I purchased an Xwatch smart watch from Hyperstech using PayPal. After hearing about potential fraudulent activity involving this company, I contacted Synchrony Bank to dispute the transaction. They recommended I request the payment cancellation through PayPal to ensure a refund. I am hoping PayPal will assist me in resolving this matter. While I was traveling in the US in August, my credit card was compromised and subsequently canceled. I have since received a new card, but I do not have the answers to my security questions. I have been attempting to address this issue for the past week with no success. Could we please cancel my current account and then proceed to apply for a new one? I also sent a picture of my driver's license as requested on Sunday to reset my account. Despite my efforts to reach customer service, I have not been successful. During my recent trip to the US, my credit card was compromised and subsequently canceled. Following this, a new card was issued, but my PayPal account was limited. Unfortunately, I am unable to reset my account as I don't have access to my old card number or remember the answers to my security questions. I have already submitted a copy of my driver's license for identity verification. I sold a camera online and had a 14-day hold on my funds. After multiple calls, I was informed the restrictions were lifted. However, when I tried to access the money at Walmart, I encountered another 72-hour hold due to suspicious activity triggers. Despite only requesting my funds, I was informed it might happen again in 72 hours. Despite numerous calls, no one could provide an explanation for the repeated holds.

Hello, I'm Kevin Lassiniit and I encountered an issue with an order I placed on Ubisoft's website. Initially, I received an email confirming the order was complete; however, shortly after, I received another email stating, "oops something went wrong". I spoke with two Ubisoft support representatives who advised me to contact my bank. After doing so, I discovered that while the money was deducted from my account (appearing as pending), Ubisoft did not register the order due to a bank limit issue — my order total was [redacted].99 euros, exceeding my bank's [redacted] euro limit. My bank mentioned that canceling a pending transaction would take a minimum of 7 days and suggested I reach out to PayPal support for a quicker resolution to refund the money instantly. The transaction ID is 9SY28982F[redacted]F, and it occurred between 8th and 9th December around midnight, totaling [redacted].99 euros. I purchased a £30 Art Deco ring from seller Anna Clayton, but I never received it. After contacting the seller, I have been receiving threatening and harassing emails. The seller claimed the ring was sent to the correct address, but when I received it, I discovered it was a fake with a China hallmark, not the white sapphire/blue sapphire Art Deco ring I paid for. The seller has made unfounded threats involving eBay, PayPal, and even the police. I am under a lot of stress due to this situation. eBay has instructed me to get the ring back for a refund, but I cannot do so until February as the person who has it is away. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue and stopping the harassment.

On September 22nd, I hired a contractor to install tile in my mother's home. He requested a deposit sent to a PayPal account, but it turned out to be an old closed account. After canceling the transaction, I noticed a charge on my credit card. Despite contacting Mr. Ballard and opening a case with a case number [redacted]0, the issue persisted. I have a debt with PayPal and also owe money to someone. I need to prioritize paying this person first to avoid any consequences from them. I am disappointed with the PayPal Service. When I tried to call, the automated system couldn't recognize my number properly, making it frustrating. I attempted to contact them at a different number, [redacted], but it was deemed incorrect. This experience has deterred me from using PayPal in the future. Regarding a recent purchase with receipt number 3[redacted]-6[redacted], I still have not received the product. I am having trouble logging into my PayPal account because I forgot my password and no longer have access to the phone number associated with it. Yesterday, I went through a lot of verification questions with PayPal, such as my previous addresses and people I know. They mentioned they would send me an email within 10 minutes, but unfortunately, it never arrived. I have been on the phone or on hold with PayPal support the entire day trying to resolve this issue.

Funds were deducted from the bank account due to an outstanding balance on PayPal Credit. This caused the bank account to go into the negative. I am seeking assistance in getting the deducted money refunded and arranging a payment plan to settle the debt. On November 6th, I made a purchase from Retro Gadgets using PayPal. Despite cancelling the order the same day and informing PayPal, I was told the payment had already gone through. On November 8th, Retro Gadgets told me the order couldn't be cancelled as it was already being shipped. They instructed me to wait for the delivery, send the package back with a tracking number, and provide proof of mailing. Once they received the package at their warehouse on December 2nd, they promised to refund my payment of $79.98. I followed their guidelines and sent back the package as requested. However, despite contacting them multiple times, I have yet to receive my refund.
