I recently purchased wigs from Cici Wigs, but what I received was not what was displayed on their website. The wigs lacked the [redacted] lace, baby hairs, and preplucked features. I contacted them within the 14-day window, but they have not replied yet. I am disappointed and frustrated with their misleading advertising and lack of customer response. I always make sure to use PayPal for my purchases, which gives me some peace of mind in situations like this.

I have been facing issues accessing my account because I forgot my password and received a security code that did not work. Unfortunately, the text verification did not work because I have a new phone number. An agent suggested canceling my account and creating a new one, but that solution also did not work. My information for account recovery purposes is [redacted], PO Box [redacted], Marlin, Texas, [redacted], and [redacted] Kennedy St.

I attempted to resolve an issue with Paypal through a chat with an agent multiple times, enduring long waits. I provided the necessary information as instructed, but have not received any follow-up. When trying to reset my password as advised via email, I encountered a persistent issue of being redirected back to the reset page. Despite receiving text verifications and completing the Captcha, the problem persists. It appears many others are facing similar challenges. This message is a plea to Paypal to promptly rectify these system issues.

I purchased a Hooded Sweatshirt for my son on 12/02/[redacted] through PayPal *KIIDOMEN [redacted] CA, but despite paying $39.95, I never received the product. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. I trusted PayPal for protection, but it seems I have been scammed. As a single mother working hard for my money, I just want a refund of the $39.95. It was meant as a birthday gift for my son, who eagerly awaited it, only to be disappointed when it didn't arrive in time for his birthday in February. Your assistance in obtaining a refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - M.D.

On January 19, [redacted], I placed an order for 2 items with a company called "kaaibaby" on my home computer at 12:42 pm. I opted for express shipping to receive my order in 5-7 days, but as of February 4, I have not received the items. After checking with my credit card company, it was confirmed that the payment went through to kaaibaby. Despite multiple emails to the company and contacting the shipper with no success, I discovered the transaction was processed by "paypal tumbler" on 01/19/[redacted] for $60.53USD. Since the order was confirmed but not received, I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund for the undelivered items. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - A. Warhol

I received an email from PayPal regarding an Alert for an order of Revolution Spring LP in color for $29 AUD. The transaction number is 7RT853091Y[redacted]. The email asked me to report the problem, but when I tried, the form displayed Mexico as my country instead of Canada, where I am actually located. As I am currently in Mexico and not able to access my PayPal account without the phone that is on file, which you sent a code to, I am unable to resolve this issue independently. Can you please contact me at [redacted]? Thank you.

I contacted customer service before to close my account after creating a new PayPal account. I spent an hour on the phone and was told it was closed. Recently, I discovered money was deducted from my account on January 30th from the supposedly closed account. When I called customer service again to address this, I was informed there was no record of my request to close the account previously. Now I am stuck with double payments for the same subscription, one on my credit card and one on PayPal.

I purchased an item from OnBuy in early December. The delivery was significantly delayed, and after receiving unsatisfactory responses from the seller in China, I opened a dispute with Paypal. Even though the item eventually arrived, Paypal closed the case. I sent back the item almost a month ago, the seller has acknowledged receiving it, but I have yet to receive my refund after nearly a month. Their responses keep stating that the item was inspected and sent to the refunds department. It has now been two months since I made the purchase.

I am currently experiencing difficulties increasing my PayPal wallet limit. I need to pay my school fees, but I could only pay $[redacted] out of $[redacted]. Whenever I click on the PayPal link sent by the school, a message appears stating that I have exceeded my PayPal wallet limit and need to increase it. I have attempted to follow the provided procedure to increase my limit, but the issue persists. Urgent assistance is needed to rectify this problem so I can pay my fees and be able to take my exams. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have been locked out of my PayPal account for approximately 2-3 weeks now. There is $50 just sitting in that account. I was informed that I could withdraw the money from an ATM on three separate occasions, but my card was declined each time. I am upset, frustrated, and aggravated by how this situation has unfolded. I have created a new PayPal account, and I demand my money to be refunded to my account promptly before this escalates.

On November 26, [redacted], my VISA credit card from UVA Community Credit Union was misused during an online purchase of a Rebecca Minkoff backpack. The suspicious item received, unlike the designer purse ordered, had a strong plastic smell and came from a Boston address. I promptly disputed the charge, leading to a provisional refund on December 20, [redacted]. Despite disposing of the plastic purse due to its odor, I received a letter about the contested matter. Unsure if it's PayPal or the merchant challenging the fraud claim, the issue seems to revolve around not returning the incorrect item. The fight is not about receiving the item but the misrepresentation on the website, leaving me scammed without a merchant address. Any insight on whether PayPal is disputing and advice on my options after discarding the plastic item would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any assistance. Regards, Ruth M. B.

I am posting this anonymously for security and privacy reasons. I have screenshots supporting the following claims. There is a user on PayPal registered with the email [redacted] This individual is allegedly selling illegal voyeurism and child pornography that they have created. Their transaction history may show payments marked as 'friends and family,' as per their instruction. I decided not to proceed with any payments upon learning about the nature of the content. I am willing to provide concrete evidence of these allegations. I am reaching out because this behavior is inappropriate and unlawful. It is essential to stop this individual from profiting from such materials and report them to the authorities promptly.

I hired a man to work on my house and paid him through PayPal. Due to losing my debit card, I linked my bank account to PayPal and paid via E-check without knowing there was a 5 to 7 day hold. To get him his funds immediately, I gave him a personal check. Now, I need to cancel those payments and am struggling to do so. Despite having cleared funds in my bank, PayPal is unable to assist. The man is upset, and I cannot reach him. If both payments go through, I will face financial difficulties. I have contacted my bank and PayPal multiple times without success. I've been unable to escalate the issue with PayPal. I urgently need to stop these payments to avoid double payment. It's essential to cancel the transactions, and I'm frustrated with PayPal's lack of help. I need assistance to ensure the man does not withdraw the funds. The incident took place on February 1. Thank you for any help.

I attempted to pay for a service using PayPal, but it's only accepting credit card details which I don't have. I then linked my bank account to my PayPal, and now I'm waiting for the confirmation payments. I've already deposited some money into my PayPal using the same bank account. The issue is I can't use it for payment until my bank account is confirmed, and I need it today. Is there any way to manually confirm my bank account on my PayPal account? (Email matches my PayPal account).

I recently discovered unauthorized activity on my PayPal account, which PayPal promptly informed my credit card company about, leading to restrictions on both accounts. PayPal is now asking me to verify my account by providing a specific number from my credit card information. Unfortunately, I can't access either account to provide the necessary details, putting me in a difficult situation. Without the required information, PayPal is now threatening to permanently close my account.

My fiancé purchased a pair of boots from ENHNSES, but received the wrong ones. Despite paying for fast delivery in December [redacted], the boots arrived on February 1st or January 31st (7 days ago). I've been searching online for the past 5 days trying to find a return address from this company, which redirects you to another website without the necessary information. Their phone number is also not functional. After some investigation, I found an alternate company name in the UK associated with this business. I've come across several complaints mentioning bogus phone numbers, no return addresses, or even no items sent at all. Today marks the 7th day, the supposed deadline for returns, but they don't allow returns to the manufacturer whose address is in China. Since my fiancé paid through PayPal and works all day, I am concerned he may not be eligible for a refund. I urgently need a resolution for this situation.

I am Mary Goodman. I am unsure which email address is linked to my PayPal account: [redacted] or [redacted] Recently, I received two voicemails within the last week and a half. They were both from an unknown caller with the number [redacted]. The first message stated that $[redacted].00 would be charged to my PayPal account for Computer Protection Service if I did not call immediately. The second message mentioned a charge of $[redacted].00 for the same service. I have attempted to contact PayPal by phone but have been unsuccessful.

Recently, I got a call from someone claiming to be from Dell. They insisted I pay $[redacted].00 for unsolicited "services." Despite the printed payment receipt, Dell confirmed they don't request payments over the phone and were unfamiliar with the caller. I've never used Pay Pal and seek a refund for this unauthorized charge.

Regarding the email about my claim, it seems you may not have fully understood my issue. I wasn't disputing the delivery to my address but rather that the item received did not match the seller's listing. The concern is receiving a different item than what was ordered. I've faced rejections on previous claims, impacting my purchases and refunds. It's crucial for buyer protection that sellers provide PayPal with photos of the item and tracking information during shipping. I've encountered difficulties receiving items in the past few months and faced challenges with sellers. I hope you can assist in resolving my outstanding matters. Best regards, Norman F. When I accessed Reimage, I didn't realize the details of their payment options. I was dissatisfied with the service, having to speak to multiple representatives before finding a solution. Consequently, I decided to cancel the program and seek help elsewhere, without knowing I would continue to be charged for work that did not meet my standards. Therefore, I do not believe I should be invoiced for this. I was unaware of any association with PayPal until I received your notification. Since the work was never completed, I did not receive any service or resolution from them. Thank you, A.
