I bought a jacket from ASOS for £55.99, but it was too small. I returned it to the drop off point for HERMES to collect and send back to ASOS within a week. ASOS claims they never received the return because HERMES allegedly delivered it to H&M by mistake. ASOS told me to contact HERMES, but HERMES says I should deal with ASOS. I paid for the item with PayPal and I'm stuck without a solution.

I initiated a dispute regarding the return of clothing with Claim No. PPD-[redacted]6. The address provided by the company for the return does not appear to be valid as I attempted to use FedEx, but the address could not be located. The company suggested I keep the items as the return shipping cost is higher than the clothing's purchase price. I find this unfair and concerning. I have a limited time left to return the items, and the company is located in China. Any assistance in resolving this issue before the deadline would be greatly appreciated.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with my password being rejected even though I have reset it multiple times. This is incredibly frustrating, and I am considering canceling my PayPal account. Hello, I am Ian Reid and my email is [redacted] I have been struggling to change my password as requested. My old phone number [redacted] is no longer in use. I've had this email for over 20 years and I've tried to enter the verification code twice without success. Despite my attempts at answering the security questions, such as my favorite place to eat being 'home' and my first pet, a dog named 'Freckles', I have not been able to proceed. My wife's mobile number is 61+ [redacted]27 or within Australia [redacted]. Can we use that number for verification instead? I am hopeful for some help.

I purchased a coffee table from the company HotDeal.net for $[redacted]. The tracking number is 1ZX6826Y[redacted]. Upon checking the tracking information, it shows the item was delivered, but I have not received it. Despite my attempts to contact the company via phone and email, I have been unsuccessful. UPS confirmed it was delivered to a different address and is initiating a return to the sender. My shipping address is correct, but the table did not arrive. I am unable to reach the company as their contact information seems invalid. I filed a dispute with PayPal, but my claim was denied, stating it was delivered to me. I am now contacting my bank to dispute the payment.

I'm having trouble accessing my PayPal account as it's not recognizing my email or password. When attempting to create a new account with the same email, it's blocking me, claiming it's incorrect. This is puzzling, as it's a new account, how can it reject the email provided? This issue is preventing me from sending funds to my friend, causing inconvenience. I urgently need to ensure my correct and current email is accepted by PayPal promptly. Being asked to use a different email that I no longer have is causing frustration and hindering my transactions.

Good day, I've been communicating with the seller regarding item [redacted]11. I paid for the item and asked the seller to cancel the order, which they agreed to. Despite having proof of our agreement, contacting PayPal has not resulted in the order being canceled, and I see the item relisted, causing me to lose money. I've reached out to PayPal multiple times with no response. This lack of resolution is disappointing. I've requested the seller to cancel the order, but have been wrongly labeled a fraudster and threatened with a report to PayPal. I simply want the order canceled and a refund. Hello, I've been using PayPal without any issues for months. Recently, I attempted to add a new email address with a different password, but it has caused login problems with both addresses. Even swapping the passwords hasn't resolved the issue. I just want to go back to using my original email address with a new password. My main goal is to access my PayPal account smoothly.

Our business, Sunnovo Inc., is facing login problems since the employee who set up the merchant account has departed. The primary email linked to the account, [redacted], belongs to that individual, making it challenging to access all the identity codes associated with her phone and email for security reasons. I would like to return an item I ordered that is not what I expected. The item costs $44, but UPS is asking for $50 to send it back. I have already informed you multiple times that I want the merchant to email me a prepaid return label so I can send it back. Please understand that I use Paypal to avoid scams, and I'm disappointed that this situation is not being handled as I have requested.

I recently listed a vehicle for sale on Gumtree and received an inquiry from a person named Geoff F. He expressed interest in buying the car and mentioned making a payment through my PayPal account at [redacted] Subsequently, I got an email allegedly from PayPal stating that $3,[redacted].00 AUD had been transferred for the purchase and shipping expenses, with a Transaction ID of U-1BU66801X[redacted]1. However, upon checking my account, there was no sign of any deposit. After reaching out to Geoff F., he instructed me to make a payment via bank transfer to the shipping agent and provide a receipt. He claimed that once I shared the receipt with PayPal, the funds would be released to me. Sensing a potential scam, I am reaching out to verify if this is a standard procedure or if there is, in fact, any money pending in my account. I would appreciate a prompt response. To whom it may concern, On Saturday, November 30th, [redacted], at 10:09 p.m. EST, I purchased an Apple Watch Series 4 for $[redacted]. I was assured by the seller, Brittany Johnson via PayPal, that she would ship it out on Monday. On Tuesday, December 3rd, [redacted], she messaged me stating that she had posted it on Monday at 4:00 p.m. EST and that it should arrive by Friday, December 6th, [redacted], around 1:00 p.m. EST. I asked for the tracking number multiple times before she provided one that turned out to be inactive - [redacted][redacted]75. Upon checking with UPS, they informed me that the shipment details could not be located as she only created a label but did not send the item. Later, on Friday, December 6th, [redacted], at 8:53 a.m. EST, Brittany realized she had used the wrong address and promised to correct it after work. Despite my requests, she stopped responding to any form of communication. I am now seeking a full refund of $[redacted] ($[redacted] plus fees/taxes of $3) due to her failure to deliver the item and her lack of response. Unfortunately, your PayPal account has been restricted due to activity that violates the User Agreement. As a result, you are no longer able to use PayPal services. Any associated bank or credit card information cannot be removed and you will not be allowed to create a new account. While you can still access your account information, sending or receiving money is no longer possible. Funds in your account will be held for [redacted] days, and instructions for transferring the money will be emailed to you at the end of this period. Reference ID: PP-L-[redacted]32.

I was unexpectedly charged 75 EUR by English Worldwide, S.L., labeled as an automated renewal I didn't agree to. Even after speaking with them, they won't refund the money. I opened a dispute with Paypal, but they claimed the payment was valid. Since my Paypal account had insufficient funds, the payment was taken from my bank, leaving me with -68 EUR in my Paypal account. To make matters worse, I am receiving emails from a collector company, TEAM4 COLLECTION & CONSULTING, regarding the debt which I dispute. Paypal has only been sending automated responses to my complaints. I have been a loyal Paypal user for over 14 years and have never encountered this issue before. I am requesting the cancellation of the 75 EUR charge and the restoration of the amount to my account. Thank you.

My deceased husband had a PayPal account that I've been using, without a linked bank account. I've sold items on eBay, so payments are coming to his account that I need to transfer to MY bank account since there are no accounts in his name. Can I provide my bank details for this and create my own PayPal account instead? My boyfriend agreed to use his PayPal account for me to receive money from my uncle, but he accidentally sent a merchant request for funds instead of a regular account transfer. Now the money is on hold until we can prove that the transaction was legitimate. It was a person-to-person transfer, not a sale, and we need assistance resolving this issue.
