My PayPal account was restricted and my funds frozen right after I loaded money because they claimed my card was reported stolen. However, the card I used has not been reported stolen; it just shares the same last 4 digits as another card from a different bank. Despite providing my photo ID, bank card statement, and additional documents, PayPal is not accepting any of the legal documents I uploaded. Additionally, when I call customer service, I keep getting placed on hold for 15 minutes only to be disconnected.

I am looking to dispute a purchase made on eBay as a guest user. The Transaction ID is 58B32713GG493750H, and the total amount paid was $[redacted].49. The seller provided an item that was significantly different from the description. My attempt to open a case with eBay was unsuccessful as I mistakenly didn't indicate the correct reason for dispute, resulting in the denial of my case by the seller. I have reached out to the seller to arrange a return, but they have declined. My goal is to return the item and receive a full refund.

I had an issue with JCPenney where they misunderstood my complaint about an item not matching its description instead of being undelivered. This confusion occurred during a call with their automated system. The discrepancy was related to sales taxes. To monitor my deliveries and expenses, I use an app named tryarrive.com. According to the app, the package cost is $0, indicating a problem that needs to be addressed in my dispute with JCPenney.

I need to cancel the payment made to Fanatics.com for $25.99. The product was shipped on December 2nd with a delivery date scheduled for December 11th, but it has not arrived yet. When attempting to track the order on their website, I receive a message stating that my product number and order number are not found. I also tried using the shipping number, which was also not located in their system. My attempts to contact a live representative have been unsuccessful as I am stuck in a loop and repeatedly directed to their 24-hour support line, which I cannot reach. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide in resolving this issue.

I transferred funds from my PayPal account to my bank account. I'm unsure if this transfer is instant or if I need to wait for a few banking days. The problem arose because I accidentally used my debit card number instead of my bank account number. Despite the transfer being successful, the money has not shown up in my bank account yet. Can you confirm if there will be an issue with this transaction? I would appreciate a prompt response.

Hello, my PayPal account was restricted for [redacted] days, and now that the hold period is over, I've been informed that my funds are available for withdrawal. The issue is that I'm from Africa and need to connect a U.S. bank account, which I don't have. I'm a mother of two, and one of my children is very ill. A few years back, I created a PayPal account for freelance work, which I never ended up using as I continued with a stable job in a non-government organization in the Philippines. I need assistance with logging into my account as I lost access to my Google Authenticator app due to losing my phone. Currently, I am unable to proceed past the "type the 6-digit code" screen. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in seeking help from the community and solution center. Contacting customer service is also not an option as I am located in Europe and cannot afford international calls. Additionally, I am unable to email for support since logging in is required. I had a PayPal account a few years ago. Now, when I try to log in with a new password, the app asks if I want to receive an SMS to my old number. Since I can't change it without logging in, that's not an option. The other choice is to answer my secret questions, but I can't recall them. I really need access to my account soon. Please assist me with this issue.

After reading negative reviews on Facebook due to lack of communication from the seller for two weeks, I decided to cancel my order. Initially agreeing to cancel, they later backtracked and only offered a 50% refund. Despite my attempts to reason with them, they ended up refunding me for the products they claimed to have dispatched. I eventually received the remaining items promptly, indicating they were shipped from the UK. An included UK returns label checked out as legitimate. I mailed the package back using recorded delivery, but they are now withholding the full refund citing an overseas address. Despite trying to resolve this through the resolution center, I encountered challenges with the automated help system.

I'm frustrated with PayPal's processes and fees, leading me to want to close my account promptly. The lengthy waiting times and high service charges are not acceptable. When attempting to withdraw funds, I encounter error messages and technical issues every time. Would you kindly transfer the remaining balance in my account to one of the linked bank accounts? After the transfer is complete, please delete my account along with all associated information. I have already attempted troubleshooting using online resources, but have been unsuccessful. My account was compromised, and two unauthorized charges appeared on my Visa Bank of America card. I filed a dispute with PayPal yesterday, but received an email stating that my cases were denied. This is unacceptable as I rely on PayPal for my business transactions. I need this issue resolved promptly to identify how my PayPal account was compromised and by whom.

I recently got a shipment of spoiled chocolate from a merchant who uses PayPal. The chocolate smelled strongly of ammonia. I reached out to the seller, but they denied a refund or replacement. I escalated the issue with PayPal, but they rejected my dispute and appeal, claiming the product matched the seller's description. Nowhere did the product description mention the chocolate would smell of ammonia or taste like dirty socks! Research suggests these odors may come from over-fermented cacao beans. Hello. I recently sold a virtual product to a buyer who made 10 purchases. Initially, everything went smoothly, and the buyer seemed satisfied. Our conversations regarding the product delivery and payment are all documented on my Discord chat. However, I was surprised to receive chargebacks for all 10 transactions citing "unauthorized transaction." Upon reaching out to the buyer, they explained that their account was hacked, leading to unauthorized purchases. The buyer informed PayPal, resulting in all purchases made since that incident being chargebacked and their account being locked pending investigation. I recently authorized a payment of £[redacted] to my son in Australia, but I forgot to include his details initially. After correcting this, my son received the payment. I contacted PayPal on 14/12/19, and the agent assured me that there were no pending transactions. To my surprise, £[redacted].99 was deducted from my bank account, but it does not reflect in my PayPal account. I am concerned that someone might have accessed my account and withdrawn the money. If the funds were in my PayPal account, I would have been notified. Where could my money be?
