My father transferred money from his PayPal account to mine on January 1st, but the funds are still on hold. Usually, transactions process within a few days, so I am surprised it has been over a week without receiving the money. As we have used PayPal without issues in the past, this delay is frustrating. Additionally, my father noticed an unexpected $8 fee on the transfer of $[redacted]. Could you clarify why this fee is appearing when we have previously transferred money for free between PayPal accounts? I urgently need access to these funds and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you.

I recently joined The Sunrise Project in Australia and was tasked with setting up a PayPal account. However, it seems that a setup may have started already or even completed. I am unsure of its status, so I am reaching out for clarification. Our ABN is 65 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], and the associated email is [redacted], which I have access to, along with my personal email address [redacted] While browsing our drive, I found a 'Paypal' folder containing various relevant documents. If a previous attempt to set up an account failed, I would appreciate understanding the reason to ensure success this time. Could you kindly confirm if an account already exists or provide guidance on how to proceed?

I need assistance with a claim on my account under the email [redacted] I received a notification regarding case ID PP-d-[redacted]9 stating that I agreed to issue a full refund with item return, which I did not. I have not communicated with anyone regarding this matter, and the decision appeared on my account without my consent. This seems to be a fraudulent attempt by the buyer to scam me, claiming to receive different merchandise. I request the hold on my funds to be lifted, and the money to be refunded. I have an email from the beginning of this case stating that the decision was in my favor. If necessary, I can provide this email for review.

I placed an order for 4 pairs of earrings from Dog Pawty on 25/11/9. I contacted them immediately to cancel, but they said it wasn't possible. On 20/11, I received an email saying my order was lost and I could choose something else, but I only wanted a refund. Another email mentioned my order would arrive 30-40 days after the initial order date. I haven't received the order and no longer want it. I've asked for a refund because the company breached the contract multiple times. I had planned to give these as Christmas gifts but had to buy replacements since the items never arrived. I'm out $36.86 and the company has held my money since November. I emailed them yesterday demanding a refund and am hoping for resolution. I have copies of all emails if needed. Thank you, Sharon K.

I mistakenly sent a $50.00 payment to an incorrectly spelled email address. After canceling it and receiving a refund, my PayPal activity shows a +$50.00 in green. However, when trying to resend the payment to the correct email, it won't process. I contacted the PayPal card where I loaded the funds, and it indicates my account as -$4.95. The payee is experiencing issues due to not receiving the $50.00. Even though my PayPal account reflects the refund, my PayPal MasterCard, ending in [redacted], does not show the refund. It seems like PayPal still needs to issue the refund to my PayPal MasterCard. Any assistance with this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I need help addressing a recurring billing issue with my Google Play Music subscription. Despite updating my payment methods on PayPal to my Wells Fargo account a month ago, the subscription continues to charge an account that is not linked to PayPal, causing overdraft fees. I did not authorize this payment method and want to ensure the charges are directed to my preferred account, the Wells Fargo account. Any assistance to stop the current charge from going to the unauthorized bank account and redirect it to my designated Wells Fargo account would be greatly appreciated.

Good Evening, I am having trouble accessing my PayPal account. It does not recognize my password, which I have written down, or my answers to the security questions. I attempted to use my account in Thailand to buy a boat part, but the account was originally created years ago in NZ, and my phone number and credit card details are out of date. I cannot update them since I can't log in. I tried calling the local Thai PayPal number, but after a long wait, they provided me with a non-existent phone number for NZ. I am unable to speak to anyone as I cannot log in. Unfortunately, contacting PayPal by phone seems impossible. I am stuck and cannot start a new account or delete my old one. PayPal has essentially locked me out.

Hello, I have made a payment for a service in a game with the following details: - Order number: ASD[redacted][redacted] - Date of order: [redacted]-1-7 18:23:20 - Game: Lineage 2 NA (Naia) - Amount: $16.58 USD I have been experiencing delays as I was asked to wait 12 hours each day to complete the order. After waiting for 7 days, I informed the seller that they had 8 hours to complete the order or refund my money. Despite the deadline passing, no action was taken, and I was asked to wait for another 12 hours. Feeling frustrated, I decided to open a ticket on PayPal for "Item Not Received" with the Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]1 as I didn't receive a resolution from the seller. I am seeking advice on how to proceed to receive a prompt refund as I prefer not to wait much longer for the service. I used PayPal for the payment for its speed, and now I am looking to get my money back efficiently. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I mistakenly sent a payment to an inactive email address linked to the seller's eBay account. The seller explained that the email address is no longer valid and not associated with their PayPal account. They suggested using the "Pay Now" button in eBay transaction via eBay Checkout to avoid such issues. PayPal requires email addresses to be active and verified before they can be added to an account for security reasons. The seller can't add a nonexistent email address due to these verification rules. They advised me to request a refund from PayPal since the payment was sent to an account that doesn't exist.

I am having an issue with PayPal as they are requesting me to return items that are completely different from what I originally ordered. The package was shipped from a New Jersey PO Box, but PayPal wants me to return it to China, which would cost more than the $49.89 I paid for shipping. Despite my efforts to provide documentation of the order mix-up, PayPal has not been cooperative or receptive to my concerns. I have always trusted PayPal for buyer protection, but their handling of this situation has left me feeling unprotected. It's frustrating that they are not abiding by their own policies. If anyone were to see what I ordered compared to what I received, they would acknowledge this as a scam. As a long-time PayPal user facing my first dispute, I am disheartened by this experience. Can anyone suggest another avenue for resolving this matter and making PayPal understand the discrepancy in the items sent to me?

I have made multiple requests for a refund on my transaction with SuperBoost WIFI. I placed the order on December 2, [redacted], which was paid for through Paypal and charged on December 5, [redacted]. Despite sending four cancellation requests, I have not received any response from Paypal. I did receive two emails from [redacted] stating they have no record of the order, yet I was charged. I am now considering taking legal action due to the lack of resolution. Please refund the money promptly as I had to purchase an alternative product after 6 weeks of no communication. This experience has been unprofessional on the part of Paypal. The transaction references are as follows: 1. Transaction ID 9JS97740D[redacted]X, 2. Transaction ID 6EH953846L[redacted].

Hello, I am Amer Maalouf. In [redacted], I lived and studied in Spain where I opened a PayPal account using a phone number I no longer have. I now reside in Portugal and have forgotten both my PayPal password and security question answers. While my email remains [redacted], I am unable to complete the verification process as I no longer have access to my previous phone number or security question answer. My current number in Portugal is +[redacted]68. I kindly request your assistance in reactivating my account or, if that's not feasible, canceling my old account so I can create a new one with the updated information. Thank you for your support. Sincerely, Amer Maalouf.

I recently spoke with Ann about fraudulent charges on my account, she assured me she would refund the money and provide an update. However, I have yet to receive any information regarding this issue. The charges in question are related to my credit cards ending in [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] dating back to October [redacted], appearing as Paypal uspostalserv charges. Given that I am not a merchant and do not create labels, I believe these fees are unjustified. I have made numerous online purchases and should only be charged for shipping, not for label creation. I urgently need PayPal to address and resolve these charges, as I have already received a partial refund but see multiple discrepancies dating back to October [redacted]. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I have experienced several issues regarding the release of my funds. The original sale date to my two buyers was November 30th. Despite changing my email and speaking with 6 different representatives, my funds have not been released. I was promised that the funds would be released immediately or within 24 hours, but this has not happened. My buyers have confirmed that they received their items over a week ago. I have provided 29 pages of chat transcripts, shipping tracking, and transaction information. I have followed all instructions, verified all details, and communicated constantly, yet my funds remain on hold. I am extremely upset and feel led on. I kindly request that my funds be released without further delay.

I've encountered an issue with my PayPal account. Recently, my account was limited due to what they perceived as inconsistent activity with their User Agreement. As a result, they restricted my ability to send or receive money, while still allowing me to view my account information. However, any funds in my balance will be held for [redacted] days before I can access them. I want to clarify a few things: I am of legal age, my account is verified, and both my bank and credit card are linked to my account. I conduct transactions ranging from $0 to almost $[redacted] daily through PayPal. My main source of income is through a website called "selly," where I sell various products. Over the past month, I have earned close to $[redacted]. I recently transferred $[redacted] to my Mom, leaving me with $[redacted] in my PayPal account. Is there a way to resolve this limitation? I am willing to provide proof of my identity and showcase the products I sell. Despite a few chargebacks, I have managed them by reaching agreements with customers, allowing them to keep the purchased items and close the disputes amicably.

My grandparents, aged 70 and 71, purchased clothes for £[redacted] that turned out to be of poor quality and not as described. Despite following the website's refund process, we have not received any response. This is causing distress, especially since my grandmother is battling cancer. PayPal has not provided guidance on this matter, adding to our frustration. We have tracked the parcels and it has been weeks with no resolution in sight. I am requesting a refund to my grandmother's account to alleviate her stress. The situation is unfair and exploitative towards a vulnerable elderly couple. Any assistance in securing the refund would be greatly appreciated.

I submitted a return request on December 14th for a faulty item purchased on eBay. I engaged in live chat with an agent who escalated the case to prompt the seller's response and prevent automatic closure. Today, I received an email stating the case was refused due to lack of valid return proof or tracking. The return was halted while awaiting seller feedback, which I can confirm through my chat messages. I was advised by the agent to hold off on the return until the seller replied, and the return was on hold pending their response. It's confusing why the return was automatically canceled when I followed instructions and was waiting for seller confirmation to proceed. If I had approval to return the item, I would have done so promptly.

On December 14, [redacted], I reached out to NORTON Security regarding an issue with my internet security. After speaking to a representative who claimed to be from NORTON and promised to fix the problem for $[redacted].90, I made the payment via credit card through Police Bank. Unfortunately, the problem remained unresolved. Upon contacting NORTON again, I learned that the service I received should have been free, and they were able to fix the issue. The receipt I received was from a company named GPS Services, not affiliated with NORTON. The contact information provided turned out to be false when I tried to reach out for further assistance. Police Bank informed me they couldn't assist and suggested I contact PayPal for a refund before considering legal options. I am now seeking clarity on whether PayPal can reimburse the $[redacted].90 paid.
