I purchased a coffee maker from 3sale.net but have not received it. The payment went through PayPal to flash sale LLC. It appears that the item was delivered by UPS on December 16, [redacted], according to the tracking number, but it was not received. UPS states that the delivery address was different from the one provided in the order. After contacting UPS at the request of PayPal, they mentioned that the shipper was vineyard vines, but did not provide further details.

However, the funds are currently in a 'pending' status due to being sent by a trans check, possibly from Chase Bank. This delay is causing financial distress as I urgently need access to the funds. Hello PayPal Support, I have completed all the necessary steps to set up my personal account. I have provided proof of my national identification and linked my bank card. According to PayPal's policy, my account should now be 'PayPal Verified' without any limitations. I kindly request for my personal account restrictions to be lifted and for the account to be verified. Thank you.

Regarding PayPal case PP-D-[redacted]1, This is to inform you that Purolator provided a tracking number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] for the Keurig item returned from Canada to the States. The tracking number corresponds to the item delivery tracking number [redacted]01. I did not receive the item directly as there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt. Subsequently, the item was returned to the States via Mississauga. There is an email exchange with Mr. Austin Allen from Purolator confirming the return of the item to the States from Penguin Pickup. He mentioned that upon entry to the States, the item would be handed over to UPS by Purolator. Please provide an email address if you require this correspondence forwarded. I received multiple emails from PayPal on December 19, [redacted], regarding my case. One of the emails on December 19 denied my claim, while another requested further information from StoneyFord. I made an error when inputting my bank information on PayPal for a money transfer. Instead of using my bank account, I mistakenly used my card number. PayPal indicated that the money was transferred on Dec.13,[redacted], and advised me to check for the funds on Dec.17,[redacted]. However, when I went to withdraw the money, it wasn't available. The teller recommended I contact PayPal's customer service. Is it feasible to rectify my bank details post-transfer, considering PayPal has confirmed the transaction?

I have opened a dispute for a refund due to an item not as described. I followed the instructions to return the item and was informed by PayPal that they would issue the refund once I provided the tracking information before the deadline. However, I am encountering conflicting reasons from PayPal as to why I am being denied the refund. Initially, they said they did not receive the tracking number, despite me sending it within the timeframe and providing additional copies. Now, they are claiming that the item is not different from the description, even though they had previously acknowledged the discrepancy. This situation is concerning as the company is misleading customers by advertising items that do not match the description. I have submitted all the necessary evidence to support my case to PayPal.

I've been struggling to access my account all week. I reached out to customer service, and they promised to send me a code, but I can't find the page to enter it. Even when I try on a different page, the code doesn't work, and the security questions don't seem to be accepted. I know I'm providing the correct answers as I set them up myself. I urgently need to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank, so this is really important to me.

I raised a complaint regarding a purchase made through Paypal where I didn't receive the correct item. Instead of the swing I ordered, I received a hammock. I have pictures to show the difference in products. The seller mistakenly sent the wrong item, and despite their shipping evidence, my claim was denied. I recently received counterfeit Armani watches from China. I made the payment through PayPal. Unfortunately, the package was seized by Trading Standards UK and upon contacting them, I received a letter confirming the watches were indeed fake. I filed a dispute with PayPal, but they requested I send the watches back. Due to legal restrictions on sending counterfeit items across borders, I am unable to do so. The watches are currently in the custody of the government. PayPal has since closed the dispute in favor of the seller.

Hello, my name is Garabet Masrian. I have encountered an issue with an order I placed for sunglasses from Celisse Kristen Saxton. This morning I received an email indicating that I was charged twice by PayPal for a single order. I am aware of one payment being legitimate, but the duplicate transaction needs to be removed. I've had three recent transactions with a dating site called Eastern Honeys. I believe the site is a scam. The messages I receive from the ladies seem automated and repeated, and there are many other misleading aspects. I don't think they have real clients to meet. It seems they use model photos, automated profiles, and responses. I'd like to request a refund because they are not providing the services as advertised.

I am experiencing issues with two account limitations. I have provided my water bill and driver's license, as well as changed my password. The system shows that my password change is successful and the review is pending for my driver's license. However, I am unsure if the password change and the driver's license review count as two separate limitations, or if the password change is one of the limitations along with the driver's license review. Additionally, it seems like my submission of the water bill has not been acknowledged. I am uncertain about the status of my account and whether the system is working on resolving two limitations or just one.

Regarding Case ID: PP-D-[redacted]5, I've successfully cancelled the chargeback using my Discover card. I've paid the seller directly via Cash App and can provide documentation upon request. This way, I've settled the claim by paying the seller directly and will have the payment deducted from my Discover card balance. Therefore, the funds taken from the seller's Paypal balance should be transferred to my balance accordingly.

My bank card was hacked in Belgium, and the hacker deposited three amounts of €[redacted].65 each into their PayPal account in Singapore on November 26 at 19:48, and another deposit of €[redacted].65 at 19:54 on the same day. I am seeking assistance in locating these deposits and identifying the individuals involved so that I can report this to the police for further action to recover my money. Thank you for your help.

On December 22nd, [redacted], I registered for a GFYCAT subscription on their website. I made a payment of $36.00 through PayPal. Shortly after signing up, I realized the service was not what I had anticipated. Despite the website stating refunds were available upon request, I couldn't find a cancellation option on their site. I reached out to the company via email to request a refund and received an acknowledgment email saying they would follow up. However, I have not received any further communication from them. Can I pursue a refund through PayPal for my membership payment?

I need assistance to cancel two transactions: Transaction ID: O-4CD77607BP[redacted] and Transaction ID: O-81B04870F[redacted]5. These were test payments made to a UPS agent and were not meant for actual delivery. Due to technical failures, they did not process as expected. I can't find a pending section or cancel option on Paypal to remove them. Additionally, I notice a negative amount alongside a positive one, totaling four entries. I fell victim to a scam on Facebook where I ordered a Stainless Steel over the sink dish drying rack from Acelote for $15.99 plus $12.00 shipping. Instead of the advertised product, I received low-quality plastic bins that can be found in dollar stores. The payments were made through PayPal, implicating them in this deceitful scheme.
