Hello, I regret the delay in addressing this issue. I bought a Clarins Double Serum 30ml in February [redacted]. Today, I opened it for the first time since I was using another one from the official Clarins website. To my surprise, the product smelled bad and had a different texture than the original. It is clear that it is not the genuine Double Serum. The item was purchased less than 5 months ago, and I only used it today. The expiration date is valid for 18 months from the purchase date. I intend to report the seller for fraudulent activity and request a refund. In the future, I will promptly contact PayPal if a similar situation arises. I recently bought a Boho Hippie Quilt from a Facebook or Instagram ad. The quilt in the ad had vibrant colors and a quilted design, and it came with a money-back guarantee and satisfaction guarantee, with a supposed US address. However, what I received, like many others, was poorly machine-made despite the ad stating it was handmade. The actual colors were terrible and the quilt was very thin. Unfortunately, the money-back guarantee only applied to quilts not on sale, which was misleading as all their quilts were on sale. I contacted PayPal for help, but they directed me back to the unscrupulous company. Despite providing evidence of the scam, PayPal sided against me, claiming it looked similar enough to the ad. Even the satisfaction guarantee didn't help. I've discovered more individuals who were also scammed by this company. I am currently attempting to file an appeal, as it seems PayPal is aware of the issue yet allows this company to continue deceiving customers.

I bought an item on eBay through PayPal but didn't receive it. eBay states the item was delivered because the seller provided a tracking number, refusing to issue a refund. I notified PayPal about this since I can't access my account. I request PayPal to halt the payment due to non-delivery. The guaranteed delivery date was on 8/2/[redacted]. Here is the message from USPS, the delivery carrier: "July 30, [redacted] at 12:14 pm - Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item, LAKEWOOD, OH [redacted]." I don't believe this message confirms delivery. Despite the tracking number provided by the seller, eBay insists the item was delivered, denying my refund request. I urge you to investigate further. I paid $[redacted].88 to LinkedIn for an annual subscription through PayPal. I promptly canceled the subscription on LinkedIn and requested a refund. However, LinkedIn claims they never charged me and the subscription was canceled due to a credit card issue on August 8, [redacted]. I want my money back as PayPal has already deducted the amount from my debit account.

My account is currently frozen, and I am unable to access my funds. After my initial sale, I was flagged, and although money is being deposited into the account, I am unable to withdraw it. It feels unfair to have my account locked without the possibility of unlocking it, yet funds continue to be received. Having to provide proof that artwork is mine is frustrating. I am considering canceling my remaining orders and giving away my items for free. This situation has left me stranded for two weeks, unable to return home due to my locked bank account.

I am encountering an issue with PayPal rejecting my attempt to link my recently issued credit card to my PayPal account. On July 4th, I obtained a four-digit code on my credit card statement to facilitate this linkage. Unfortunately, I couldn't act promptly due to life's demands. I accidentally changed my email address on my PayPal account. My correct email should be [redacted], but I mistakenly used [redacted] This caused an issue with a recent payment from a buyer, which I am unable to accept. After speaking with a representative three times, I was informed that future sales should go through smoothly. PayPal has requested to process my last sale once again. I am attempting to issue a $[redacted] refund to a buyer who purchased a wedding dress from me on preownedweddingdresses.com. Unfortunately, when I tried to process the refund as she returned the dress, I encountered an error message stating, "We can't process any refund at this moment due to technical reasons. Please try again later." I am unsure whether attempting the refund again will result in a double refund. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated since the buyer is eagerly waiting. A former friend sent me money and has now filed a dispute. Even though he initially said I didn't have to repay him, he has now changed his mind after our friendship ended. I am not engaged in any business transactions with him, yet he has put a hold on my PayPal account. He has gone as far as blocking me on social media and providing a fake email for communication, making it impossible for me to reach out. I believe he filed the dispute out of vindictiveness, causing me to have a $15 hold on my account that I cannot afford. I urge PayPal to recognize the situation for what it is and resolve this dispute promptly. I want this unnecessary issue caused by his actions to be resolved without any further complications.

I recently purchased a Huawei P30 Pro case from a company I found on Instagram, and I was drawn in by the appealing video advert. However, after waiting a month to receive it and finding the quality very poor with an ill-fitting design, I reached out to the company for a refund. Despite providing photos and details, their responses have been delayed and unhelpful, offering me only a credit voucher and minimal refunds that do not match the amount I paid. I recently sold a Movado watch that I received as a gift. The watch still had the plastic on the wristband, but the buyer claimed it wasn't new and requested a refund. I politely declined, but he persisted due to being new to eBay. I maintained my stance on not offering refunds. He then mentioned the watch wasn't authentic after getting a battery replaced, alleging another name inside it. Feeling unfairly treated, I reported him to eBay. Not only did the buyer remove the plastic, but PayPal deducted $44 from my account, leaving it negative. I believe it unjust to penalize me without resolving the case first. Yesterday, PayPal charged my account $64.19 without my authorization. I contacted Microsoft to inform them that I did not make any purchases with them and have been experiencing account security issues. However, I received a response stating that I made the purchase without any proof provided. I explained to Microsoft that I do not even own an Xbox, further highlighting that there are no Xbox purchases in my PayPal history. It is frustrating that there is no direct customer support available and I spent a whole day trying to resolve this issue through automated responses. I am disappointed by the lack of evidence from Microsoft to support their claim. I do not want to face any more unauthorized charges from Microsoft and will consider involving the Better Business Bureau to address this ongoing problem.

I submitted the following message to PayPal Customer Services, but all I received back was a list of links to check: I reside in Germany and have typically used a German bank account and credit card for PayPal transactions. However, being a UK citizen, I also maintain a bank account in the UK. With the GBP depreciating, I decided to link my UK account for purchases in the UK. Despite setting it as my primary account (as indicated in the attached screenshot), a recent transaction on eBay with a UK seller was still billed to my German credit card. Contacting PayPal Germany, I was informed that only accounts from the residing country can be used. This seems questionable considering PayPal's international nature, facilitating cross-border transactions. I am seeking guidance on how to address this issue.

I've been using the same password for years, but today it suddenly stopped working. After contacting PayPal, I was able to successfully reset my password. However, every time I try to log in, I receive an error message stating, "Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, contact us and we'll help resolve it." When attempting to resolve this online, it requires me to log in, resulting in a loop of errors. Despite resetting my password multiple times and proving I'm not a robot, the issue persists. I'm concerned about the security of my account and the possibility of unauthorized access.

Hello, I attempted to access my PayPal account, which I solely use to link to Twitch for receiving donations. Unfortunately, upon entering my usual login details, I received an error message stating, "We're sorry, we can't log you in." Despite trying various combinations of my correct email and password, the system continued to deny access with a prompt informing me of "incorrect credentials." I made several attempts to log in using different devices and even tried incognito mode, all without success. Additionally, when I selected the "having trouble logging in" option and proceeded to enter my password and complete the reCaptcha, I encountered an error message indicating that "verification failed." I would greatly appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue.

I ordered a floral bracelet Rakhi on August 8th and requested delivery for August 14th. However, the company delivered a different simple Rakhi on August 11th. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, the provided phone number went unanswered, and the company hung up on me after being on hold.
