If needed, please share the password so I can update everything. I fear the hacker might be using my account for online scams. I am having trouble accessing my account. When I attempt to log in, it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I suspect my account has been compromised as my phone was stolen. The only way to recover it seems to be through email, but it appears someone has added their own phone number, preventing me from logging in. My main concern is my debit card linked to the account. If possible, I would like the account deleted or the card removed to prevent any unauthorized access. I fear losing money due to the account being blocked. If there is a way to reset the password using only the email, that would be greatly appreciated. I also have an iCloud account that may have been tampered with by the person who stole my phone. Your assistance in this matter would be invaluable.

I am experiencing challenges with receiving a promotional refund regarding a recent transaction through PayPal for a service at Getlook home salon. Despite reaching out to customer care, I only receive automated responses that do not address my concern. On September 16th, I utilized an offer for 50% cashback, but I have not seen the cashback reflected. Unfortunately, attempts to attach a screenshot of the offer have been unsuccessful due to technical issues with the attachment feature.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that my business account ([redacted]) in Paypal has been restricted. The message displayed is “You can't use PayPal anymore” along with Reference ID: PP-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I am the legal business owner of Cosmetiqon with VAT number [redacted]86. Paypal is crucial for my company as I have connected it with various marketplaces. One of your employees, Revanthi A, contacted me mentioning an issue with the LOA in the verification process. I have tried to resubmit the LOA but have been unable to do so. I am not able to communicate back to the employee or upload the required documents to Paypal. I am unsure of where to seek assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Dear all, Good morning. I wanted to share my experience with Paypal. Yesterday, I set up my Paypal account but did not link a credit card right away. This morning, I added a credit card and soon after received a bill from someone claiming to be with an email address [redacted]@mail.com for 9.90€. I initially thought this charge was from Paypal to verify my credit card, but later realized it was a scam. I have canceled the transaction and am expecting a refund of the 9.90€. I have a question regarding PayPal Credit and the Voxi contract terms with Vodafone Ltd. I'm confused because the offer states 0% upfront, but after confirming my monthly payment with Vodafone, I'm being charged the full contract price right away. This is the second time this has happened, and I need more details and clarification before I make my final decision on this service.

I made a purchase from Seasalt on 27 October. My bank account shows two pending transactions with slightly different amounts. While the correct one went through successfully and I received the item, the other one remains pending as of 1 November. Seasalt confirmed that they have no record of the second amount. Last night, we fell victim to a blackmail scam and were coerced into making payments through PayPal and Venmo under threat. The police responded promptly, and a report was filed with the Seattle Police Department under case number #19-[redacted]. For direct contact with the Precinct, call ([redacted])-[redacted]. The individuals behind the scam go by the names Emily Moorton and Charles Tynes. They obtained compromising photos of my spouse and me, which they threatened to distribute to my contacts. We made a $[redacted] payment via [redacted] on PayPal. Subsequently, they demanded an additional $[redacted] through Venmo under the username @charlestyes21. Their Skype ID is live:.cid.a5826F8B9B5D94E2. They reached out using the TextFree app number ([redacted])-[redacted]. The PayPal transaction ID is 3KH78316MG[redacted]. We've spent the morning working with Venmo, who have connected with the Seattle Police Department. They are currently reversing the transactions and providing relevant information to aid the investigation. Any assistance in capturing the perpetrator and reversing the PayPal transaction would be valued. We are prepared to share evidence like photos, videos, and the police report on request. My PayPal account was limited, preventing my business from receiving invoice payments. After complying with their requests, I was able to receive payments. However, my account was limited again, hindering me from transferring funds. Despite providing information multiple times as requested, PayPal informed me my account was permanently limited with a vague explanation of violating terms. I have followed all guidelines and missed out on business opportunities. When asking for a supervisor on calls, I am left on hold for hours with no one available to assist.

I purchased a shower head from Luxury Online using PayPal (order #59T14999M[redacted]L). However, the shower head did not work as described. I attempted to return it following their policy, but received no response despite multiple emails. Only when I contacted PayPal and initiated a dispute did Luxury Online provide a return authorization. I shipped back the shower head, which tracking confirms was delivered over a week ago. I have not received any communication or refund. Initially, I was open to exchanging the shower head for a less expensive model and receiving a refund for the difference, but due to their lack of response, I now simply require a refund.

In my play account, my bank account is not being activated or linked. I don't understand what to do. I have tried multiple times but it's still not working. Another thing confusing me is that in the paper, the first payment was made to that same bank account is ₹14, and the second payment is ₹10. What should I do now? Last night, I visited a website called “Luckum” offering iPhone cases for $21.99. I selected a red iPhone 6s case and chose PayPal for payment. However, after entering my password, the screen changed to an unrelated site. This happened twice. I contacted Luckum via email as there was no listed phone number. They responded saying they would review the issue. I also tried calling PayPal but only reached their automated system, which was unhelpful. I couldn't follow the online instructions given by the automated system.

Last night, on Sunday (11/03), I visited a website called "Luckum" offering iPhone cases at a discounted price of $21.99, down from $43.99. I selected a red iPhone 6s case and proceeded to pay with PayPal. However, after entering my PayPal password, the screen suddenly changed to a different one, not related to Luckum. Upon returning to Luckum and attempting the payment again with PayPal, the screen changed once more. Since there was no visible phone contact provided on Luckum's website, I reached out to them via email to file a complaint. With growing suspicions, I contacted PayPal to report a potential scam but was unable to speak with a representative. The automated system's instructions were unclear. Following this, I contacted Bank of America to alert them, but no human assistance was available. My request is for Luckum to be prevented from making any withdrawals from my Bank of America account through PayPal.

I am facing an issue with a seller as the items received were not as described. PayPal requested me to return the items, which I promptly did within the specified timeframe. However, my refund was denied by PayPal citing lack of proof or tracking numbers for the return. Interestingly, PayPal refunded the postage fee for returning the items to the seller in China, even though they claim there is no evidence of the item being sent back. Despite my efforts to contact customer service, provide evidence of shipment, and follow up on the case, I have not received any updates or a reply with a case reference ID. I even contacted customer service, but I was promised a reference ID that I never received. I am seeking clarification on the Buyer's Protection policy or a resolution to this issue. Please provide me with an explanation.

I placed an order with VAT19, but I did not receive the item. Even though VAT19 has refunded me through PayPal, I haven't seen the payment reflected in my account. I received an email from Alison Salvatori stating that the refund was issued on October 11, [redacted], at 9:50 am CST. The original order was dated June 19, [redacted], and the refund was processed on PayPal with transaction ID 0B990326LL358612E for $78.96 USD. Alison Salvatori mentioned that the full refund was made to my original payment method, PayPal. I appreciate the update and will check my PayPal account for the refund.

I am unable to access my account despite following the password reset instructions multiple times. Every attempt to log in results in an error message stating, "We're sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it." When I try to email support, it prompts me to log in, which is the issue I am facing. Upon contacting customer service via phone, I was informed through a recording that there is a balance of 60 cents owed on my account.

Dear community members, I need your advice on a PayPal transaction issue I've been dealing with for the past three months.
