I've been attempting to reach out to PayPal without success recently. I'm sharing my issue here for assistance. I had registered for PayPal but cannot recall the credit card used to sign up. When I try to log in now, it requests confirmation from the credit card I no longer have. Despite receiving an email from PayPal, I can't view it without logging in. I am stuck without the old credit card details. I recently had a refunded transaction of $[redacted] from Libman Education that I cannot access in my PayPal account. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please see the attached transaction receipt for reference.

I have had an Australian PayPal account for many years under [redacted], for Robert Maxwell Kothe. I am unable to remember my password, and my old phone number +61 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] is no longer active. Even though I believe the answer to my security question about my first school might be either Bega Infants School or Bega Primary School, and the hospital I was born at was Crown Street Sydney, the system is not accepting them. My last transaction was a deposit of €75.00 from Jim Blunt yesterday. I am currently based in Spain and have a Spanish account under [redacted] belonging to Kothe Robert Maxwell, which I can access. Hello, I recently received a payment from a company I worked for internationally in the USA, while I'm based in the UK. The funds are currently on hold as the company claims I sold items to them, which is not the case, as it was payment for my services. I urgently need access to the funds and would prefer not to wait for the 7-day verification period. I agreed to use PayPal for the transfer because the company has a history of using it for other employees. However, I was unaware of the fees for overseas transactions. I'm unhappy about the extra charged amount of £90 from my earnings and would appreciate a resolution to this issue. In the future, I will recommend using bank transfers, which is my usual preference.

I have a query rather than an issue. I conducted a PayPal transaction where I sent funds to a company for a product that was never delivered. I initiated a refund with the company, requesting the funds be returned to my PayPal account. The original transaction was made with a now inactive card. I've since added a new active card to my PayPal account but have not removed the old one. I am unsure if deleting the inactive card will affect the refund process. I don't mind if the refund stays in my PayPal account or is transferred to the new card. Does deleting the old card pose any problems for this refund process? Thanks for your assistance.

I have not violated any terms of service, yet my account has been shut down by PayPal. I have documented every interaction I've had with PayPal through recordings and screenshots. I am expecting PayPal to refund the balance in my account and the funds I loaded at Walgreens on 7/13/19. I also am requesting compensation based on the minimum wage in my area, as well as my hourly rate as a master tile setter, overtime, gas, lost wages, and the emotional distress I have endured since 7/13/19. I expect all associated fees from actions taken on July 13, [redacted], to be included. My witnesses are prepared to support my claim, and I have secured a computer and phone tech to safeguard our communication records. Stop trying to erase our conversations.

Hello, I am an eBay seller, and a buyer recently opened a case expressing dissatisfaction with the items received from me. This situation led to my PayPal account showing a negative balance of $[redacted]. To ensure customer satisfaction, I issued a full refund and even allowed the buyer to keep the items as an early Christmas gift. However, during the manual refund process of $[redacted] via PayPal to the buyer's email address, I observed that I was also charged for the negative balance by PayPal. It appears there was a duplicate transaction involving $[redacted] (refund to buyer) and an additional $[redacted] (covering the negative balance resulting from the buyer's case). I am unable to log in because I do not receive password reset emails at the correct email address. The Paypal website wrongly assumed the issue was with my service provider instead of acknowledging it was a Paypal problem. I would appreciate a refund for the charge on my credit card. I have received notifications that my PP account is now limited, supposedly due to an expired Visa card. Despite updating the card's expiration date multiple times as prompted by the notices to month 05, year 23, the issue persists. Additionally, the credit card is my secondary source of funds, with a bank account selected by me as the primary source, making the problem seem dubious. Although the sources page displays all information as correct, I continue to receive notices from PP stating that my account usage is restricted. The email address provided for communication is linked to the account in question. Kindly investigate this matter and provide me with an update on the status of my account, as I am worried that the notification may be fraudulent. - David (A) Wright

Hello, I ordered a reborn doll on September 8th. After over a month of waiting, they informed me that the doll had been discontinued and I needed to choose a different one. I canceled the order. They then contacted me again, saying they were in the process of making a new doll which would take a long time. I insisted on canceling. In another email, they mentioned they had received the parts to build the doll but I still had the choice to cancel. I want to cancel this order, but I haven't heard back from the seller. The amount paid was $[redacted]. Can you please assist me with this issue that has been ongoing for quite some time? Thank you for your response.

I made a purchase of four pairs of shoes from honestystar.com on October 7, [redacted], at 10:30 pm. The transaction went through PayPal on October 9, [redacted], for $88.90. I contacted them via email twice last week at [redacted] The first email went through but I didn't receive a response. The second email was blocked by gmail. Despite honestystar's promise of delivery within 5-20 business days, it has been 29 business days and I am no longer interested in the shoes or doing business with them. I have been facing difficulty receiving the verification code as the two phone numbers on my account are incorrect. The first number needs to include the international code for Spain, where I currently reside. It should be listed as +34 [redacted]05. The second number is my old UK number, which is no longer active. I have tried alternative methods as suggested, but have not had any luck. It has been a challenge to reach out for assistance as some PayPal phone numbers I have tried appear to be incorrect. I kindly ask for help in resolving this issue as it has been quite a task for me.

Hello, I am a commission artist experiencing difficulty with receiving payments from two clients due to a PayPal issue. After sending the invoice, both clients faced a decline when attempting to make the payment. Despite confirmation from their banks that the transactions were approved, the funds were swiftly refunded. My debit card is valid, and my email is confirmed. I have reached out to PayPal multiple times via email, Instagram, and Twitter. They acknowledged the problem on Twitter and mentioned assigning a specialist to the case. I received a fraudulent invoice via email supposedly from PayPal. I have forwarded the email to "[redacted]" and received a response with a reference code. I want to know the outcome of PayPal's investigation and need updates with a clear record of communication. I have filed a complaint about the GetHuman "so-called experts" as they failed to address the question I asked and provided an entirely nonsensical response. It was a waste of time, and I am requesting a refund of my fees promptly. I promptly pay for services or products when I receive what I requested. I find the service utterly ineffective. I recommend replacing these individuals with someone knowledgeable about communication and computer operations.

Hello Paypal, I am seeking assistance regarding a money transfer made on November 16, [redacted]. I sent 6,[redacted] pesos (now 6,[redacted]) to my Bank of the Philippine Islands account. Paypal informed me via email that the transfer was on its way and should reflect in my bank account by November 22, [redacted]. However, as of November 22, I have yet to see the funds in my bank account. I contacted Paypal, and they advised me to reach out to my bank. Upon contacting my bank, BPI, they explained that the 16-digit number from my Debit Mastercard was not the correct number, as it should be the 12-digit Bank Account number. My bank suggested that I contact Paypal to rectify the transfer details. I urgently need this money for my family. 🙁☹

I recently made a purchase online using my credit card through an app. After receiving the total amount for the items, I noticed a $1 charge from PayPal on my card. I have used this same payment method before on the same site without any additional PayPal charges.
