Hello team, I recently made a purchase through PayPal and received emails regarding refunds from the merchant. However, the debit card used in these transactions is no longer active: - Transaction #1 on August 2nd for $29.99 - Transaction #2 on August 7th for $15 The merchant is Rivert Ltd. Another pending refund of $25 is expected from a transaction in early July around the 5th, also made with the same debit card. I have tried to access my PayPal account linked to this card, but cannot remember my login details. I am unsure if my bank account is linked to my PayPal account. I am concerned about losing this money and am willing to provide identity verification if needed. Please assist me in transferring the refunds to my bank account. Thank you, Sandra H.

I have placed an order with Annie's Cloth, but unfortunately, I have not received the items yet even though I have already made the payment. I have tried to reach out to them, but they did not provide any contact information on their website and the information from Paypal is in Chinese, which I cannot understand. I have come across numerous negative reviews about this seller mentioning long delivery times and poor product quality. I would like to cancel my order immediately and receive a refund promptly. I have already attempted to contact the seller via email, but they have not responded. It seems like a fraudulent company, and I urge Paypal to address this issue promptly and prevent them from closing my dispute prematurely.

I am incredibly frustrated that I had to re-enter my information after writing a detailed explanation! I encountered a fraudulent seller, and I expect PayPal to be aware of their reputation. Numerous negative reviews should sound the alarm. I insist on canceling the order I won't receive and receiving a refund immediately. PayPal advises me to contact the seller, offering Chinese contact details. I'm American and cannot communicate in Chinese, making this situation absurd. Furthermore, I was informed that my dispute will close by 9/9/19 if not resolved with the seller. I refuse. PayPal must engage with them, perhaps in Chinese. Your dispute process is inadequate; waiting two weeks is unreasonable. I do not want substandard items or to wait months, or indefinitely, for them. I recommend investigating this Hong Kong-based company, Annie's Cloth. Had I known their location, I would never have made a purchase.

I am trying to access the money my son sent for my bills, but he sent it to an old email account that I no longer have access to. I have two active PayPal accounts connected to my Chase account. After changing my phone number due to harassment from my ex and being handicapped, I am unable to recover the money he sent to [redacted] because I can no longer access that email. Apple and Verizon have been unhelpful in resolving this issue for me.

On July 6th, I made an order using my PayPal account. After realizing it was from a Chinese company, known for sizing issues, I tried to contact the company and PayPal for three days while the payment was pending. Despite multiple attempts through chat and email, I couldn't cancel the payment in time. When I finally reached someone at PayPal, I was told to send the item back by August 12. The address provided was in Chinese, and after seeking help at the post office, they confirmed it was invalid. PayPal acknowledged the issue but later sent a new request to return the item. I faced challenges due to my disability and urged to speak with a supervisor, unfortunately with no success. I have invested significant time and effort into resolving this matter and require prompt attention from a higher authority at PayPal.

There has been some unusual activity on my [redacted] account. I have logged into my PayPal account but have been unable to follow the steps to secure it. I am currently abroad and cannot use my home or mobile phones for verification. Although I entered my credit card number, the system did not allow me to upload a picture of my password for ID checks. I recently received a demand notice from ARL stating that I owe Payapal Australia $[redacted]. This has left me worried as I have no knowledge of this transaction. On 18/6/19, there was an unauthorized transfer from my bank account to PayPal. Fortunately, the Commonwealth bank intervened and stopped the transfer as it was identified as a fraudulent activity. I haven't used my PayPal account for over 10 years and have not updated any information in it since then. I contacted ARL today for assistance, but they were not helpful in resolving the issue. I urge them to cease sending me these notices, or I will involve the police. The letter mentioned account numbers: - My bank account: [redacted] - ARL account: [redacted]82 - ARL username: tipkerativiri, which I am unfamiliar with. I have disputed this claim and refuse to take responsibility for it.

Hello, I need some help. I can't view my PayPal payments in my Shopify account. Previously, I used to see "Pending payment" for any payments, but now I can't find them at all. Even though my PayPal account linked to Shopify is correct, I'm puzzled as to where these payments are being routed. All Visa payments are coming through, just not the PayPal ones. I've tried deactivating and reactivating my PayPal connection, but still can't see anything in my account. I urgently need to resolve this issue to track the payments. Thank you.

I have returned the glasses as requested by the seller, incurring an extra cost of $11.74 for return shipping. I expect this amount to be added to the $26.89 USD owed to me for the refund. I believe I have been refunded for a lost order from Mothercare, which was for a Red Kite Baby Bouncer. The £15 refund is showing in my PayPal account, but I have not received it yet. Mothercare claims they have returned the money to me, so they believe PayPal is holding the funds. I am frustrated and stressed dealing with PayPal and Mothercare multiple times without a resolution. I request written confirmation if Mothercare has not refunded the £15 so I can provide evidence when escalating this issue.
