ID to resolve it. Even though I provided it promptly, they haven't lifted the restrictions yet. They allowed a payment from a buyer, but now I can't access the money until they verify my ID upload. Customer service has been unreachable, and the whole situation seems suspicious. I just want my funds released so I can pay my bills. It's frustrating to see someone using the camera I sold to them while I can't access the money. PayPal's actions seem excessive for security purposes, and I just want them to sort this out quickly.

I bought a product from Discountpartsdepot with order number 18-04[redacted]6. The item was sent back to the sender due to a mistake with the PO Box number on the shipping label, which the vendor confirmed. Despite this, I have yet to receive a refund for this item. I received a notification from my bank regarding the following transaction: _________________________________________________ Debit card ending in [redacted] $1,[redacted].19 PAYPAL *EBAYMACCOMP EB-SAN JOSE, CA February 09, [redacted] __________________________________________________ I did not authorize this payment and have the following inquiries: 1. Who claimed this charge? What was the item sold on ebay by the alleged merchant? 2. Could you provide contact details for ebay security? 3. Who authorized this payment? 4. My bank mentioned that the transaction is still pending; please cancel it.

Hello, I am experiencing security number issues while traveling frequently and not having access to my UK phone number. Currently, it is linked to my mother's phone, which is not ideal as I prefer to have full control over my security measures. Is there a way to connect my security feature to an email address rather than a phone number? If not, I may have to explore other payment options aside from PayPal due to this inconvenience. Hello PayPal team, I am having trouble accessing multiple personal and business accounts I created in Greece and Belgium several years ago. I only used them once and have now forgotten the email addresses and passwords. The personal account in Greece is associated with a mobile number I no longer use. I am unable to log in or reset my details as I do not have access to the old number. I need assistance over the phone, but I cannot call the toll-free number as I do not have a landline and the mobile service plays a language I don't understand. I speak French but am in the Dutch part of Belgium and lack access to public phones. I hope you can assist me with this issue. Thank you.

I am experiencing an issue with connecting to PayPal when trying to make an online purchase. The PayPal icon keeps spinning without connecting, even after leaving it overnight. I have been a long-time PayPal user and prefer using it for online payments. I have attempted to seek help for this problem but have not had any success. I've noticed an unfamiliar charge on my PayPal account listed as an "automatic payment," which I didn't authorize. Despite PayPal's response that it wasn't unauthorized, the company referred me to handle disputes online. After sending an email, a ticket was opened. However, I can't access it without being a client or having login credentials. The company, Nocix.com, is described as an UNMANAGED service provider. The unauthorized transaction amount is $99 USD, and I'm concerned as I did not approve this payment.

I have an escalated resolution with Case ID PP-D-[redacted]7 stating I am owed $98.94. I returned the boots as instructed to the address on the package, but it appears it was incorrect. The boots are likely stuck in a warehouse as I have not received them back. I have proof of shipment from the post office. Despite my attempts, I have had no success with the seller in obtaining a return label or a correct address. Will I still receive my refund? Thank you.

I received an email from "ServicePaypal.com" at [redacted] informing me about a payment of [redacted] € for an item I listed on Le Bon coin. The email mentioned that the amount will be in my account once the buyer receives the package, but I don't see any pending payment in my PAYPAL account. I shared my email address with the buyer. Can you please advise me on what steps I should take? I have the buyer's address.

I purchased two pairs of boots from different companies, only to discover they were shipped from China. Both pairs took over 60 days to arrive and turned out to be cheap imitations of the advertised products. I am seeking full refunds for both pairs and am willing to return the inferior items to China at their expense due to false advertising. I have two ongoing cases in the Resolution Department awaiting a response from the sellers. I urge Paypal to expedite the refund process as I do not wish to be burdened with these items. I trust Paypal to act in the best interest of consumers and recommend avoiding these deceitful Chinese companies. I am now more cautious when making future purchases. Thank you.

Hello, I have been attempting to resolve this issue for years now. Despite numerous efforts, I still can't seem to get it fixed. My old Paypal account is linked to outdated contact information, an obsolete credit card number, and security questions I can't recall the answers to. Each time I reach out to Paypal for assistance, they request outdated or forgotten details. It's been incredibly frustrating! In short, I am looking to begin fresh and create a new account promptly. I recently encountered an issue on PayPal where another user had my confirmed phone number. It seems that this person had my old phone number and didn't update it on their account. Despite this, PayPal still let me confirm my current number. When I attempted to transfer $[redacted] between my bank accounts by sending money to my phone number (not realizing this wasn't feasible), the payment ended up going to the individual with the same phone number. PayPal states they are not at fault for allowing two users to have the same confirmed phone number.

A different PayPal user has my newly verified phone number. It seems this individual used to have my phone number and never removed it from their account. Even so, PayPal allowed me to confirm the same number. I attempted to transfer money between my bank accounts by sending a payment to my phone number (not realizing this was impossible), and accidentally sent a $[redacted] payment to the person who now has the same phone number as I do. I lost $[redacted], and PayPal refuses to accept any responsibility for permitting two individuals to verify the same phone number. I believe PayPal should reverse the payment and refund the $[redacted] to my account.

I recently received two emails regarding my orders #PP-D-[redacted]4, but the products I received were not as described. The Victoria's Secret lip gloss tubes were supposed to be new and sealed, but one tube in each bag was opened and unsealed. I contacted the seller for a refund, which was approved. Unfortunately, due to phone issues, I missed the deadline to return the items. After reaching out to eBay, they provided me with the seller's address and a return label, which I forwarded to my husband to print. Despite some confusion with PayPal, I was assured a full refund would be processed. I am unsure about the process and lack confidence in using technology, but I am willing to return the items if needed. Thank you for any assistance and understanding in resolving this matter.

I encountered an issue with a seller, and PayPal provided me with a closing date of February 3rd. Despite me promptly responding on February 1st and filling out the form they requested, they closed the claim on the 3rd. The dispute revolves around a Blackbox Mirror that did not contain the backup camera as advertised. My receipt clearly listed a smart mirror with a backup camera. PayPal closed the case, even though I had replied prior to the closing date, offering to settle for $18 and keep the mirror or receive the camera from the company. They mentioned it would take 30 days for a resolution. The claim number is PP-D-[redacted]2.
