On December 23, [redacted], three days before the deadline, I reached out to you about the issue with the seller. I was assured by your team to leave it in your hands as the mediators, explaining that I would be out of the loop until the case is resolved. Now, I have been informed that my case cannot be located. Despite being a small individual consumer, it is disheartening to experience such inefficiency from your side. Thank you, S. Hello, I have a case with PayPal: PP-D-[redacted]0. PayPal did not contact or check in with the US Post Office in Greensboro or Pelham, North Carolina. The tracking number provided is incorrect, as the package was sent to the wrong address and was not the correct weight for the item, a summit climb tree stand which should weigh between 35-50 lbs. The tracking information indicates that it was sent as a first-class letter, which is misleading. This situation seems suspicious and I suspect it may be a fraudulent operation originating from China. I urge for immediate action to resolve this matter. Please reach out to the following contact for further details: U.S. Post Office Attn: Chris Johnson Pelham, NC [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Regina Moore Greensboro C&IC

I recently made a purchase from EZ*smart on pukiso.com for a pair of shoes in my size, but upon receiving them, they turned out to be too small. I have been trying to exchange them for a different size but have faced difficulties communicating with the customer service team. Despite providing my order number multiple times in my emails, they claim they have not received it and are now refusing to process my exchange. I am frustrated with the lack of understanding and assistance I have received and now simply want a refund without having to pay for return shipping. Their return policy seems to favor them, and I feel like I am not being heard or helped effectively. I hope to resolve this issue promptly as the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.

I continue to receive the account alert on the PayPal homepage, but upon clicking the link, I am notified that all necessary documents have been submitted. Despite this, the alert reappears each time I visit the PayPal homepage. It seems there may be restrictions on some PayPal functions or services due to the need for business documents. This assumption is supported by a recent declined payment using my PayPal debit card, where a representative explained that business verification documents were required. To clarify, could you confirm if business documents are still needed, and if so, specify which particular documents are required? Alternatively, if no further documentation is necessary, please ensure all PayPal functions, including the ability to use my PayPal debit card for purchases, are fully restored.

I bought the IMTV projector from shopeeline.com, thinking it was a great handheld cinema device. Only later did I discover that they stole the product photos from xgimi mogo pro 1080p portable projector on Indiegogo. When I raised a missing shipment dispute with PayPal on Dec 12, it was denied on Jan 2. After finding complaints on Facebook, I realized the "projector" was just a plastic magnifying square. Despite my efforts to contact PayPal, all I received was an automated email redirecting me to their help page. No one has responded to me yet. This scam using images from Indiegogo needs to be addressed, and I simply want a refund. Other victims have shared their experiences on Facebook, and Trustpilot.com has more stories of deceit related to this site.

I manage two separate business accounts on PayPal. The primary one is for the business, while the second account was set up when a client attempted a €[redacted] refund scam. To protect myself during the investigation, I opened the second account. Today, I received a notification from PayPal stating that my account has been permanently limited without specific details. The message mentioned that any funds in the account will be held for [redacted] days. As a digital goods business owner, I am unsure how to proceed without further explanation.

I recently submitted my identity proof (passport) to PayPal for verification, but they also requested proof of address. After following the link provided, I encountered a system issue where I was only able to resubmit my identity proof, and the address proof was automatically marked as accepted again. The help and support center does not address my specific concern about how to submit my address proof in this situation. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a customer service representative by phone from South Africa.

I have been on hold for a full hour today, which is a disgrace. I wasn't able to reach anyone over the phone, so I am reaching out via email. I purchased a neck massage healthcare pillow with order number #[redacted] and tracking number LB[redacted]82BE. However, the item has not arrived, and the company iwantzone.com is not responding to my emails. When I try to track the parcel, it says it's non-existent. I have seen terrible reviews mentioning that items never arrive. I believe I am still within the refund timeline of two weeks since I paid with my Visa debit card on Xmas Eve. Today is the deadline, so I urgently need this order to be canceled. The transaction receipt on my bank account is under reference number p2312gb2097c1.[redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you, Lorraine.

I am disappointed as I have still not received a refund from Noblesville Golf Club for $49.95. After speaking with their customer service, they advised reaching out to request removing a hold placed by Paypal preventing the refund. I want to ensure the hold is lifted so they can process the refund promptly. Kindly assist in resolving this matter so I can inform Noblesville to proceed with refunding my money.

I am looking to transfer my available balance into my bank account. The only recovery method is my credit card linked to my account, but the card has been replaced. I am unable to complete the Verification challenge using the card. I have tried to find a contact number to discuss my bank account details and use that for verification. I believe the account might be with Rio Grande Credit Union with the following account number: [redacted][redacted]. If not, it could be with Kirtland Federal Credit Union with the account number: [redacted]. Please contact me at [redacted] (home cell) or [redacted] (cell) if you can assist with verifying my account using this information. Thank you. Regards, J. H. A disabled, retired Air Force Veteran

My fiancé and I purchased an item from Reborn Dolls a few days after Thanksgiving as a Christmas present for my mom who suffers from dementia. However, the doll didn't arrive until January 2nd. When it finally came, it was not the doll we selected. We ordered a full-body gel-filled doll, but received a plastic one that was not realistic as promised. When my fiancé contacted PayPal, they claimed there was nothing they could do. We paid $[redacted] for an item we didn't order and are very unhappy. I am Jackie H., and I urgently need the corporate office number to resolve this issue. How could PayPal abandon their customers like this? My 92-year-old mom with dementia deserved better for Christmas.

On January 2, [redacted], I purchased a TV Buddy from Strong Current Enterprises for £58.90 through my PayPal account. I later received an offer to order another one for £29.99 with free shipping along with my original order. I accepted the offer and made the payment via PayPal. On February 7, I reached out to S.C.E. to inquire about my order and tracking information. They indicated that the items were still awaiting dispatch. Feeling concerned that this might be a scam, I contacted the PayPal Resolution Center for assistance in seeking a refund. Despite submitting forms, I could not find any record of them. I am seeking guidance on how to proceed correctly. Thank you. -P.G.

Recently, our nonprofit organization, Wahicats.org, has been receiving unexpected small donations from unknown donors in our PayPal account. Despite attempts to contact these donors like Daniel Gomez, Krisy Jackson, and George Kalcevic, they deny authorizing these oddly specific amounts. This has been a recurring issue over the past two months, and I am unsure how to address and prevent these unauthorized transactions.

I visited the Izod website today and chose to pay using PayPal. However, when I logged into PayPal, I was prompted to re-enter my credit card information, which worried me as I believed PayPal already had my details on file. I hesitated to input my information again. Could someone from PayPal please contact me at home at [redacted] to clarify if the screen was legitimate and address any concerns about the safety of my existing information? I also would appreciate guidance on where to update my PayPal password securely. Thank you.

I contacted customer service twice on Saturday night, and the representative attempted to assist with my payment issue, but it seems it wasn't fully resolved. My husband, who isn't tech-savvy, attempted to create an account and send money, but encountered difficulties. I then tried to re-add our card to my account, but it kept showing a message stating the card belonged to another account, despite the representative saying it wasn't associated with any other account. Now, whenever I try to send money, it prompts me to add the card again. I urgently need to send money, and this issue is causing delays.

I recently noticed a charge on my account that was made to Avast via PayPal without my authorization. While I initially believed the $86.09 charge was for a two-year contract, I did not agree to yearly charges without my consent. This situation with Avast and PayPal is unjust. I am now considering closing my PayPal account entirely. I initially trusted PayPal as a secure payment method, but my experience has made me reconsider. - J.R.

I made a purchase on gopodspro.com on December 19th. Their shipping policy states international orders should arrive within 14-21 days. I have a tracking number, but the tracking status shows my product is still in transit with no updates. After contacting the seller, Clindo, they confirmed shipping my order but are unaware of its location. This situation is disappointing. I am requesting either delivery within 7 days or a refund.

I had a customer purchase four items from me in November. After receiving the items, he contacted me to return two of them. I responded and provided him with the return address, stating that I would refund him once the items were received. Despite my follow-up requests for the tracking number of the returned items, I have not heard back from him, and he has not returned the items. In December, he opened a case with PayPal, to which I reiterated that I would issue the refund upon receiving the items back. However, he provided PayPal with the tracking number of the original parcel, which was delivered and signed for by him in November. PayPal is now requesting to refund him £40, which is the total amount of the four items, even though only two of them were returned. I have tried uploading photos to the resolution center without success. If you can assist me in resolving this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I have been receiving magazines I did not subscribe to like Essence, Oprah, and Parent for over a year without knowing why. This month, I discovered charges on PayPal for these magazines. Strangely, the same situation is happening to my daughter, and she only wants to keep receiving Boys Life for our grandson, even though she did not subscribe to it. My daughter, Nichole Moton, is facing the same problem with double copies of magazines each month. Her email is [redacted] My email is [redacted]
