I am unable to log in to my Pay Pay account due to password issues. Despite multiple attempts today, I am still unable to access my account. This experience has been frustrating, and I am considering closing my account if I cannot resolve this problem soon. I understand it might be challenging to reach a customer service representative, so I will try to request the cancellation of my account via text if I cannot log in successfully.

On December 11, I bought a subscription using my debit card through PayPal, thinking I would be charged $13.99 monthly for 6 months. To my surprise, when I checked on December 12, PayPal had actually charged me twice for $83.94 each, totaling $[redacted].88. Immediately, I cancelled my debit card to prevent further charges. I am seeking a refund for the overcharge. Your assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. -Cherie M.

I received a payment through PayPal, transferred it to my bank account, but when I tried to claim it, the bank said they had no record of the transfer. The transaction was on Nov. 26, [redacted]. I checked my bank account today, and the money is not there. PayPal sent me an email saying I could claim it on December 3. My PayPal account is paypal.me/cruiseaizz.

I recently initiated a refund request for a purchase made. After receiving the items, I discovered that the products were not as described - they were expired and one cream was nearly empty. I paid $28.68 for the items and an additional $28 for shipping to Tbilisi. Now, the seller requests that I send the items back at my own expense in order to receive a refund. The return shipping cost would be $32, leaving me with only $4 refunded. The seller claims they only cover shipping fees for NY, but why didn't they mention this limitation earlier? Additionally, the seller did not accurately describe the products in the listing. I can provide batch codes and photos as evidence. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a steel drum through Instagram which redirected me to PayPal. However, the transaction did not go through Instagram completely. I got a receipt from PayPal but no order confirmation from the seller, Gadgets Group. The payment was made as a guest on PayPal, making it challenging to track the order. After spending 20 minutes on hold with PayPal, I moved my queries to the Message Center as they have been giving me the runaround.

I received an email from PayPal informing me of a $[redacted].99 charge for a Norton subscription renewal, which I do not use. Upon contacting the number provided in the email, I was advised to purchase a code card from Walmart to prevent further transactions. However, when attempting to access my PayPal account, I was informed that no account was associated with my email address. I am concerned this may be a scam and want to clarify that I do not have an account linked to this charge.

I purchased a massager from one of your merchants on November 30th. I have not received a confirmation and have been unsuccessful in contacting them. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and it seems like the merchant is unreliable. I prefer to cancel the transaction. I have purchased the item from a reliable source. The charge appears on my Capital One account. Kindly cancel the transaction and issue a credit. I am unsure how it is linked to my PayPal account. I am finding it challenging to deal with your company. After this matter is resolved, I wish to close my PayPal account. If I cannot reach you by phone, Capital One has offered to assist me. I purchased a coat for £59.99 weeks ago, but the company couldn't deliver it and promised a refund which I haven't received yet. I've tried resolving the issue through the mobile app's resolution center without success. I see the jacket I ordered is still available in my size for sale. I prefer receiving the jacket over a refund. My main request is either receiving the jacket or a refund. Phone consultations are challenging for me due to hearing impairment. Jeremiah Roesman disputed the money in my account, and it has been on hold for a while. PayPal promised I would get my money today, but now they are saying the bank is involved because he used his bank card for $62.04, $46.58, $28.00, and $[redacted]. I have no idea about these transactions. I just got off the phone with them, and they are telling me this is my responsibility. I want my money now, or I will take legal action and press charges against PayPal. I do not appreciate being lied to or stolen from.

Hello! A few weeks ago, my PayPal account was compromised on eBay. PayPal promptly resolved the issue, which was a relief. However, currently, I am unable to make purchases on eBay using my credit cards or PayPal. Additionally, I have a negative balance due to a fraudulent transaction where someone falsely claimed they would buy a $10,[redacted] watch from a vendor on eBay. Despite trying to contact the vendor twice to explain the situation, there has been no reply. Ironically, I now wish to purchase a watch (not a $10,[redacted] one!) for my father for Christmas, but I am unable to complete the payment. If you could assist in removing the negative balance on my account and help me resolve the payment method issue, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you! Shaunt

I received $50 sent to my Gmail which has since been hacked. I still have the transaction number available. I can't access the email to verify the transfer. Can I transfer it to a different email? I have all the sender's information for verification.

I recently sold a used computer to a buyer in the US through Gumtree. After providing my bank details for the transfer, I received confirmation from PayPal that $AU [redacted] had been deducted from the buyer's account for the computer and postage costs. PayPal requested the tracking number from the Australian Express post to release the funds to my account, assuring me that this payment method is irreversible. The email was sent from [redacted] and the transaction verifier as [redacted] I am concerned about the authenticity of this transaction as no item number was provided. I'm having trouble accessing my account even after resetting my password. The account might be linked to my old email, [redacted] My updated email is [redacted] This account is crucial as I've received payments from eBay customers, and I need to retrieve those funds. I received an email confirmation for an order from eBay that I did not place. The email instructed me to cancel the order by opening the attached invoice, but when I opened it, it was blank. The order was for $[redacted].66 with order number #[redacted]37 on 12/15/19. The email was sent to my address [redacted], the email linked to my eBay account. When I attempted to respond to the sender to clarify that the order was not mine, the email bounced back as undeliverable. I suspect this is a fraudulent charge and would appreciate help in tracing the order. I tried to contact the email address provided ([redacted]), but it was not successful. Hello, my name is Akbar Ismatov, and I am having trouble accessing my PayPal account. I am unable to log in because I have forgotten my password and cannot recall the answers to my security questions when trying to recover my account via email. I tried to recover my account by selecting the "Receive an Email" option and received a six-digit code sent to my email. I am a student currently traveling in Egypt. I have encountered issues trying to transfer funds between bank accounts and despite multiple confirmations of my identity through my phone number, my account has been limited. As a solo female traveler in Egypt, this situation leaves me without access to my funds. I've also been blocked from logging into my account, making it impossible to reach customer service for assistance. I am extremely frustrated by the lack of accessibility to my own money due to the email regulations that require logging in to contact support. This has left me in a precarious situation as a traveler with limited funds in a foreign country and unable to resolve the issue. I am unable to call for support while on vacation. I feel distressed and stranded with my funds locked in a PayPal account.

My account got blocked due to suspicious activity flagged by Paypal. This is not the main concern. The problem arises when attempting to reset my account as the system directs me in circles. Besides, all notifications are sent to an outdated email I used 15 years ago to create my account (which I no longer have access to). I have updated this email over 12 years ago.

I made a purchase for a snow sled a month ago and the payment went through PayPal. Unfortunately, I haven't received any confirmation or the sled yet.
